above and beyond as soon as I walked in Cam asked how I was doing and how he could help he found me parts and helped me put them in way faster then expected great service!
Aiden was super helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to make sure I got the right part and explained everything clearly. Great customer service. definitely coming back.
Aiden and Logan were great help..I needed wipers and a headlight...after long trouble with taking out the old headlight Aiden got it and replaced it for me.
About three hours away from home, our Ford Explorer started acting up. My husband Mitch popped the hood to discover a broken spark plug wire. We knew this meant we were NOT going anywhere. Not familiar with the area, we started looking up O’Reilly locations nearby. My husband called and spoke with Keith, who told us they had new wires in stock. Once my husband explained our predicament, Keith didn’t hesitate to speak with fellow staff to try and get the part to us, despite not having a delivery driver on staff. Within 20 minutes, Cameron showed up with the part and we were back on the road within 5 minutes!!
Someone give these guys a raise, you don’t find kind helpful people like this just anywhere! Thanks to these great people, we aren’t stranded away from home. ??
Aiden at the O’Reilly Auto Parts in Lake Delton was fantastic! I was in the area on a business trip, and he made the whole experience easy. He quickly and accurately looked up the correct headlights and high-beam bulbs, installed them efficiently, and even went above and beyond by checking my taillights, turn signals, and brake lights. He’s definitely a great person to have helping you. Thank you for the excellent service!
Not very good customer service for people that are not really into cars. I go there to get simple stuff to clean my car and they are always passive aggressive. I noticed they’re not like that with other people. One time I had a problem with an item that I already purchased and asked an employee for help, he said Idk I have never bought one of those and proceeded to ignore me. Never offered a solution, not even tried to figure it out with me, he just stand there looking at me reading the box. At the end I trashed the item and lost my money cause looked like there was a part missing. It was $10 so not a big deal but it shouldn’t have been like that.
I see a lot of good reviews here and that’s great but this is my personal experience. I’ll just go to Walmart.
My car was overheating and I wasn’t really sure if it was a gasket but that’s what I went to buy, Cameron was so kind and looked at my vehicle and saw it was the heater core hose, this guy went above and beyond used his own tools replaced the hose and got us back home 5 hrs away, his kindness had me crying like a baby, I wish I lived near a store that has employees like him!!! He was a Godsend and I just can’t get over his kindness, I will be going back for anything else I need when I visit this area which is often, thank you Cameron you are a life saver!!! This place is awesome!!!

Called asking if they sold motorcycle oil and ask what brands I recieved a short negative response that I should check on line. He should have been able to answer such a simple question. Appeared to me he wasn’t going to take time to make a sale. I drove past oriellys and drove to Blains Farm Fleet and got everything I needed Oriellys fill most likely follow advance auto parts who is currently failing due to poor customer service

I had a great experience here today. Aiden and Nick were just awesome. I needed many different parts. Some had to be matched up, and they helped me with everything. I'll be back many times.
Terrible customer service. I asked for a tie strap and the guy pointed to the Aisle. By the time I got the strap and turn around, there was nobody at the desk to check me out. I stood there for 7 minutes and nobody helped me. I always have bad experiences with these staffs never willing to take the extra initiative to help customers and when they help you it’s always an attitude.
We were finishing up vacation and about to leave the Dell’s and my sisters car started acting up. After a quick diagnostic test they were able to figure it out. JJ the manager was quick to help us get the parts and help us install in the parking lot. 1000/10!!
I bought some air conditioner refrigerant and it turned out I didn’t need it. The problem is I opened it and tried to fill my A/C unit. Which I found out was full.
I wasn’t sure if I could return it. Anyway, I stopped in to see if they would give me credit for it. I’m not sure but I think I was talking to the owner. His comment was I’ll give you credit but I can’t do anything with it. It’s garbage since it’s been opened.

Great place, great team, they have everything you need. Small woman that was hanging out in the back of the store told me I should throw the car I was driving in the garbage when I asked staff for help ? bummed me out but that's life. O'Reilly's team is great. I've been shopping their stores for 15 years always a great experience, except for the tiny angry female customer that hangs out there..
I had a vehicle break down on I-90/94, on Tuesday, February 13th, 2024. I was able to make it to O'Reilly, to have someone look at it. Jason and Bradley were on duty and took a look at it. It ended up being a spark plug that ejected through its coil. I purchased the parts and they tried to fix the problem for me. They stayed beyond closing time to offer me help. Unfortunately, they didn't have the resources to completely fix the problem. I want to commend both Jason and Bradley for all their efforts. They definitely went above and beyond and I really appreciate it.
I Had an emergency battery situation being an out of Towner. I showed up when they opened and the gentleman opened on time, rang up the battery and had it installed...in 15 minutes. The wind chill was about 18 degrees that morning, so great job! If you are in the Dells and need good help, don't hesitate to stop here.
These guys are amazing I am a mobile mechanic and very rarely I call and they don't have the part I need. They have helped me save countless drivers to get their repairs done same day. The employees are super friendly and very good at what they do. Highly recommend for your parts needs!
Amazing customer service. I had a headlight go out and received instant service plus installation. I was so stressed about having to spend extra at a dealership but JJ the manager helped me with the install. Thank you for your awesome service to the guys at O'Reilly today. Highly recommend.

His entire staff was friendly and welcoming.
My significant other is always looking for parts as a trained mechanic and racer. I as a business manager appreciated the professionalism and amazing service.
