Very friendly, professional. They took me in the shop and showed me what was wromg with my car and explained what needed to be fixed and the reason. They gave me a vehicle to use while .one was being worked on.
I’ve been going to auto aces for about 3 years now and I’ve always gotten the best service! They always take time to explain things and walk you through any options. I always recommend them to people who need a place to take their car.
Driving in a snowstorm, I exited Hwy 172 taking the Ashland ramp. At the bottom of the ramp, the car slid sideways into the curb. The car was towed to Auto Aces. I'm not from Green Bay. John from Auto Aces assured me that they'd take a look at the damages and call me with an estimate prior to doing any repairs. It took me a week to get the finances in place as there was extensive damage done to the car.
I checked with my local auto mechanic and he assured me that the price quoted was reasonable and appropriate.
If I ever again need emergency repairs in the Green Bay area, I'll use Auto Aces.
It’s easy to feel like you’re getting screwed over when you know nothing about vehicles. However, I didn’t get that feeling at all when working with Auto Aces. Everyone was so friendly and understanding. I wasn’t sure if I needed new brakes or not, but they checked them out for me anyways. And when I asked for new wipers as long as they had the vehicle, they made sure that I ended up with quality ones. I never felt like I was being sold services I didn’t need and my best interest was at hand.

What a fantastic experience to spend money! No one wants to have their vehicle repaired, go to a dealership and you will leave with an estimate that will cause your anxiety to hit an all time high! They want every little thing fixed now so prepare to take out a second mortgage! BUT working with John and the other mechanics at Auto Aces made the much needed repairs less painful. John spent a lot of time explaining the repairs and exactly the work that would be completed and cost. They also advised repairs that will be needed in the future allowing us some time to save and get those done when we could afford them. I will absolutely return here for future vehicle repairs! Appreciate their kindness and service! Customer care is top notch!
I have come to this facility for years. From their days on the Mason frontage road, to current, and I will continue to do so. In challenging times, it is a relief to know that I will receive quality and HONEST service. From having an engine replaced, to working with me to get brake lines repaired, exhaust, and beyond, they have been wonderful in helping me have a safe vehicle to transport my sons and for me to get to work.
Was up here from STL visiting family and though I was up a creek with a concerning noise from the underside of my car. Even though these guys had a full schedule, they still took some time to look at my car and got it back to me right away. Weekend saved!

The guys here are great. Car started making noise, Auto Aces was able to get me in the next morning. Fast service, accommodating, and explained what they found and how much it would cost before starting. I'll definitely be returning for any future car troubles.
Always such a pleasurable experience at GB Auto Aces. Brian & Jon immediately welcomed me into the shop, promptly got my vehicle in, offered me a drink & got me on my way quickly after the repair. The shop is clean with a TV, nice seating & refreshments!!

They were amazing, fixed my old truck up and were super clear with communication and fast with their fixes. No up charging or anything just simply getting the issue it went in for fixed. They also linked me with a tow company and had that included in the bill, which was so much easier and gave me peace of mind. Highly recommend
OK customer service. When I called for an oil change & tire rotation, I asked them for a quote so I can make sure I had enough money for it. They told me they would let me know when I came in for my appointment. When my friend and I first walked in, I was greeted and taken care of but when I asked them for a price range, they just said I will have to pay after, never gave me a quote. When I came back to pick up my car, there was two males sitting at the reception desk. One was sitting at the back counter on his phone and another was on the phone with whom I assume is a customer.
Wasn’t even greeted by either of them nor did any of them check in with me. I had to wait 10-15mins for the male on the phone to be done & at one point, my friend and I heard him tell a customer that whatever they were talking about was a porn movie.
Eventually was given the bill and it’s safe to say, my friend and I will not be coming back.
The employees were very friendly and listened to what I actually needed fixed. While it feels like I paid a lot I probably would have paid much more anywhere else. Plus they fixed it very fast and even circumvented one of my issues actually saving me some money. I truly do not feel I was screwed at all. If my car breaks again, which I hope it doesn’t, I will be taking it to them.
10/10 service. John is extremely honest and presented me with options, not just selling me on the most expensive fix. Didn’t push me to do this or that, just explained what the issue was and the possible solutions. Explained everything very well to somebody who knows nothing about cars, also. This place should be your first stop when running into car trouble.
John and the staff at the Ashwaubenon location were extremely kind and helpful. They got my car in at the last minute, and repairs were completed a few hours later. They kept me informed on the additional issues that they found, along with the options. They were incredibly patient and informative, and answered all my questions. This was my first time coming here, but I will be coming back for all my car service/maintenance needs. Thank you for the excellent service!!
I’m from out of town four hours away when my fuel pump went bad. Aces was suggested to me and I can’t be any more thankful. When I arrived, I was greeted by some awesome guys that was beyond helpful and informed me of everything I needed to know upfront. My car got fixed in a shorter amount of time than I would ever of expected. So thankful and happy with the results.
Great service, super friendly. I have been to all 3 locations in GB area, and they were all super. Got my car in the very next day all 6 times i have used them. They are honest and up front, told me my tires were worn, but said it was still safe & we're not pushy at all. I replied I was going to wait, and they offered a temporary solution to rotate my tires. And then didn't charge me for it. All around phenomenal experience with these guys.
