N-CAP arrived exactly on the time agreed. My car was winched onto the flat bed truck... good quality equipment, well maintained. The driver was concerned about not scratching my car in a tree overhanging my driveway, so he pushed it by hand down the driveway and into the street. This company has a culture that cares about a job done properly......
Called NCAP for a possible jump and/or towing to 6th Street Auto. Gentleman responded willing to do either or both. Said he would be to my house shortly but never arrived. 6th Street Auto called to say NCAP had stopped by them to say the house/address or phone number did not exist as he had called repeatedly with no response. My phone NEVER rang. NCAP said he would not be towing my vehicle in a harsh manner. How RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Obviously assistance was needed that he was NOT willing to pursue.
Extremely rude. Called them for a tow 25 miles away. The lady got all huffy and said she wouldn't leave town. Then hung up. Found a much friendlier tow service in town.
I live in Tomahawk and driving home from Green Bay on Hwy 29, I had a flat tire near Weston. I called 911 because of the fast crazy traffic on hwy 29. I waited for a police officer or tow truck. NCAP Towing was the first to arrive.They loaded my truck and took me and my truck to Wausau to find a place that would install a new tire. The first tire shop did not have my size in stock so they took me to another shop that did. They were so nice and caring & helpful! Linda and her partner went above and beyond to help me. It was so nice and very comforting to a woman traveling alone. I am so thankful for their help.

Fabulous business, locally owned and does a great job towing, drove halfway to GreenBay to pickup my car, never once complained then drove my daughter and I home before taking vehicle to automotive shop. Linda has “saved” me numerous times, and always with a smile.
