Never had an issue with Pat and his mechanics. Always willing to help and work on my vehicle. Ive been going to them for years, and plan on continuing years to come.
If you are looking for ONE guy to repair/maintain your vehicle, Pat is the man. A sigh of relief to find a man that is has honesty, integrity, is straight forward...and honestly, is the down-home, down-to-Earth good guy one hopes to find in that particular line of work. Lord knows there are plenty of the opposite out there. Pat treats you like a close friend. In fact, after 18 years of my wife and I taking our cars to him (Yes, every time. Once you find the right mechanic, you don't change.) we would consider Pat a friend. That's the way he is. He'll personally go out of his way to treat you special. He's that kind of man. The type this world is short on today, so...for a mechanic, it's a slam dunk. This review is NOT skewed by personal feelings. Instead, quite the opposite. We became friends BECAUSE Pat's so darn good and so darn genuine article. I would guarantee if you take your vehicle to Pat to be serviced once, you'll be back. No reason you wouldn't.
With that being said, The gentleman who left the 1-star review and did the stand up thing and left ZERO details. Well done. Obviously a plant by a competitor or someone who simply doesn't know Pat. Plain and simple.
For the record, I'm not a "local" or a family member. I'm a 48yo Washington Cty business owner who knows the importance of customer feedback. Yet, I also am keenly aware of the catch-22 of ANONYMOUS reviews. (See Mr. 1-star)
In this day of social media "bravery", it sure the heck is nice to share GOOD feedback. When "real" people...good guys perform at high levels, don't they and the rest of world deserve to know it?
