They mistakenly towed my car and are making me pay money even tho I had permission from owners of the place it was parked to park there and they want me to pay a 300 dollar towing fee and 50 bucks a day for storage fee and I don’t have that kind of money talk about terrible management and they said even if I had permission to park there they still have to charge me 300 for towing

Wonderful service!! We had a flat caused by a nail in tire! Took car right in and fixed it immediately! Can’t get better service any where else!

Absolutely terrible experience with this towing company. They clearly told me the total charge would be $500, but without my knowledge they went ahead and charged me $844 instead. I didn’t even realize they’d hit me with that amount until I checked the payment complete bait and switch. On top of that, the staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful, making an already stressful situation even worse. This is a shady way to run a business and shows zero honesty or customer care. I’ve already contacted my bank to dispute the charge and will be taking further action if necessary. If you value fair pricing or basic decency, stay far away from this company they will overcharge you and treat you terribly. PLEASE DONT EVEN GIVE HIM U CREDIT CARD BETTER U PAY CASH AND MAKE SURE HE GIVES U A RECEIPT!!!!!

redicilous rude bossy grreedy overpriced , no fun to work with had get towed aaa could not get one in time so cops called them in he came hooked us up demanded payment i explained we work only with aaa he refused to work with em towed our vehicle to his shop . next day after aaa told me they reimburse i had car towed home another 200 bucks ... total 422 bucks for 15 miles tow . first recipe was a screenshot second a paper sheet . all so far denied by aaa called to get another one he said thats why i hate aaa and hung up ... no office staff so huge wait times redicilous

we had to get towed after some issues with out controll arm and we stranden right of a exit of highway . AAA on the phone stateboys show up call platts he shows up fast whle AAA told us tow on the way . he comes hooks us up and gets us of the middle of the road . than comes to us says so who pays and where to . i said AAA e said i dont work with AAA its 200 bucks for the tow plus miles . he didnt wanna let the car down without payment . short discussion he took the car to his yard . left us on side of the road . no card no nothing . very rude and agressive . we ended up paying next day monday 422 dollar to get the car towed home from his shop . for proof of payment he send a screenshot of his credit card mashine that payment went thru . tried to get reimbursed by AAA and they didnt take it i drove back to office he gives me a handwritten recipe sheet tried again no reimbursemnt called him again he said thats why i dont work with AAA and hung up !!! no great customer serice at all i guess you dont need that when u the first choice of local cops and state boys ... the one time i went in the office i waited with someone else in the office for almost 15 minutes 3 guys bsing in the shop at a computer and no help i had to go out in the shop and get their atention ..still took dude 3 minutes to get off the computer and actualy come in and help us .. if u would run my business like that i would be bankcrupt by now

These dudes decided to mow their lawn outside the back of my motel room at 830 am on Labor Day. Talk about lack of awareness and surroundings. Judging from reviews previously they are not the greatest at being smart or honest.

These guys are so professional and, polite! I brought my compass in to be fix, called me the same day to pick it up, everything working good now! Thank you for a job well done!

I would highly advise not using this shop for anything.If I could give them 0 stars I most definitely would, I originally left a fair review critiquing their business, but after the quality of repairs, my last phone call, and an overall inspection of my vehicle after the past week of driving it I decided to come and change the review. The work they do is not good and very lazy, prices are extremely high for the “quality of work”, and the quality of parts they get is questionable at best. Towing service is priced to scalp you since you are already in a bad situation to start with. I am a fleet mechanic myself and have lots of skill in older, newer and foreign vehicles. Soo… I advise alot of you to stay away from this place. My vehicle required to be towed in with issues, it needed a power steering pump and a tensioner, along with a serpentine belt. Cost me about $1k, Went to pick it up and drive it home, all seemed fine at first, got about 3/4 of the way home and the new power steering pump went out. I called them and they told me to see if there was any shops around that could warranty it for them, little to no surprise there was no one that wanted to touch it since it wasnt their problem. So I called them and had it towed all the way back up to their shop. Got a call days later saying the pump went out (I knew), and that itd also need a steering rack since the new but junk pump circulated all the trash through the system. So it got a 2nd pump, a rack and alighnment. This cost me an additional $1k, Went to pick the vehicle back up for the 2nd time, and the alighnment wasnt done right, wheel is about 1/8th of the way off, and steering feels darty like the toe of the wheels wasnt adjusted right during the alighnment either. After about a week of driving I noticed some more issues, some of which being dangerous, first being they ripped out my inner wheel well liner to install the rack, all the clips still in place, but chunks of the rubber and the plastic are still attached, which exposed the accessory drive of the engine to the elements and anything your wheels decide to throw at it. Which was a scary issue this past sunday when we got lots of rain, anytime id go to take a turn the power steering pump would put enough load on the wet belt that the steering would lock up and the belt would screech. If you dont have muscle mass to steer a heavy car this would definitely be a safety concern. Another issue being the alighnment is way off, after putting it on my buddies alighnment rack it looked like they just eye balled it and called it good, the wheel drives 1/8 or more off to the left side, and pulls to the right really bad above 55mph. So I called back on Sunday to politely ask if they had my inner wheel well liners so that I could reinstall myself, and I was referred to as “Mr Google Review”. Very unprofessional to screw up my car, nail me for $2,000, and waste my time and then have the audacity to make comments on the phone. He said he would return my call afterwards and see if the mechanic still has my parts, have not heard back since. I would like to settle this whole scenario without going to small claims, but I feel that is highly unlikely considering they make you pay cash, luckily I have plenty of photos and both receipts.

The most under rated attraction at the Dells. A little off the main path, and not really advertised. This was easily the most entertaining place in the Dells area. The guy in the chair was there, and they also changed my tire.

When I found I had a screw in my tire, I called to see if they could help me out. Not only did they take care of my tire, but the guys stayed late to do. Mike was very personable, and plugged the tire quickly, and got me on my way.

Trailer tire blow out on busy highway and needed assistance as our jack was inoperable- Steve from Platts Garage assisted with tire change and checking air pressure on all 4 tires , very prompt response time, we were back on the road in 30 minutes - Thank you so much for helping us

Was on the road on our way to an out of town wedding and had a screw make its way into our tire. Platt’s got us in the garage within 60 seconds and had our tire fixed.

On vacation and had a tire going flat. We had no idea where to go so gave Platt’s Garage a shot because it was the closest. Thank goodness we did! These guys were so helpful. Patched the tire and had us on our way in no time. Small town service with big time quality! You won’t be disappointed.

We were on a 14 hour roadtrip home and had a tire blow out on 94 on a Sunday night. They were able to come within an hour and he was also able to patch the tire. What a lifesaver!

Through work, I deal with the guys on the heavy duty side of the business. They are always understanding, and polite. I recently visited the shop and it looks clean and organized and the same can be said about the yard.

I was in town on vacation from 1100 miles away and hit a deer at 5:45 AM about 5 miles outside of town. My F-150 was undrivable due to damage causing my transmission fluid to pour out at the scene. Their tow truck was on scene within 20 mins of my 911 call and I was back on the road by 10:15 AM, with my truck mechanically sound enough to drive back to New Jersey to have the body work done by my Insurance Company's preferred shop. The level of knowledge, expertise, professionalism, and the time in which the diagnosis and work was completed was nothing less than exceptional, and I highly recommend them without reservation.

Staff was quick to answer my call. Due to being busy, they said we had to wait two hours before picking the vehicle up. Told me the price over the phone but then when I got there, told me they didn’t take credit card. I had to leave to an ATM and come back. Luckily, I kept enough cash otherwise I would’ve been stuck as ATM only allows, $200 max withdrawal

Needed my wheels de-iced to get home safely. They provided quick, friendly service at a fair price. They took the time to invite me in to see the problem and fed my kids donuts.

Our car started to over heat as we were trying to drive home from the Dell’s. We were going to get our car towed but when my husband called Platt’s we were only 7 miles away. The guy my husband talked to said he’d come get us but he also said we really weren’t that far and suggested if we could get the car there just to try and drive it so we don’t have to pay for a tow. My husband was able to get the car there and the next day they looked at our car and found it was a simple fix! A tube had come loose and they fixed it for an affordable price and we were able to pick the car up by 9:30 am! They were great!! We so appreciated the honesty and the timely fashion they got our car in and fixed! For sure recommend going here if you have car troubles while on vacation or live in the area!

Hit a pothole while Ubering here in the Dells. They were able to get me in that day wihin an hour and a half and I was fixed up. Back on the road! Nice folks!

Best service we’ve ever received anywhere. When leaving our campsite with our CLss c RV. We had a tire alert and found that one of our outside duals on the back of our RV had gone flat. We called Platts tire on a recommendation from the Country Roads RV campground and when we called Platts, they said to just drive it over to them slowly and they’d take care of it. We did that with no problem. I followed the RV with our towed vehicle we had with us to keep an eye on the flat tire. They were ready for us and they had us back into one of their stalls and they went to work on it and had it repaired in less than 30 minutes at a very fair price. We had picked up a small wood screw in the tire which had caused the flat. We were back on the road and home again safely with their help. They were fast, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them if you have a tire problem. Our expectations were exceeded in every way. Thanks to them.

NOT TRUST WORTHY!!! If I could give them zero stars I would. Went for a tire inspection because my car was shaking. He inspected and felt them all around and said they were fine, just needed to add air. Drove home afterwards on the highway and my tire blew out!
