We where on a trip from Michigan and it was our first time driving in the mountains,so we thought our car was acting funny so w called knuckle busters and they told us we could drop it off and they’d check it out, long story short we got it there 2 hours after close and he still took it for a test drive and told us it was fine,he didn’t even charge us for his time,if I lived out there I definitely would go to him for my car issues
I have been going to Dave for years and I've never been disappointed in the quality of his work. Each and every one of my cars came back in better condition than I gave it to him. His pricing is fair, and he does try his best to have your car returned to you in a timely manner. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for car repair but Dave.
I would highly recommend knuckle busters auto repair!I got my 2002 Durango repainted and got some other odds and ends done. They got my vehicle done in a timely manner and a reasonable price Dave is great at what he does. Him and his wife were very perfessional!!!!!!
I would not recommend Dave to do any body work, took my vehicle in for mechanical repairs and possible body work.
Dave assured me he could do the work and do a good job.
I asked for an estimate 6 different times and got excuse after excuse. I finally got a call from his wife stating I owed them $5K, I was absolutely blind sided. I came up with the money and picked up my vehicle, the body work was atrocious, cheaply done, dirt in the paint, the metal work is the worst I've ever seen,
a first year auto body high school student would have been vastly better, there was overspray inside and out on all the windows that took hours to get off, the chrome body parts were painted clear instead a being masked, undercoating I paid for wasn't applied, and on top of that they refused to fix the things they did wrong after initially agreeing to. No I will never take anything to be repaired to Dave Ball "Busted Knuckle" to be repaired. He and his wife Paulette are dishonest and conniving.
I love this guy he fixed my work truck in like hrs, This guy knows what he is doing and does it right. If you have a broke car or truck Mike Ball at knuckle buster is the man to go see ? ? ? ? ?
This shop was very effecient on time and puting the part in. ON A SUNDAY!!!!!! Helped fix the car at a good price and respectful mechanic. We got our own parts but still.. reliable mechanics are hard to find as it is and he helped us. Thank you sooo much!!!!
My car had a popping noise when you put it in park drive reverse and try to take off but that was the only time it didn’t happen while driving the vehicle…. I have taken my car to the triangle in buckhannon and corridor H tire in buckhannon and waisted 800 dollars with no fix between the two I took my car to knuckle busters they was fast cheaper than the other company’s and very friendly and they was able to do what the other 2 shops couldn't do they fixed the problem and at a good price I’m very happy with my service
Our car broke down on the side of a highway on the Sunday of a holiday weekend. When the mechanic found out we were from out of town and stranded, he agreed to service our car even though he was closed. He replaced our drive belt on the shoulder of the road. He was super-friendly, skilled and more than fairly priced. If we were local, this would be our new mechanic.
They treat you like family and will work you in their schedule so that you’re back on the road as soon as possible. They know their stuff, work hard, and are affordable, too! Awesome folks. We will be taking all other vehicles here in the future.
