Mark and John are extremely accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased a Honda Fit at this dealership and had a fantastic experience. They really go the extra mile to make sure the vehicle you're purchasing is 100% and ready to go. I have checked around at several other small dealerships in the Madison area and never felt very comfortable buying from them simply based on a gut feeling and the way the dealers present themselves. Offer super low price for car trade and didn't want to deal on one they had. Had to point out thing's on test drive that wasn't working but was checked on safety it was. Sold my lie price to one of there competition and got almost double what they offered. Never be back.

Very good customer service and friendly staff. They have fair pricing and nice looking vehicles. Web site was easy to navigate and find items you were looking for.
We were driving a distance and wanted to be certain the car would be available so we called Brian Larson who promised it would be.
Then we called, lost in Madison, and Brian guided us to his door. Our google directions had left out a step or two.
The car was perfect and Brian was quite helpful in explaining how some of its gadgetry worked.
I'd brought a personal, out-of-state check but Brian worked out a way with his boss to accept it. Tip: out-of-staters bring cashier checks or cash.
All in all, a very smooth and pleasant transaction and well worth 4 hours driving in the rain. Love the car, too!
