Worst experience ever for towing called in on AAA and phone call started with what wrong with my truck I explained that the transmission was broken and he responded with does it start and I was around the corner and replied with I don’t know if it starts it’s been cold and could need a jump I but I’m sure there are jumper cables to get it started if need be and he said well can I speak to some that know about your truck other than u because I guess you don’t know you truck I was taken away with the attitude in the tone of voice mind u this was only a 1 min call and was recorded he said then proceeded to say he would call me back later when I figured out the battery problem I didn’t know what was his problem and proceeded to end the call and said he would call me back but cancelled my service idk why he had such a problem with me I was only able to talk for a min but worst service I ever had seen and I’m a auto mechanic and could never understand why you would have a employee taken in calls from AAA that seems to not want to tow or care for his job

Update due to your response. I did not call you, AAA did. A different tow company wouldn’t take the car, so you were the secondary call. I was not aware of any balance with the place my vehicle was at. They never gave me verbally notice or anything in writing of a price and sprung it on me at the last second when a tow was coming. When you guys called me I specifically told you, you couldn’t pick up my car because the other mechanic just told me I owed money. I never once tried to get you to pick it up with the given circumstances. You asked what the deal with the car is and I told you. I didn’t expect you do anything. When I told you what the situation was you rudely said “And what do you want me to do about it.” Like I said I never called you. AAA should have relayed this information to you and I didn’t deserve the disrespect, especially while already being stressed out.
Steve saved the day! My car broke down while I was trying to get up north. He helped me come up with the best solution for my circumstance. Given the situation I wasn't thinking as clearly as he was. He saved me time and money!
I was in a really tough situation and so thankful this tow company was nearby. The service was flawless from start to finish. He arrived quickly, was extremely knowledgeable, and handled my truck with the utmost care. On top of that, he was very professional, easy to talk to, and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. Truly outstanding service — highly recommend to anyone in need of a reliable tow!
I’m in sales, yesterday I went to a customers home and pulled in the, what I thought was a driveway but it was there ‘yard’ that they park in I guess. Everything has just melted, so half way down I realized it was no good but it was too late. I was stuck, in the mud, and it was BAD! I have AAA so I put a request in, within minutes Reliable called me. He said he would be there in about 45 mins. I seen a truck pull up about 25 mins later so I didn’t think it was them, but it was!! He tried to pull back and also began to get stuck. He could have just left and said idk, as my truck was out of reach of the winch as well. But he didn’t!! He tried to push, then we got wood and tried that under the tires, that was doing nothing either. He was finally able to free it enough and got it about half way to the truck. The whole time he was also fielding calls I’m assuming about other jobs that needed to be done. He then used the winch with every extension to get to it and tracked back in forth thru the mud and got my truck out!! I am very thankful for the company coming so fast but the driver also NOT giving up and moving on to the next job! I can’t scream thank u loud enough!! I wish I remembered ur name but THANK U SOOO MUCH!
Absolutely horrible experience. I had a customer. Have a jeep towed Into our shop in Theresa wi The towing service, knowing that it was a non-runner dropped it off right in the middle of our only driveway. There was two spots upfront in the front of the building that it could’ve been dropped off and then on top of it they were rude to my customer I will absolutely never use this company again and anybody that I come in contact with I will not refer them very unprofessional. They were easy to work with. During the first winter storm they were busy with lots of accidents. We are thankful that we called them. They took care of picking up our daughter's vehicle from the ditch in not great weather conditions. Despite how crazy the evening was, they took things without adding to our stressful situation. Great job guys and stay safe out there this winter season!!!
Our truck died on us coming back from camping in the Dells (so we had our camper), but thankfully we were pulled into a gas station parking lot.
My husband called for a tow and he was told they wouldn't even start heading our way until we gave them our credit card over the phone (even though insurance was covering it). My husband has Parkinson’s, and he gets confused easily and can't always get the words out correctly so he asked me to call him back. So I did, (I wish I'd gotten his name!!) but I was driving out to where he was with the truck and camper in Hustisford from Mequon where I work, but I couldn't call while driving, so I called once I got there. After I explained who I was, I was answered with a very curt "yeah, and?!". I asked about the rates and he rattled them off, very quickly and was almost defensive when saying "that's the going rate". I was just asking. Like I said, insurance was covering it. He was incredibly short and rude, and after I gave him our cc info, he says "you took so long to call back, another call had come in. I'll get there when I get there".
After waiting about an hour and a half, my husband called to see if he was still coming and the tow guy said he'd driven past us, saw we had a camper, said he wasn't told we had a camper so he just kept driving and went to a different call. We later saw He had called my husband’s phone, but it was in the car because he was dealing with unhitching the camper, and he never called my phone (I was the one he'd delt with more recently AND had paid him) so had we not called him, who knows how long we'd have sat there.
We had made other arrangements for the camper, but couldn't move it until our truck was out of the way, so we didn't thing to tell him about it being as he didn't have anything to do with it) If he was driving past, he couldn't just stop and ASK about the camper?! No, he just drove past.
He was very curt with us the entire time. When he first picked the truck up, I tried to tell him the layout of our driveway, and which side I wanted it on, and to not put it on the grass, but he just said "I'll see it when I get there". When he dropped it off, he asked where I wanted it so I showed him, again stating "just not on the grass". Guess where my truck is?! On the grass.
I've been in customer service my whole life, and I am an "acts of kindness" kind of person. I am the one that will give a cold water to a guy mowing the lawn in a median I drive by or leave treats (usually homemade) out for UPS/FedEx. It was my intent to give this guy fresh pumpkin bars, but after the way we were treated, I just couldn't do it.
I don't know the "going rate" for a tow these days, but almost $260 seems a bit high to tow a truck less than 12 miles.
A VERY disappointing experience.
These people were terrible to me and everyone they were on the phone with when I was in their office. I had trouble after a bad accident with getting my title and they held my car and continuously harassed me with threatening calls and voicemails while I was injured without a car and job and not even from their town. I explained my situation to them over and over and even had a lawyer explain it to them. I ended up having to make a trip there 3 times and they were still nasty to me up until the last minute. They got a lot of money from me and took advantage of the situation I was stuck in with no way of fixing. One of the most horrible experiences dealing with a company I’ve ever had.
Let's start with the owner. I called him two nights ago about the lock-out dilemma I was facing with my car and the missing fob in my trunk. He patiently guided me through the process and told me what their tow truck driver would do when he reached my house. His employee, whose name is Dustin is a pro's pro. Within five minutes I had the fob that had been locked in the trunk and unlike the previous towing service, he did not trigger the car alarm. Five stars!
I got stuck on side of hwy 60. Called a few other places. This was the quickest and best option i had. Had a 7&8 yr old with me. Driver was awesome with all his questions etc. If ever need another tow, this is one place i will call again. The driver was awesome! I was so stressed im not sure i got his name. But, this is the way to go. Thank you!
They were called to pull my son out of ditch after snow fall, came with a flatbed instead of wrecker, said he needed a different truck, charged for both trucks. When I disputed the bill as insurance wasn't paying it wanted cash only. Wonder if he reports that to IRS? $800.00 for a $200.00 job. Wouldn't recommend them for anything.

Our RV was running poorly and we still had a long way to go we called several Ford Dealers it would take up to 3 weeks to fix or take it to Milwaukee. We called Reliable Truck and Auto they said they would work on it. Steve put the cool looking machine on it and showed us what our RV needed done . It was misfiring from 5 cylinders he changed all the coils and plugs in all cylinders and and oil change in a few days thank you Steve for everything
They got me out of pinch when a sank my 34' RV in my yard. They came out and with a mid size wrecker, professionally ran the cables to not damage my RV and got it out. Kept me informed the whole way and we're very pleasant on the phone. Thanks a lot for your tools, knowledge, and professionalism.
My tire blew on 33 and I was in a pretty dangerous spot to get it changed myself. Reliable auto came out and took care of me quickly and professionally. Turns out I would have needed them anyway as my spare had no air in it. The charges were reasonable and what I expected, the service was better than expected.

My daughter locked her keys in her car at school. I contacted AAA and they assigned Reliable Truck and Auto to us. They were there in 30 minutes and not the quoted 59 minutes! And he had her door open within only a minute or two. The all around service was Fantastic!! Thank you!
I had my minivan towed twice in one day and they were very nice to work with! The first tow took a while but there was flooding on the roads so it was understandable. The dispatch worker is super friendly and professional. We have used their service a few times through AAA. Every time the driver is friendly and efficient. My vehicle ended up being too expensive to fix so I needed to just scrap it, so they even offered to buy it from me for a fair price. It saved me such a hassle! I'm very satisfied with their services. Highly recommend!
Excellent customer service!! I woke up to a flat tire. Called Reliable and was given an ETA. Tech arrived, removed the flat, put air in my spare and put that on in less than 10 min. He showed me the nail and thought the tire could be repaired. I was going to take to their shop but he offered to take for me and said I could expect a call with an update. Less than an hour later, he was back with my patched tire and explained how he fixed it with the newest double sided plugs and switched the tires again. He went out of his way to help me. Because of his great customer service, I wanted them to get my business for the patch or new tire. Then to save me a trip and bring my tire back was above and beyond my expectations. He said I happened to call when they weren't swamped, so I was lucky. With this kind of service, I will call them for my next set of tires!!
Called this place at roughly 4am for a tow, and was told it could be picked up immediately and dropped off where I needed, or if it could wait until later on that that day, or the following day, it would be cheaper.
I was pleased that I could do a cheaper tow just for waiting, not to mention they were easy to get in touch with, via text or call.
For the distance it needed to be towed, I was pretty surprised the cost was lower than I expected, considering another place I contacted quoted me nearly $200 more.

If you need a tow, these are the guys you should call. Steve and Keith were friendly when I talked to them on the phone. Keith went above and beyond to make the tow problem free. I waited around all day for Finish Line towing out of Madison, who called and confirmed they would be picking up my vehicle but couldn't get there until 2PM. Long story short, Finish Line failed to deliver but these guys followed through.
Keith was friendly, knew what he was doing, professional and had a good sense of humor. He had a 190 mile tow and did it with a smile on his face. He even offered to drop my van right in my buddies shop and use extra caution not to scuff the floor. I wish everyone had this kind of customer service. Keep up the great work, Keith is an asset to your company.

My wife's car died on HWY60 coming home from her job. When Steven from Reliable showed up, I was still down the road (coming from my work) so he kept his tow truck and lights flashing so my wife would be safe. After we found out the battery wouldn't hold a charge from my jumper pack, he offered to tow the car back to our place not far from there in which he did safely and effectively. He was nice and professional, and his main concern was our safety.
It is Christmas Eve and I unfortunately found myself stranded with a flat tire. I used my membership through AAA to receive help, and this is who they sent me. Upon their arrival I was greeted by a less than friendly individual who clearly was not happy about the type of people he was going to be servicing. Through our entire interaction he was talking down to myself as well as my two passengers. I went on to explain to him that the lug was possibly stripped and we just needed help getting it loose so we could get my tire back on and make it home safely. He proceeded to tell me that he would only take the tire off, but wasn't going to hassle with putting it back on. We told him that was perfectly okay, we would take care of putting it back on. He concluded our interaction by saying "well you can figure it out cause I'm not taking that off". We tried to respond, telling him we had no issue putting g the tire on ourselves. To which he replied by jumping in his truck, slamming the door and taking off. I will NEVER give my business to these characters again. I have never been treated so unfairly and nasty by another human being. Spend your money with a company who will care for you as their customer, with no prejudices based off the way you look. So disgusting.
Great service from these guys! Dustin arrived very promptly and was very professional. My daughter was locked out of her car. He very gently and efficiently was able to gain access to her vehicle and she was on her way. Would definitely recommend these guys again!
The experience I had doesn't even deserve 1 star. I was in an emergency situation with my 7 year doing a subcontracting job and got stuck in snow. I did call the representative of this company about 4 times ( there is only one.), but truthfully it was dark and I was panicking. I literally requested what the cost would be and this person had an attitude. Regardless, all I needed was help and he literally hung up on me twice. I was saved by the sheriff's office tow company, but this by far was the lowest a person can go. I understand refusing service, but he was going to get my business, he just didn't want to disclose the cost...... I have also submitted my complaint to the better business bureau.
I would highly recommend this towing company. They were fast and reliable just like their company name! The driver was very professional and super friendly. He introduced himself right away to everyone. He had a few good jokes as well. He made the current situation better for us. For having to use a towing service for the first time and having a great experience, I would call them again in a time of need!
I have worked with Reliable before and had a great experience. They were quick with my quote and the work was very well done! I am currently working with them now with an issue and I have never felt so comfortable working with someone then I do with Reliable. They have done everything in their power to see me through the car issues I am having and have kept me aware of everything that is happening.
