So I was searching on Google trying to find a place that services Kia vehicles. I didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg at a dealership! I had unfortunately gotten into a car accident and didn’t realize my damage was as bad as it was! They immediately took care of me and my car. They were extremely polite the entire time they kept me informed and in the loop with everything that was going on with my vehicle. They were absolutely amazing. I 100% recommend this place!!
Excellent service, worked with our schedule to facilitate repairs, and identified cost savings along the way. Repairs went smooth and the follow up was appreciated. Can't ask for more from a mechanic.

Gene's auto & truck was awesome they were able to fit me in sooner than other shops, the tech was super nice and transparent about the issues with my vechile and the repair cost was more than reasonable for the great work they did. I am definitely relying on Gene's auto & truck with my next repair and maintenance needs.
I chose to go to a local auto repair shop rather than one of the big service centers since our vehicle was out of warranty and I suspected it to be a battery issue. I just chose genes auto And truck with a search and I think I got really lucky. They suggested a towing company that was very good as well as excellent communication while my vehicle was with them the cost seems reasonable and Actually, having a person answer the phone when I called was worth 10 stars! I’ll definitely be using them again (But hopefully Not because my car won’t start).
Don is so friendly and we had a nice chat about our mutual state of origin (Vermont). The waiting area is very clean and new and pleasant. The car is fine- I just had an oil change and my snow tires put on. Definitely making Gene’s my go-to place for car repairs

Jon is amazing! Our family was in a tough spot, when our car wouldn’t start. Not only did his team fix the issue but he was able to get the car in and fixed on short notice.
They were great.My car wasn't running properly.I asked if someone could give me a ride home cause they couldn't look at my car right away so Don gave me a ride.I will take my car back there again

Amazing mechanics that do a great job for a fair cost. They will tell you what you need versus don’t and fix it right the first time. Went to a lot of mechanics in Green Bay until we found Genes. Save yourself some time and hassle and and go to Genes!

Great experience all around! I purchased a car from Dan Goben Cars and it needed warranty repair at Gene's. I was driving from the Milwaukee area, which is about an hour and a half drive, so I couldn't just drop the car off. While I waited, I asked an employee, Lee, if there are any food places close by. He actually told me about a nice local place AND DROVE ME THERE! I totally wasn't expecting him to go out of his way to actually drive me to the restaurant. He also picked me up when I was done! The warranty repair is complete and the car has been running good ever since. Very pleased with the service I received at Gene's.
I highly recommend them for any auto repairs needed.
