My daughter slid off the road in today’s snow storm on her way home. Being an hour and a half from home we called Lighting Express Towing and boy am I glad we did. They arrived quicker than their estimated time, pulled my daughter out and made sure she got on her way home, then after she was safe and taken care of they called me for payment over the phone. Great service! Even the police officer that stopped by to check on her said we called the right company and I see why. Thank you Lighting Express Towing. We have your number in our contacts just in case as we drive frequently between Green Bay and Eau Claire.
Twice in the last 2 months, I have required towing services. The first, standard tow, point a to point b with me riding along, but at around 3 am. The second was to winch me out of the ditch after going off road during one of our recent ice storms. Both drivers were very kind. Both made it to me out on hwy 34 in a timely fashion. Every person I had contact with in this company showed me respect and compassion. Great company to deal with in an emergency!
Chad, he was a big help when my car needed to be towed and answering my questions. He and the crew were amazing and professional when I came back to get my belongings in my car.

I cant remember the name of the young man that delivered my sons car to my house but he was very nice and efficient! I recommend lightning express towing to anyone who needs fast, reliable and non expensive service!
My car stopped on the side of the on ramp entering the highway. It was a very stressful experience. What wasn't stressful was getting a fast response from a professional and helpful tow/lift truck driver. I would definitely recommend their services.
Great customer service. I was 20miles out of wuasau, they were super busy but jeff got out here in 1hr. He called to comfirm the location before heading out to me. Very friendly guy. I told him location and he instantly knew where it was. Hooked my suv up on the flat bed quickly and we were on our way. The fee was $160 to my hotel in wuasau which in my opinion is a great rate. And they accept card! Some places i called only accepts cash. I dont carry cash anymore unless im going to a carnival or fair.
Was the fastest most efficient tow experience I’ve had and the gentleman was very nice . Hopefully I never need them again but if I do they are my first call !
They charged $500 for a tow for my 16 year son cus I was out of town working and they wanted $60 a day for storage. I found a different towing company right away to get it out of there that charged way less for towing and no storage fee. No one is this company ever please!

Picked me up at the side of the road in no time and got my car towed. 100% satisfied. One of the other towing places in town was dismissive and hung up on me. I would definitely all lightning again if I needed them.

We are on Day 20 of a motorcycle trip and got a flat tire on I39 north near Kronenwetter. Another biker stopped to help but the tire was beyond roadside aid. It's an Indian motorcycle and because of this, Bull Falls Harley Davidson (5 minutes up the road) refused to help, but at least gave us Lightning's number. Chad was there in about 15 minutes, loaded us up and took us to a hotel up the street until we could figure out next steps. MANY MANY MANY thanks to Lightning Express Towing!!
After a semi stupidly backed into my motorcycle, Jeff showed up to the rescue. He took good care loading and unloading my poor bike. I know its only a motorcycle but he treated it and myself with great respect. Thank you.
I would like to thank Lightning Towing for helping me out with a quick fix on the highway to get me back on the road. I blew one tire on my trailer by Abbotsford and replaced with my spare and ended up blowing my 2nd tire by kronenwetter, and of course didn't have another tire. Lightning Came right out and got me back on the road very quickly . Very reasonable price. 2 Thumbs up for this Company.

without a jack. Lightning Express arrived faster than promised, tire was changed, and I was on my way. I would definitely use them again if the need arose.

My daughters were in a serious accident, lightning towed the totalled vehicle on Saturday evening. I called on Monday, related the accident and the first thing Chad asked was how my children were. Jerry let me in to see the vehicle and get it's contents, he was very kind and helpful. These folks are mindful of the bad situation your dealing with, I noticed that right away, thank you.
I had to have my Semi Tractor & Trailer towed from a Rothschild paper manufacturer to a repair shop on a Saturday afternoon. Luckily I called Lightning Express Towing. Chad had Jerry there within the hour. That’s a long rig to get out of the tight spot that I was in(Heavy Duty Wrecker-SemiTractor-TankerTrailer) but Jerry made everything look easy. Jerry was very knowledgeable, friendly , and worked as fast as he could, to get my truck to the repair shop a.s.a.p.

Yesterday we hit a deer, called Jerry at LET and asked if they could make a specific time work. He was more than willing to make that happen but he also helped me to find the location for the vehicle. He was on time, super kind and explained all the next steps with insurance. Lynn was quick to respond when my son's truck broke down on his way to school on Sunday. The driver picked him up, dropped him off at school along with his gear and brought the truck to the service station. It was such a relief that he was in good hands away from home. We had a tire blow on a box truck on Friday afternoon on Memorial Day weekend. Jerry was there within a hour of our call. He was professional, friendly, and efficient, all at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Jerry and the rest of the Lightning team for any and all towing needs.
My truck broke down on 51 Northbound by cedar creek. I called to receive a tow for my 98 Ford F800. Jerry was there super fast, hooked up the truck and got me home in no time. The pricing was extremely reasonable as well considering the vehicle they towed for me. Will definitely call them first every time and high recommend them if you need a tow.
I called for my van to be towed and when Jerry arrived he made sure to ask me what was going on with the vehicle. He looked everything over and after a full inspection (even driving it around the parking lot for me) he advised it was actually okay to drive it to the shop myself if I felt comfortable. I was so grateful that I didn't have to pay for towing and he offered this information to me when he didn't have to! He even followed me to the shop to make sure that I made it there safely. I'm a single Mom of 4 so every penny counts. Jerry made my day and I will be sure to call Lightning Express Towing if I ever need to in the future. That is outstanding customer service! While driving from Milwaukee to Minocqua we experienced a flat tire on our boat trailer and changed it ourselves. As we were passing through Wausau we got another flat on the boat trailer and without a spare, we were stuck and so we called Lightning Express Tow service and they showed up almost instantly, definitely why they call it lightning express. Jeff was super helpful towing our boat and trailer to the Fleet Farm while we quickly ran to buy tires before they closed. Jeff helped us change the busted tire and helped us replace the spare/previously replaced tire to make sure the boat had two brand new tires, also changed in record time. Jeff was so helpful, the service was so great, they were quick and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this business. Thanks, Jeff!
