I unfortunately had a roadside situation tonight and had to call in some help. Tried several places that did not answer. Thankfully Sammy did.
Service was excellent, price was more than fair and on top of that he was one of the nicest people you could meet. If your looking for help please give this company a try. Young owner trying to make it in life/business. Hes my recommendation from here on out
Although we have not needed the service of a towing company very often over the years, this week we did.
Did a quick search on the Stoughton, Wi area for towing companies and Sammy's company caught my eye via their reviews.
Gave Sam a call last Saturday and instantly knew his company was the one.
His professionalism and understanding of the situation we were in impressed me from the get-go...
Met Sam in person this morning at 7:00am at our house where he was going to haul our vehicle to the dealership for dead battery/electrical service.
Before he loaded the vehicle he asked if he could try jump-starting it first. Was a little doubtful that would help, (as I had tried that several times over the past 1-1/2 weeks, along with charging the battery), and I was pretty sure we had other electrical issues happening than just the battery, but to my surprise, within 45 seconds the vehicle was running.
So not only did he save us the towing charge, (which in itself was completely reasonable), but on top of that only charged us a very reasonable amount for the jump-start!!!
Though hoping it is not in the near future, but if we have need of a towing/service company, it will be Sammy's!!!
We highly recommend Sammy's towing! They were quick to respond, and they helped us find the best solution, relieving a great deal of stress when our car broke down in crazy cold weather. The cost was very reasonable.
The owner is honest and great price! The worker let me stay warm while it was getting pulled. Im from California and I got my car stuck! Trust these guys! No i wasn't paid. God bless you guys
Bravo on a job well-done! I called and needed an immediate tow for a RAM 5500 dump truck that was inoperable on job site. I called Sammy's and someone picked up the phone right away and was able to schedule a pickup within about 30 minutes.
The cost was in line with what I had expected based on past towing experiences for a heavier vehicle.
Once the vehicle was dropped off at the service center, I received a text message update letting me know and a payment receipt via email.
Working with Sammy's made a stressful experience much easier, which I greatly appreciated.
While I hope that I don't need another tow anytime soon, I will would not hesitate to use or recommend Sammy's again in the future.
Very impressed with Sam and their towing service. We needed Towing on standby for parking lot striping. I called Sammy's Towing and 2 others. Sam answered the phone right away and the others, to this day, have never returned my call (one was a voicemail and the other was a live answering service). That's ok because it helped me find Sammy's Towing. They were on standby for striping and then it rained and we again got a hold of them right away without trouble and rescheduled. On the say of striping there was one vehicle in the lot and Sammy's was there within 5 minutes. I hope I don't need to use them again but I will look forward to working with them again, if you get my drift. ha ha.
Sam responded to my urgent situation and instead of towing he actually performed a temporary fix to my vehicle and saved me some money. Great person, and an automotive expert. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
Fast, professional and understanding. We needed our classic car moved from one garage to another, he was able to get it out of the tight fit and on the bed with no dings, scratches or multiple attempts. Then was understanding in that we needed the car facing the other way in the new garage and made it happen for us, setting up a plan right then and there. Got the car to the garage and managed to put it in the exact spot it needed to be in.
Wish we could give more stars. The price was less than we expected and we highly recommend Sammy's Towing.
This was the third or fourth tow company who I had called when my truck broke down in the middle of the night. The caller taker was incredibly friendly (unlike a lot of other operators from other businesses I had called that night) and very helpful. They were communicative, answered all my questions and made my tow happen without issue. Their prices were about the same as most other companies I had called for the tow, but I ended up going with them because of how helpful, friendly, and quick they were. 100% would recommend to anyone needing a tow.
Very helpful, my car got stuck in a snow bank and they got my car out within 5 minutes! Also very blessed that they waved the fee for the towing, due to it being an easy removal ??
Had a tire blowout on the highway. Insurance chose Sammy's to tow me to the mechanic, but the tow truck driver was super nice and offered to install the spare for me. Took maybe 10 minutes and was no hassle at all. Excellent service.
Mehn Thanks to Alonzo for his service. He's a good and kind person. I got stranded on the highway with a flat tire and he came to my rescue. He even went above and beyond to wave the towing fees due to me being low on cash. Lets God bless you Alonzo? Best customer service ever
My daughters car broke down on the interstate and due to a violation Sammy's had to impound it. They were amazing to work with!! I was livid when I found out her car was impounded They listened to me rant even though it was not their fault. They were calm and truly went above and beyond to help us as my daughters car is basically a paper weight as her engine blew!
If you need your vehicle towed this is a place you can definitely trust!!!!
I got a flat tire on Highway 90. I tried to get roadside assistance through my insurance app, but help wasn't coming. They were having trouble finding me. The Trooper who came up behind me, called Sammy's. They arrived about 10 minutes later. Blas, who came to my assistance was awesome! He explained, everything I needed, from how fast and far I could drive on my spare to the location of the nearest exit. He was super knowledgeable and very friendly. 10/10 wonderful service!
Outstanding service. The towing guy's name was Bloss. He was very helpful - tried to start van but it would not stay started (he patiently tried more than once). So he towed van to the dealer. Bloss had a pleasant and helpful demeaner. He even held bag for me while I cleared items from my car. I had not heard of Sammy's before but would definitely use them again.
I wish I had thought to get the names of the guys that towed my '09 Corolla to the shop the other day, but they were great!
As soon as my insurance told me a truck was on its way, I got a call from Sammys letting me know they'd be there for me in 25. They were right on time, had super fast load/unload, and we're really friendly. I'm really grateful for the help!

Went to a friend’s house to work on the property. 1 1/2 hrs from my home. Backing into the driveway, front tire went off the edge of the driveway, leaving the frame almost resting on the driveway. Called Sammy’s , recommended from my phone for closest to my location. Had never used them before, not being from the area, but they were there within 10 minutes, had me out in another 5 , and were super affordable! Couldn’t be happier! Nice guys, too!!
Nice towing service friendly and helpful thanks to Blas who was the only person out of 4 to 6 towing companies who came and showed up on time everyone else was only 20 to 25 mins out but wasn’t sending out people to help. I feel awful that I can't remember the name of the young man who helped me when I locked myself out of the car I was driving. I was at Costco, and locked my phone and purse inside the car. When I went to ask one of the Costco employees for any suggestions or to use the phone, a Sammy's truck just happened to be passing by towing a car to get a new tire. I asked the driver if he could help and when he finished with his customer, he came to my car and was able have me on my way within 5 minutes. Refused to take any $$$. Saved the day for sure. Thanks and highly recommend!!!
My boyfriend and I were stuck at a gas station that was closed in 14 degree weather, 2.5 hours from home. I needed my car dropped off at Carmax because of whatever was wrong with it and the person who was picking us up (with our dog) was about an hour and half away. The hotel next to the gas station wouldn’t accommodate us and we even tried calling the local non-emergency police to see if we could wait at a station - apparently they couldn’t help us either. Luckily Sammy’s towing came in great time. I asked the man who picked up my car of any places nearby that might let us stay there until our ride showed up. He was nice enough to offer us a ride to Carmax, of course making sure we were comfortable with it. I am so grateful that he offered to do that for us. He saved us and our dog from sitting in 14 degree weather for an hour. It’s hard to find great companies like Sammys. I would recommend to anyone!!!!
Called Sammys tonight. He said they would be there in 35. They showed up in 15. He tried jumping my battery and car started right up. He didn’t even charge me for coming out. Sammys is now in my phone for towing services and I’ve deleted my other toweling service.

Sammy’s Towing made it very easy when I needed my car towed. I called and the gentleman I spoke with over the phone was very polite and understanding when I did not know the exact location of where I was on the highway. He helped me narrow down my location off the highway. He was kind enough to drive me to a gas station and waiting for my Uber driver to arrive. Hands down the best towing service I have used.
Tow truck driver showed great professionalism when helping us with our situation. They got there faster than I expected. He knew exactly how to fix the situation, and showed impeccable knowledge when it came to towing my car. Will definitely call again when needed!
