Engine light went on within 1/4 mile of Bob's. Thankfully was able to pull in. They were able to check codes immediately, get me in and take care of the problem within hours. I appreciated the non-pressure approach they took (just laying out the options and letting you decide). I've experienced others that tell you that you have to take the high-priced option or else...which isn't always the case. Highly recommend them.
They were extremely helpful with finding the issue with and fixing my car for me! They were amazing with communicating updates on my car and their findings and made it simple for me to be able to get my car back to working safely and well!

Thank you Bob's on Main for the excellent service. I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation using their buy one get one free Bogo deal! Thanks to their complimentary inspection, discovered I needed brakes. They were able to order the parts and complete all services in the same day! I was able to walk in present my coupon, pay my bill and pickup my car after hours. The rep at desk was very attentive Nd patient with my questions. Have been going to this location Westside auto for 4 years. Change of ownership it appears the pricing is high. Polite folks but sorry I think 230% markup on parts too high, best luck with having enough work at those prices. Wish we could have stayed with that location, location is convenient. Maybe pricing will adjust.
Great service! Very accommodating. Easy drop off and pick up. Great communication and advice! Not intimidating for the automobile-illiterate. BOGO was unnecessary but appreciated and definitely going above and beyond.
