I was in the market for a newer Subaru, and Jenkins had a nice low mileage 2022 WRX. I filled out the online approval application and was contacted by Brock later that same afternoon. I told him I was interested in the WRX and he told me about the car. He then transferred me to Nikki in finance and she took my information. I had to leave and told Nikki to have Brock leave me a message. Brock called me back and told me I was approved and to discuss payment options. We were able to work out a deal and all I had to do was come up and sign the papers. I absolutely loved how painless and quickly I was out the door on Saturday. Brock and Nikki were so nice and helpful! Thanks Jenkins. You all were awsome to me!

The folks at Jenkins have always went above and for my service needs. As a matter of fact, I drive 1 hour to get to Jenkins despite there being a Ford dealership 3 minutes from my workplace. Jenkins has always made me a priority, unlike our local dealer. Casey is phenomenal, and I couldn't think of anyone better to do his job! Adam is great too. Jenkins is just top notch, and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for Ford service!

It not my fault they didn’t like person that decided to come with me! also the person that with me looked at jeep on there lot that belonged to the owner well he didn’t know it had dealer tags on it, once again had nothing to do with me! Then after all that I came back from the test drive of new car!and was meet at the door with we can’t help you! cause the owner wants to give you 5,000 for your car which is 2019 eco sport try to say my breaks where bad!! well if we had the time I’d showed them they wasn’t also I have one sway bar one is bad which none of this is expensive to fix I was nice the whole time I was there!! I as could be but very disappointed in how I treated! That insult on 2019 car!! then dealer said the owner said this so it made me feel like they done this cause of the person that was with me and dude that was with me was like well doesn’t matter to me that it was owner car but that ain’t my fault if they didn’t like how he acted there! It wasn’t him trying to buy a car!! just cause they got upset with this person that came with me which had nothing to do with me! But this is how I was treated! And my car is even worth more then that on Kelly blue book! So people watch what you say and who bring with you period! cause if so they get spiteful with you! Even tho it had nothing to do with me

We had the driver window regulator go bad and the cable broke leaving our window stuck in the down position. Jenkins was able to get us in to diagnose the issue, they did not have the parts in stock to make the repair (understandable). They told us they would have the parts in two days and would call us to get it repaired, this was on a Wednesday. We never received a call so we called them on the following Monday to check to see if the part had came in, they checked and said yes it had came in. So we asked if we could drop our truck off that day and leave it so if they had availability they could make the repair and they said yes. We dropped our truck off and left it with them for the day, later that day we stopped to pick it back up and noticed the window was still down so my wife went inside to see if they had just not gotten to it yet and they laughed and said they had hit the wrong button and ordered the wrong part and they would have the parts there the next morning. So my wife dropped our truck off to them the next morning (for the third time) and several hours later while in their shop, we got a notification through FordPass that we now have a flat tire. So I called them and asked about the truck and they informed me that while moving it around their shop they drove into a lift arm and ripped a hole in our tire and they do not have another tire in stock and will have to order a tire to replace just the one instead of replacing all the tires so that they would have equal tread, and we would have to bring the truck back the following day to get the tire replaced that they had put a hole in. After several attempts to ask them to just put a new set of all the tires on so they all have equal tread they refused and instead offered to pick our truck up at our house, replace the tire fill it up on gas and return it to our house so we agree because at this point we are very upset with there service and done with dealing with them. So the next day they don’t show up to get our truck, finally that afternoon I called to check why they haven’t came to get our truck and they say “the tire just got here 5 minutes ago we will not have time to do it today” so they ask if they can get it at 10am the next day. 10am comes and no one shows up to get our truck. My wife tries to call them with no answer then finally around lunchtime they pickup our truck and take it to replace the 1 tire. They replace the one tire and return our truck to our house but did not put any gas in it which is what they offered to do. I messaged them about this and they said the driver must’ve missed it and if we could just bring our truck back to them just 1 more time they would then put gas in it. This was by far the absolute worst garage experience I have ever had, and I wouldn’t take my bicycle back to them to touch.

I recently bought a 2024 Ford Bronco Heritage Limited Edition from Jenkins Ford and they made the process extremely easy. They were super helpful in explaining the recall to me and how it worked, and started the buying process practically the second the recall was lifted (I was very impressed with how quickly their maintenance team worked to get the new part put on)! Nikki was very helpful with telling me about the car and making sure it was the best choice for me, and Brandon took the time to go through every feature of the car with me so I understood all of the specs. This was my first experience buying a car and Jenkins made it smooth and seamless! Highly recommend!!

Great staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Very quick with all the paperwork and getting my keys to my new vehicle. Pricing was better than anywhere I have seen. Was in and out in about 4 hours where usually you are at the dealer all day. Highly recommend stopping by. Absolutely love my new truck. Sorry didnt take the photo at the dealer but did at dubs just down the street. Thanks again. You will get my business when it is time to purchase my wife's new truck.

Our family’s long history with Jenkins Ford ends now, at least in my household. I respected their process; they did not respect ours. The salesman pursued instant gratification and failed at it. I would have respected him more had he walked away instead of feeding us nonsense. I will never consider any Jenkins dealership or body shop again, and for that clarity, they have my thanks.

We broke down crossing WV to go to a family reunion in Ohio. We showed up unexpected late on a Friday afternoon. Jenkins Ford Service department welcomed us, got right on diagnosing the vehicle and got the part on order immediately. With no rental cars found anywhere, they helped us find a place to stay, and even drove us and our luggage to the motel. The next morning the part arrived and we were fixed and on our way before noon, arriving safely at our family reunion in Ohio later that day. Jenkins Ford and the Service Department went out of their way to take care of a family broken down on a trip. Thank you Mr. Casey Hamner and your crew in the service department! You were our heros.

I had looked at a few other places to compare the vehicle I wanted. Jenkins by far had the best pricing and gave me the best value for my trade. Purchased a truck at Jenkins Ford in buckhannon Wv. It is a 2020 Ford Raptor. The representative that helped me was Brock Cutright and DJ. Crawford. They were helpful and answered all my questions and concerns without hesitation. I have to say that they really made me feel comfortable and eased my concerns and made this transaction as smooth as possible. I want to thank them cause now I have my dream truck. I reached out to Jenkins Ford via their website after hours to test drive a vehicle. Sales Consultant Brandon Weese reached out to me first thing the following morning and had the car ready to test drive when I arrived. I had several questions Brandon easily answered as he had prepared for our meeting. Brandon provided an offer for my trade that was very fair and the vehicle I was potentially purchasing was at fantastic price. Brandon and Finance Manager Nikki Bowman provided a first offer and Nikki contacted several banks to provide an interest rate well below the average. Nikki was very thorough and expeditiously completed the purchase contract. She explained the contract line by line. She and Brandon completed the entire purchase from arrival to sale in two hours. Nikki and the service manager worked the next day to resolve an issue related to the car but not related to Jenkins staff or dealership in any way. I highly recommend Jenkins Ford for being very forthright, fair, and professional. Jenkins Ford will get my return business.

I highly recommend you ask for Brock Cuttright if you are dealing with Jenkins. No offense to other salespersons there, but this is the 3rd time I've dealt with Brock. He is smart, knowledgeable about the vehicles, very customer oriented and will do his best to see you get the deal you want and you are treated right. I will be dealing with him again and recommending Jenkins mainly because of him.

My 2012 Lincoln MKZ was recalled for a faulty air bag. I made an appointment at Jenkins Ford in Buckhannon W.V. and took it in for repair, an oil change and a "the works" check up. All was done and they also found that my new Ford battery, (about 5 months old), was also faulty. They were going to replace it under warranty that day but were out of my size so I had to go back in about a week for the new one. In the passing week, I notice a very minor glitch, not even worth mentioning here. I brought it to Tim, (the service manager's), attention when I went back for the battery and he acted like it was his sole job that day to correct it. He went above and beyond my expectations for the situation and, as always, the service is great and faster than promised. I have had other brands of cars and different experiences with other branded dealer's service but every time I take a car to Jenkins for a service where it requires something be taken apart inside the car, there is NEVER any trace that they have been there. All lines and gaps between interior parts like dash to wall, dash to windshield, door to door jamb or anything else are always perfect. This is the second car that I've taken there where the interior had to be disturbed and it always comes back perfect. It it were a crime scene, the police would find no evidence that they were even there. No greasy finger prints, nothing. It's just sad that I had to move 1,000 miles to get quality auto work. It may sound like I'm raving but it's the truth. I'm that impressed.
