I purchased a Mazda from National Auto in April 2025. I've had the car for 6+ months and she's been a dream. No issues besides regular maintenance to mileage. The process to test drive and have the car inspected was super easy. My salesman, Abraham, didn't hang over my shoulder and was helpful with questions. They also didn't have a problem with me taking the car to another mechanic to get looked at. Definitely a great experience for me. Would highly recommend getting a car here !

I needed the tire monitor system sensors replaced. They did so quickly & at a reasonable price. They are always very kind, friendly & knowledgeable. My son has used them & has always been happy. They are now my go-to car service choice as well. Thank you for the excellent service.

Went to purchase a more practical vehicle due to life changes.. showed up to look at a beautiful hyper green 6 speed jeep wrangler and gosh was it beautiful all around i had to buy the day of driving it! They were very respectful and kind. Had run into a few issues within first few days and they had me come back and fixed it no charge to me! Would highly recommend this shop. The mechanic working on my truck was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The mechanic provided updates on my vehicle in a timely manor, and always kept me in the loop about my trucks repairs. The staff are also very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. This repair shop truly puts customer service first and cares about the customers.

If you want to buy a nice used vehicle without worry, this is the place. Yaya was great to deal with. Immediately felt like I was buying a car from a friend I could trust. I bought the car and immediately needed to load it up in their lot and drive 10 hours. The car drove flawlessly, the transaction went flawlessly. It all needed to work or I was screwed and these guys made it happen. The next time I’m looking for a vehicle I will be looking here first or potentially calling them to source me something. 5 stars only because I can’t give 6. ******

Bought a 2015 Subaru Forester in June and overall the buying process was pretty smooth. Yahya was friendly and very helpful throughout. He did mention that if a light came on, a small problem appeared shortly after purchasing, to just bring it back for them to take a look at. Within a month I brought the car back after going through a 90° heat wave and having the air conditioning fail. A few days later the drivers side window stopped rolling down. They said they could fix both no problem. A good 5 hours later on my day off, my car was ready. They said there shouldn’t be any leaks in the coolant system (I sure hope not), so they refilled the coolant and the A/C was working. Rabee said they cleaned the window motor and that should be good to go. 3 days later the window stops working again, on the 4th of July. Another two weeks later, my engine randomly dies while idling from a missing air intake value cap. Oh, and then I found out that there’s no jack, as well. Thankfully I didn’t find out with a flat tire. At the end of the day, I’m not impressed that I bought a car without coolant, no jack, and a few random problems that popped up within a month a two. If they had done a proper job originally selling the car and with the first fixes, I would have given them another chance and another half of my day off to resolve the issues. Instead I fixed the window with a $100 and 2 hours of my own time. Still working on the rest.

Great place too get a car! Asked questions and they were fast to respond all of them made me feel like family …all there cars where top tier made it hard to pick one but when I did there price was more then fair very happy and great sales ppl highly recommend this dealer because of there honesty and pride in there job to get you into a car that you will be happy with …thank you!!

Lost my car's engine to the floods, these guys got me the lowest mileage replacement engine with a competitive price and a 12 months warranty. Fully inspected the car during the process and offered different solutions depending on my budget. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offered to stay late so I could test drive a car after traveling from out of town on a Monday night. My salesman, Yahya, was friendly and honest. There was no pressure to purchase extended warranties or other line items I wasn’t interested in. I’ve always heard you should be wary of small dealerships but I had an excellent experience with this one, would recommend!

The best service dealership in Wisconsin period I did my brakes, Four brand new tires and the service was immaculate that I sat down. They offered me some drinks. They offered me Snacks the coffee bar was nice and at the end they checked the car thoroughly to make sure everything is good and they always give you recommendations for your service, but never be obligated to change it, Not pushy at all and very, very sweet love it will recommend I drove 30 minutes for them, and I will always do it again and again.

My third time working with the owner (Rabee) and their staff. Extremely honest... and helpful.. Had a vehicle break down on a Saturday mid-afternoon, and they were able to help me with a tow, and take care of everything on Monday. Everyone at National Auto goes above and beyond with their services. We were a little worried about going to a dealership due to other places not disclosing problems with the car. Everyone was very open and honest about the car and it's condition and also provided the Carfax without us requesting it.
