Anthony is one-of-a-kind store manager. He cares about the customers over money! Really wish this man could get extra hands at the desk, he's always so busy (which isn't a bad thing!). The man does it all, takes phone calls, works directly with customers with their issues, and helps out in the garage if needed. I'm not sure if Anthony has any upper management above him, but I hope they see this review and give him a raise! If not, at least give this man some help at the front desk. He deserves it! I came in with my Mazda CX9 SUV with some issues, Anthony and his team diagnosed the issues, got me a quote, and got my SUV running smoothly again. They fixed my brakes, rotors and new tires. However, couple days down the road, we had some issues arise. Anthony was kind enough to waive all the services done to the SUV because he CARES for the customer's satisfaction. He didn't have to, but he wanted to. I respect that so much as a customer. I spent over $2000+ and I'll be a returning customer solely because of Anthony. I've been taking both my work vehicle, and personal vehicle here and not sure I'll ever go anywhere else. Anthony is always up front and honest about what does and what doesn't need to be addressed on your vehicle. He explains things with detail so you know exactly what is needed and what services will be performed. They get the job done FAST and keep in contact throughout the fix letting you know if they find anything else that needs servicing. I asked Anthony about recommendations/suggestions on an exhaust upgrade for my f150 and he gave me ideas, even let me listen to his personal truck with the same exhaust system so I could get an idea of what I was getting. Ordered the parts on a Friday, brought my truck in on Wednesday, and picked it up the next day all ready to go. They go above and beyond! Thank you Auto Select Neenah!!

I've always had a great experience here! The last time was the best however. After having some issues with another shop, Anthony took his time (though busy) to go over my concerns and explain in detail what was going on. They were able to do the work others could not and did so quickly and at a fair price. Thank you Anthony!

Went here on recommendation from friend, very happy I did. Called to schedule appt was offered next day,. Thought I needed all 4 brakes replaced, turns out needed fronts and rears good for a bit yet. Appreciate not being taken advantage of, customer service outstanding

I recently took my truck in to Auto Select for an alignment. When I got there and talked with Anthony Zimmerman about a few other concerns I had with my truck, he fit it in their schedule to do those things while my truck was there. He didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need but explained the things they could do for me. He was honest about the whole process and I would recommend them to anyone.

Winter driving is dangerous. After totaling my last vehicle, I was quick to buy winter tires for my current vehicle. I called a few local repair shops to try to get the tires mounted on the rims. One business said it would be a few weeks to get me in, one said I didn't buy the tires from them so they wouldn't do it, and one hung up on me! What! But then, I called Auto Select. Anthony went above and beyond immediately while on the phone, giving me advice and breaking down price estimates. They got me in a few days later, and even snuck in an oil change for me! Not once did they try to sell me any additional parts or services, just what I needed Bottom line is if you are looking for a trustworthy and reliable auto repair shop in Neenah, I don't think you'll find a crew who cares as much as the Auto Select crew. They're fast workers, knowledgeable, and very honest. So, so honest! These are the type of people I want to give my business to. I will be going back and I urge you, the reader, to give them a try!

Was having brake issues. They got back to me the morning i dropped the car off with an estimate and time it would be ready. Delivered on both and stayed under the estimate. Staff was engaging and friendly. I have found my new go to auto repair shop in Neenah.

Anthony is always so polite and courteous, always a joy to work with regardless of how busy the shop becomes. I recently had the complimentary check completed along with an oil change and my 2008 Buick runs like a brand new car. I do take my car in regularly for oil changes elsewhere but my car hasn't run this smoothly in years. We also appreciate the newsletter, they have helpful information and good recipes.

I really appreciate Anthony and his staff. They really try to work with you and find solutions that best fit your situation. I always bring my vehicles here because of the quality and professionalism. One of my vehicles had a tire blow-out. I had my car dropped off and, even though they were slammed, they were able to have my car ready by the end of the day. There's not a lot of places that have employees willing to stay late or push hard to make sure they get your vehicle back to you as quickly as possible. I would recommend this place to everyone!!!

Today, I called because I had thought I scheduled an appointment for a drop off... but I must have done it incorrectly. They were friendly, personable, and asked me about my car problem. I dropped my car off soon after that and pretty quickly I received the info that I needed new brakes. I figured... it's Friday and hopefully it will be fixed by early next week. Nope! They were able to fit me in and I picked up my car same day. The service here is exceptional, fair priced and quick. My car runs amazing now. Thank you for making this busy mama's day!
