Always takes twice as long to get the wrong parts.....

There are a few people that work there that go above and beyond, and actually listen to you. I've had experience there where someone thinks they know, and quit listening to you, but that doesn't happen with everyone, or every time. So take that as you will. Sometimes they're the lowest price in town, and sometimes they aren't.

Staff is knowledgeable and professional and fast. Great place to call an order in for a quick pick up. Military discounts too!

Good place to buy parts for your vehicle

Amazing, friendly and best customer service. I forgot my wallet and I was returning a lightbulb that was the wrong one and exchanged it for a new one. Well without my wallet I couldn't pay the difference so I was going back home and the employee told me don't worry about it, I have you covered. I was so happy and amazed that someone was nice enough to cover the rest? Best trip and amazing people!

Today I experienced great service from an Advance employee. I am a regular customer of Advance Auto Parts and travel quite a bit so have visited stores in several states. I generally get good service at most stores I've been to. I was on a motorcycle ride this weekend and about 100 miles from home when my bike wouldn't start. I tried to jump it and the terminal melted off it. I had just bought this battery at an Advance in Homestead, Florida within the year. I had the receipt with me but it had mostly faded. I explained it to Michael and even though he couldn't completely read the receipt he said that he would make it right with me. I was relieved to leave with a replacement battery and was able to resume my trip shortly. Thank you Michael and thank you Advance Auto for hiring employees that take steps to provide an excellent customer experience.

These guys and gal were nothing short of Awesome. I'm from Florida, and the service up here in WV (at least at this store) by far exceeds knowledge, incentive and absolute focus on my needs. Store # 07945 My help guy (the older Gentleman) was outstanding. And the other guys and gal totally were quite willing to assist in a "This is your store to come to". Felt like family. My recommendation is to give all three, a two week paid Bahamas vacation. Thanks guys, you have set the bar for all other franchises.

Used to be a last resort for parts noone else had in stock. Has definatley gotten better in getting you the correct part the first time

A little disappointed by phone when I called. I was trying to make sure that they had the correct inner tie-rod. The female that answered started arguing with me about what part I needed.. however she did save me from getting the wrong part. The first time I called a gentleman told me they had the. In stick and they did not. The lady that argued with me on the 2nd call ordered the correct part for me to pick up next day.

The employees were very friendly and eager to help me find the specific parts that I needed. One item wasn't in stock, however they promptly ordered it and I picked it up by noon the next day. It's your average auto parts store, so if that's what you're looking for, I would recommend.

Never had a bad experience here. They don't have very many European parts available, though.. Pat's Speed Shop is a better option for that. For domestic and Japanese vehicles, they've always been able to get what I need.

They were only Auto parts store that could order a clock spring for a mercury sable LS 2001 car.

Helpful staff! The salesman helped me carry the heavy stuff to my vehicle.
