The Guys at the counter are always nice and helpful. Parts selection is good, if they dont have it they are always willing to give you an idea on where to get it. Operating hours are a little short compared to other stores in the area.

To your impatient driver in your company vehicle, thanks for honking at me while I was waiting to turn into the BP gas station. Guess my blinker being on and your option of moving to the other lane of traffic didn't make you happy. Saw you turn into the auto shop which has a nice turn lane option, please note there isn't the same space available where I was turning. Hope you have a better day and remember you represent NAPA when in your company vehicle.

Generally speaking Napa stores have good quality stuff , clean and orderly buildings and reasonably helpful counter people.( Much better in my opinion than some of the other chain stores.
