I have always been happy with the products and service. Google search shows they are open on Saturdays. Went there today 8-10-24 and they are not open on Saturdays per sign in the window.
Also this year they have stopped installing batteries at this location.
I called to ask if they did battery deliveries because my car was broken down at home. The worker acted like my situation was hysterical and the idea absurd. What a jerk. Currently awaiting delivery from another company who didn't think it laughable.
Curious on how long it will take for them to call me back about the garbage battery they tried giving back to me. Going on 2 weeks now. Now that's customer service I can stand behind
The Battery Mart is awesome.I arrived yesterday morning at 8 a.m. for a car battery replacement and was met by a Kirby, Kevin, and Brad. After a quick check of the existing battery, it was confirmed that it needed to be replaced. The crew did a great job in replacing my car battery and I am extremely pleased. The
entire process from purchase to installation took 10 minutes. It was awesome!
