The worst customer service you could ever get and then you waste your time. They ain't got nothing what they say they have. Their parts are horrible just like their attitude and service
Was looking to replace the front seats in our old camper van. Wanted something smaller than the giant steelcase seats it came with. Zara was really great. A cold wet day, but she drove me all around the massive yard from car to car until we found some seats that would work for me. Really appreciate her efforts and the the kindness and friendliness of all the staff I encountered. It was a pleasure to deal with Harpers. I be there again.
i needed to get a front bumper for my Dodge and when I got there everyone was so friendly so nice very talkative people especially Chelsea and chris helped me out to the best of their abilities
They really gave me the best price and helped me out in my options they are really good people I would recommend going there if needed any parts for your vehicles
The service was amazing , she was very dedicated to Making w the customer Happy. Zara Knew Her Stuff , Sheade Me Proud That a Woman in the Automotive industry could give better customer care then 90 percent anywhere wlse. She Has our Parts all ready for us and we drove 2 hours and she was Kind and informative. Their prices were Extremely kind. I will definitely be back for more parts. It was a reward doing Business with them.
Bought a used motor out of an old Jeep Cherokee. Service and timing was great. The motor inside looked brand new for having 115k miles on it. I just called a year and 3 months later to get a copy of the invoice. They sent it immediately. Good service you typically don't find at yards anymore. Thank you!

Just scrapped a 2000 Buick century for literally twice that amount the same day(07/28/25), and that company even traveled to tow it! Whereas Harper's is maybe 2 miles from my house?

Heard nothing but great things about Harper’s over the years and was told they have great prices. Unfortunately you can’t pick your own parts now so you’ll have to pay the shop time to get your used part pulled off a car. That’s if it’s worth it for them to pull it and they don’t scrap it first.
Long story short, i will check to see if they have what I need before any other yard!!
Shipping was fast, part was exactly as described, i spoke with Chelsea throughout the entire process, she verbally verified everything as well as sent over photos of what I was interested in. Very few places had this part I needed, and I’m very glad I chose to call Harper’s first and go through them. Thanks Guys!!
I order a part on eBay from them and it did not work for my vehicle. I have returned their part back to them and still have not received my refund. And I can't get anyone to respond back to me through eBay in which I order the part through.
Nelly was amazing to work with. He was understanding, and quick. Nelly had gone out of his way to reach out to me when we were having phone difficulties. The environment was great, and laid back. Prices were very reasonable.
They did a great job of getting the part to us but they don’t tell you they will screw you over with credit card fees. And I know what they’ll say “you can pay with check” when you’re working at a big corporation but each store is independent, it’s not that easy. So thank you, for taking money away from us.
Very nice people to work with, they went well out of there way when I was stranded and completely stuck and only people whom had rims to fit my suv. I am beyond grateful for their service and helping me when I was in severe distress!

Decided to not buy it local and just get what I needed from another junk yard for $600 + shipping.
Very busy yard, but they made time to bring up a car from there yard for me to pull parts off that I needed. Excellent service and reasonable prices. Will be back for more parts for my projects.
I can't attest to the whole business but Tim the tow truck guy is pretty awesome! His skill set extends past towing a vehicle. It was like a family member came to pick us up off the highway. Which means the world when you're stranded on vacation far from home. Thanks Tim!

These people are a joke said would habe part ready when i got there never did then said they dont know will habe to wait a day vause theyre short staff but did not mention this before i drove 30mins to theyre. Customer service inside of store unhelpful and seem like they didnt want my business hmm i wonder why discrimanation is real but when comforted no no not like that. Then when my father in law went in they were nice as can be and willing to help by all means
We had to get a steering rack and wheels for our race car. The only place I could find the wheels that we needed, I called and spoke to Dave he was very helpful and knowledgeable, the next day my parts were ready for me to pickup. Thanks again guys you kept us on the track.
I wouldn't buy a pop can from those people. Ordered a part told me when it would be done. Called that morning and they had no record of it. So what did they do with the credit card info they got from us? Then they expected us to wait longer.
I called here for tires they didn't have my size which is really odd ball size but it was so great talking to a guy he was such a wonderful person and make great conversation I will be calling back in the future
Nice guy had the part I needed for my daughter's truck (only place in Wisconsin that I could find). Parts were better than I expected prices are inline with pretty much everybody else. Definitely going to keep them in mind next time. I live almost 2 hours away and it was definitely worth the drive.
I came in on a Saturday morning. They said they were short handed with only one guy in the back. I needed a taillight for an older model RV. They said that they probably could not help me that if I found a part I would have to Jimmy Rig it anyway. I said so let's do it. He called the guy in the back and he took me around to 12 different vehicles until we found two that might work. They were a perfect fit. Thank you to this business for going the extra mile for me. Great adventure going around their yard.
These guys have almost every part that you need that is reasonable to obtain. I have found almot every part that I needed except for a couple and these were already removed by others. The prices are great also. This is not the largest yard, but due to DNR licensing they can only have so many vehicles, otherwise they would have to pay more outrageous fees. It's not fair to criticize them in a negative fashion if they don't have the part you need. If they don't have it, they have a database that they can see who may have it. Keep up the good work Harper's Salvage!
