I had Bob & Bob junior help me with getting my car issues all fixed up!! They were both EXTREMELY helpful & over the top accommodating!! For my "dented experience" they were very informative to help me make a decision as to what to do!! After the fix I was TOTALLY pleased with the results!!! I told them that they "are the only place that can do a fix that would equate to getting toothpaste back in the tube"!!!
They supposedly "fixed" my daughters overheating issue which was a radiator hose over $500. A week later her car was over heating again, they then had her car for over a week and told us it was her head gasket and would cost $2,000 to repair or they offered $500 to me to buy her car! I took it hime and got a 2nd opinion. Its not her head gasket AT ALL! And she STILL has a leak coming from a radiator hose! So its getting fixed CORRECTLY! These guys are NOT honest! I would NEVER recommend!
Assisted our family with tires and rims for our daughter and husband’s trucks. They both are extremely satisfied. I had running boards out on my 4Runner. All this in the past year. Thank you for the awesome service!
These folks are the best in the business! Their knowlege (with any and all types of vehicles) compared to any other shop I have ever worked with is unbelievable! They are good honest people and their pricing is very fair. Over the years i have come to know them as my friends, thats jist the type of people they are. I've referred so many people here and not a one had ever had a complaint. Unless I have a car under warranty I wont be bringing it anywhere else! On that note they were able to immediately figure out an issie on a previous car that 2 dealerships couldnt. And that was just based on my description of the problem. Go here, you wont regret it!
Friendly, straight to point, and helpful. I brought my truck here for body repair, after getting shot down by other shops. After they got my truck finished, I went on to travel cross country with it! Felt like they went above and beyond in service! The pricing was reasonable, peace of mind after was everything. The experience was 5/5. Thank you!
RJ Auto has all your needs covered. Whether you need a minor repair or something major they can handle it all! Had differential work done on my truck and it's now good as new. I recently contacted RJ Auto to help me find replacement tires for my RV for a size that is no longer made. They were able to find a replacement at a very reasonable cost!
Bob and the guys at RJ Auto are friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. They did a fantastic job on my pre purchase inspection. They gave me priceless peace of mind at an unbeatable price! If I were local to the area, I’d be making RJ’s my mechanic. Thanks so much!
I just sold my car to peddle and I received a call and got it scheduled for pickup and they used this company who was remarkable and fast and was able to pick up a day early and was very good at being able to switch the pickup place for the vehicle! They were nice on the phone and the man that picked it up was super nice as well!
They had my truck fixed up in no time. They were kind, professional and knowledgeable. They are able to provide maintenence on everything from small to big, and even has an auto collision department.
