Fast, great, and friendly service. Had the tires ready to install the moment i arrived and had me out the door in less than 30 min.

Brought my vehicle in for a tail light issue, they were very communicative about what they were doing and what the issue was. I had my vehicle back to me in tip top shape within an hour of dropping it off. I will definitely be coming back again!

WOW! What customer service! My husband called in the later afternoon to see if they could repair a flat tire. Not only did they fit us into their schedule, they fixed the tire in record time and the cost was minimal, amazing! It felt like old fashion customer service. Thank you, we will definitely be back.

They are very thorough. Very professional and super courteous, the maintenance checklist is super easy to read and understand what is going on with your vehicle. They seem a little pricey but you pay for it in feeling confident that you were treated like a friend not a customer.

We have been taking our vehicles to this establishment long before Silver Lake Auto took over. (25 plus years.) We continue to come here because of Allen!! He is a gem. We also patronize the establishment because they give great customer service, do good work and are transparent when performing service on our vehicles. I appreciate receiving texts from them while they are working my vehicle. They let me know the status of the job and if there are any unforseen issues. The "after" report given let's me know the status of my vehicle and everything that was checked. No one likes to have work done on their cars. It can be costly and inconvenient but, Silver Lake Auto makes it less painful.

Garrett really helped me out of a bind. Another company I had an appointment with left me high and try as I needed a new tire. Not only did he help me, he was able to order the tire, have it delivered and put on in the same day.

When I tell you I am blessed, I mean BLESSED. Garrett and the team at Silver Lake did everything they could to help me out with my hoopty of a 2010 Focus. Initially thinking I had one snapped tierod it turns out I have two that needed to be replaced with a specific rubber piece that was discontinued years ago. From the honesty to the integrity to hunting down discontinued parts, then the blessing of my ‘due balance’ — they went out of their way to make sure my car was back to me in working order the SAME day. I was always hopeful it’d work out, and then it did in certain and I can not thank them all enough. I am not a well-to-do professional, I’m a struggling but hopeful and optimistic late-bloomer and they saw as being deserving of their mercy. They have no idea the positive impact this entire experience has had on me. It’s been an emotional day, I couldn’t be any more blessed to have had Silver Lake fall into my lap from a simple “car shops near me” search. I saw the reviews, took a chance, and ended up white knuckled crying before I drove off. My car is running beautifully, driving great, and you can feel the safety and care in mind in the drive. dont go here. their labor rates are ridiculous. they charged my son $300 to dismount 8 tires and mount 3. all other shops i call tell me it would be between 150 and 200. this place takes advantage of people. I would not recommend!!

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, I was in a pinch and needed an on the fly alignment and the staff was cool about fitting me in for the afternoon. They even did an exterior wash for me. Service completed on my vehicle was excellent. Thank you Silver Lake Auto Muskego.

This was my first time using Silver Lake Auto in Muskego. I found a crack in my rim and the tire kept going flat. I needed the tire taken off and mounted & balanced on a new rim. Lance was very helpful over the phone and great to work with. We coordinated the work and much to my surprise when I picked up the tire and rim I was told there would be “no charge”. I would definitely recommend Silver Lake Auto in the future and I will definitely be back myself. The facility was very clean and the staff was very friendly and great to work with!

This shop is awesome very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful they do an amazing job and are willing to go the extra mile and not cut corners to make sure the job is done correctly will definitely return with future business

On Friday 26th I realized I had a flat tire. I dropped it off after work ( 1:30 ) and asked if I could get it back the same day because I was leaving the next morning for a road trip vacation. The gentleman at the counter said it would be tight but would do everything he could do. He called me at 4:30 that the tire was done. I could not have been more happy with the service I received. Could not recommend them any higher. A++++

I went to them 3 months ago with a nail in my tire.they informed me I needed to replace 2 tires. It was a bit of a charge… fast forward to last week I had yet another flat tire. We kept the tire that was replaced previously so they just replaced it with that tire. I came to pick up my car and was told by Garrett it was no charge! So thankful and appreciate this very kind gesture! Thank you! Will definitely go back because of this.

First time using Silver Lake Auto & Tire. My car broke down and had to be towed there. Lance was very professional, friendly, and polite. Facility was spotless. They did a very complete and thorough inspection. In the end, my 20-year old car is not worth repairing so did not have the repairs done, but will definitely use them again.

DO NOT GO HERE went here to get a water pump replaced and was lied to and tryed scamming me by saying my radiator. Hoses were also leaking when it was coolant leaking from my water pump and originally has quoted me 1000 and then plus radiator hoses 4200 bucks mind you radiator hoses are 200 bucks and clamps to put on I’ll give them 500 on labor but in top of all of that 4200 bucks insane and when I tried to talk to someone in the back over the phone no one could talk and then when I went in to pick it up and asked to talk to someone “no one was there” and on top of all of that walking back to my truck I looked and lucky I had poped my hood to check but they had left me with virtually no coolant when I also had had my own cool and I had bought sitting in my passenger seat they decided not to put any in and if I would have drove like that my engine would have over heated and blow unreal.

They were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole ordeal. With the free inspection to the fix its self they were very attentive to all detail and got it done quick and easy.

I arrived at Silver Lake auto desperate to get my wife's flat tire replaced. It was the end of the work day for them and I knew it was a stretch that they would even be able to get me in. I spoke to Garrett who was manning the desk and explained my predicament. Much to my surprise and delight he squeezed me in! He was super friendly and understood that I didn't have any other option that late in the day. When I took out my wallet to pay for mounting and balancing the tire, he refused to take payment. He explained that he understood and just wanted to help. I didn't even purchase the new tire from them, I brought it in with me. These guys really do care about people, not just making money!

My first service with Silver Lake for tire service more than met my expectations. Service was prompt, thorough and competent. They also provided shuttle home and car wash at no charge. I purchased four tires and had them installed, balanced and aligned.

This was my 3rd visit with Silver Lake. The past times they were very helpful in my needs. Just recently I developed a vibration towing my boat.They checked every possible thing that could have caused this & could not find the problem. This might be a trailer issue which they would be willing to drive with me towing the boat to further help me, Silver Lake is very professional in all they do! They provide you with a full inspection of your vehicle listing every repair that may be needed. They do not pressure you to have these done, just pointing out the level of priority it needs to be done. Kind of like going to the doctor, once you go in they find everything wrong with you😳 Again, no pressure by them. You also get the detailed report including photos of the issues for you to decide. I highly recommend Silver Lake for all of your vehicle needs!

Brought car in to Silver Lake in Muskego for new tires. Service tech performed assessment on vehicle and came up with multiple flagged items beyond the tires I was there for, totaling almost $3000 if I were to have them completed. I declined the extra services they claimed I needed. A few days later, I took the vehicle to my dealer and they assessed same things and did not find those same concerns. I feel that Silver Lake is not conducting business in a trustworthy way.

I could not get into any of the local dealerships to get my audi repaired, as it was making a high pitched squealing. Google showed me an authorized audi repair shop nearby my home, and we called to discuss the issue. They got us in immediately, diagnosed the repair and quoted a price. In 3 days, i had my car back, and what was really great is that they offer a better warranty than the dealership. It was an in depth repair of the pcv valve, and i expected additional issues. There were none. The had to update my fluids and included a conplimentary oil change. I was very pleased with the fast, quality repair. They have excellent customer service, and now have a customer for life. Thanks again, my car is running perfectly.

Silver Lake Auto is a very trust worthy auto repair shop. They tell you what needs to be done now & what you may need in the future to keep your vehicle well maintained. Allen is a very personal professional person who will explain what needs to be done in layman terms. Great Place! I Highly Recommend! Excellent service, honest, worth the price, this is now my go-to shop, unbiased advise

Silver Lake Auto did an amazing job on my front suspension for my f-250. They got me in within a reasonable amount of time, had great communication throughout the project, were friendly and even with a few snags (from my truck not cooperating) were able to get my truck back to me in the quoted amount of time. Prices were also reasonable which is a huge plus! I highly recommend Silver Lake to any one who truly cares about their vehicle. Top notch work! Thanks a bunch! I will definitely be back (hopefully not too soon) Special shout out to Allen and Craig who were pleasures to work with!

I had such a great experience at Silver Lake Auto in Muskego! I was really nervous about taking my car in for repairs due to it being under new ownership, but the team here made me feel so comfortable. Allen was super friendly and explained everything in a way that made sense to me. I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me, which I really appreciated. They fixed my car quickly, and it’s running better than ever. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future car problems. Highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants honest, reliable service!

SUPER HELPFUL! We were on a short trip over the holiday and the sensors on all 4 tires indicated they were low. We stopped and asked for assistance and they were absolutely more than willing to help. We even offered to pay and were not allowed to do so. Very friendly and helpful. Place was very clean and organized. Very inviting. I will definitely look them up when it's time to tire shop! THANK YOU!!

Had to have my tire patched and they were able to get it done within a few hours. Everyone was so nice and courteous. Very comparable in pricing and their service driver who drove me back to work was also very nice and I could tell he enjoyed his job. Will definitely be back for any other issues not covered under my dealer warranty!

I could always count on Muskego Tire & Auto to perform alignments quickly and with high accuracy on my daily drivers and my custom cars and hot rods. On 2-2-2024 I had my 280,000+ mile 2005 Chevrolet Tahoe Z71 aligned after I installed new ball joints, and tie rods over the weekend. They dialed it in perfectly within specification in less than an hour including the test drive. Silver Lake Auto & Tire Center is carrying the torch of Muskego Tire & Auto, and am glad to learn first hand that they are continuing the tradition.
