I took my car here because he was recommended to me. He told me my brakes were fine (I actually needed new calipers etc in fronts and back), and he told me my car frame was rotted, but I’ve had it jacked up and fixed two other times since then. I get he offers a free service but maybe don’t trust a free service because you get what you “pay for” and that was NOTHING
Spoke with this shop and explained my situation with my wife's Cherokee with the gas cap and hook that I broke off one winter got denied a lot of places or turned away because they don't do installation and these guys said yes right away and did it within a very reasonable time and very reasonable price. All in all 10 out of 10 experience definitely recommend

I went to Karl's on a referral from a friend who said her experience with Karl's Garage was fantastic, and I wasn't disappointed.
I had lost acceleration especially at higher speeds because I had installed Weathertech floor mats over the existing ones. (The directions had said not to) (I wanted the insulation)
It wasn't the transmission or the fuel injectors, which were suggested at other places, and which were going to be $125 JUST TO DIAGNOSE at other places.
Karl was honest with me. He had opportunity to take me to the cleaners, but he didn't.
And when I went to pay for my costly mistake, he didn't even charge me anything! And he had even checked a few other things out for me.
I have complete confidence that at my 75,000 mile maintenance he will do a fine job, as well as on any future problems I have with my car.
Called to get information on my vehicle that was serviced here and the gentleman was extremely rude and snarky and didn’t want to help me in the slightest. Customer service is awful.
Really happy with the service from Karls. I had issues with my front stabilizer bars and ball joints while in fond du lac. The local fond du lac mechanic quoted me a fairly high price for repair. I called Karl, and he saved me $1000 and only repaired what was necessary. I would highly recommend their service to anyone.
They do great work here. I take my personal cars her as well as my company van. I have never had an issue and if heard all over town that their customers are always happy
I can't speak highly enough about the mechanics at Karl's Garage. I needed to buy a new used car, and asked if they could inspect my prospects as I found them prior to purchase. They saved me from buying an expensive mistake.

Karl's garage offered me professional service at an extremely reasonable price. Karl's team was able to install lower control arms, struts, sway bar links, and get me an alignment all in a day's time while checking over the rest of the vehicle to help me prepare for a trip. Went back in for a recommended brake job and was not disappointed. Great service and highly recommended
We have a 2008 Tundra that was all over the road and the dealer could not figure out how to fix, so we took it to Karl's, and they repaired it straight-away! No bull, shoot straight, brilliant to work with. Highly recommend!
I was in a fix with my car after hitting a 9 point buck. I needed some engine work done and Karl and his gang stepped up and really helped me out. They fixed me up with a short notice repair. They explained everything they found, the repairs they did, and ways to avoid problems in the future. Fair prices and quality work. I highly recommend Karl’s Garage for all your mechanical needs.
