Poor system of not letting customers know costs of products when calculating from a blue print and then refusing to allow returns on over priced products. Their Lumber is no longer premier yet they want to charge highly for it. Their customer service is not what it used to be. I have spend thousands here but will never step foot in their again. It's worth the drive to go elsewhere.

Way better quality common boards than the lock box store and so much more convenient.

Working in town from 2 hrs away, forgot a cord that I needed- Lamperts didn't sell it but let me borrow an extra they had in the office. Great customer service and friendly!
