She consistently takes the time to help me find exactly what I need while prioritizing my budget and goals.
I had not seen Dawn for several months, and my recent visits lacked the personal touch I had come to expect, leaving me with a diminished view of the brand. However, seeing her again today was a huge relief. She immediately made me feel supported, ensuring I was taken care of and that the job was done right.
It is because of employees like Dawn, who build genuine relationships and prioritize customer satisfaction, that l will continue to bring my business here. She made my day by doing what she does best: putting the customer first.

I needed a new wiper blade, but didn't know what kind. Drew was very helpful. He located one quickly and efficiently. Even helped me put it on. Stellar service.
Outstanding customer service. Dawn and her team treat customers like family. If you have a question about a part they will get you the right answer. Also, they are extremely helpful with returns.
Always have a great experience at this location. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I have bought multiple windshield wipers from them. I love that they also put them on for you free of charge. Nice perk and very appreciated!

Need to take down the sign that said that you do "check engine light diagnostic" when you staff your store with one rude employee. Small girl that would not even tell me when was a good time to come back and have the check engine light diagnostic done. Just rude!
Went to get my check engine light checked and the guy seemed uninterested and seemed to not know what he was doing. He ran the test and didn't really know what was wrong. And, when he finally told us what was wrong he didn't have the parts in store and didn't know exactly what parts to get. But on a more positive note he was nice and did get the job done.
Stopped in a few weeks ago, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The store manager, Ryan, went above and beyond. They have the best prices, I won't go anywhere else.
The only reason I gave it one star, is because I can't give it none. And I guess they have better (later) hours than the other auto parts stores in the area. Because of that, I have used them a few times. Unless you are desperate, or just need something off the shelf and simple like a quart of oil or something, save yourself the headache and frustration. If they have any employees that know anything at all, sorry for this review. But I have never dealt with them. This place is the real life version of the "clueless parts store guy meme". I could go on and on. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this place. And if you have to go. And the clueless drones behind the counter actually figure out how to use the computer so they can get you your parts out of the back, and after handing you the wrong part three times, tell you they have to have it sent over from "the other store", consider yourself lucky if "the other store" gets it right. The 4 or 5 times I have used this place it was always a huge headache. To the point it is just plain sad.
