My Akright experience was fantastic. They saved me a ton of time shipping larger items to me ( hood, fender, fender liner, headlight assy, bumper cover), vs me driving 13 hours. Shipping price was really inexpensive, Akright packaged those items like they were for themselves, not a scratch, dent of any kind. Parts prices are very reasonable also, overall these guys are great, I will be a return customer for sure. Thank you!
We went in there enquiring about a replacement seatbelt part on April 5th and they told us they would call about the part that coming Monday or Tuesday. Never called. Went back last week, Friday, April 12th, to ask about the part once again. The owner told us his son had our number on the desk but forgot to call, so he then asked for our number again and later reassured us he would call this coming Monday or Tuesday regarding the seatbelt. Monday or Tuesday of this week rolls around, but no call back. We decided to go to the dealer today and they ordered the replacement part for us no problem. Sorry, Akright, but you lost three customers.This place used to be a really good place, so I'm not sure what happened.

The guy who worked there tried really hard to find a battery for my car. And even took the old one out and put it back in for me. No charge bc there was no sale. But definitely went above and beyond to help me.
Called to inquire about a part and the guy said he did have it. I then asked if it was already removed or not because I wanted to verify if the item had the correct mounting flange, since there's two versions, and he just hung up.
Edit: I guess it was just a misunderstanding but regardless, whoever picked up the phone didn't seem like they were interested in dealing with me. I've already called another place and their service was great so I'll be picking up the differential from them.
I could spend an hour talking about the great service that we received from Akright. I called looking for a car door and rims. The man on the phone was very friendly he took his time making sure that I myself was getting the right parts. He asked a lot of questions to insure that I would get the right door. He gave me a price and time to come pick my parts up. When we arrived to pick the parts up Dan put all the parts in my car by himself then took us inside to complete the purchase. While ringing us up I asked if he knew of anywhere I could get the door put on. He gave me a great recommendation. Saved me 400 bucks off the auto body shops price. While there we ran into a few other guys who worked there great group of guys. The service was great and so were the workers. I would recommend Akright to everyone I know.

I own a auto repair shop nicks garage in racine wi i have had a few bad expirances with the local yard here i orderd a motor from them ran great recived it next day i plan on doing all my buisness with them
Part was in great condition and priced well below market and they had the part picked and ready to go same day. The part was also as good or better then they rated/I expected which was icing on the cake. I can wholeheartedly recommend this salvage yard.
Got a focus hood from them. All of the guys were super knowledgeable and even more friendly. There was a slight mix-up that they took care of right away and we're more than glad to help me out. I will most definitely be back, and I'm really glad that I found this little yard that's out of the way. Definitely worth the trip, and will be back
