This company bought out MERI waste which provided good service for several years without a single issue. Once this company took over the contract, the service level dropped significantly. Poor and fraudulent customer service. Charged our business hundreds of dollars for pick up of near empty bags, when pick up was not requested. Refused to acknowledge mistakes. Didn’t respond in timely fashion (over 4 weeks) to requests for resolution. Did not respond to several calls and e- mails. Very disorganized. Would not recommend this company. Extremely frustrating experience.
Dropping off some bulbs to be recycled, greeted by a gentleman, friendly and outgoing. Had us pull around back and helped us unload. Fast and easy. Highly reccomend!!
