(Auto Zone #4679) I must say this is by far the best Auto Zone I have ever been to. The Staff is so outstanding and have the best customer service skills. From the manager all the way down to the lowest team member. But I must mention SHANE BASSFORD. He made me feel like I was part of the Auto Zone Team Family. Once again thank you so much for helping with my daughter car. I am a retired military soldier (First Sergeant) and have been to several Auto Store all over the United States but this one is the best.

got exactly what i needed so im satisfied! the employees were really nice & helpful. a nice man saw me looking around & asked if i needed help finding something and led me directly in the right direction! id recommend!

Would have got more stars but I kept having to go back because they gave me several wrong parts. They weren't very knowledgeable and argued with me Abt my brakes. They aren't very informative and they lack customer service skills.

This is a very friendly shop...the employees treat you so nice..and smiles too. They are willing to help with out you feeling like your are a bother. Excellent customer service ++++++

Want to appreciate your employee Tyler Campbell. When a dead battery left my family stranded Tyler gave up part of his lunch period to bring us a new battery and install it for us. The personal connection and service is something very lacking in the corporate world today. Thanks again to Tyler and Autozone for having the part in stock. Have a loyal customer to Autozone now.

I was in such trouble. It was snowing out and my heater wasn't working. Luckily, the wonderful people at Autozone checked my antifreeze, and even put it in for me. My coat was a block away. They saved me for sure!

When we walked in the store was vacant. No workers or customers were in eyesight or earshot of us. We turned for the door to leave and out of the back came two men who worked there. They were very irritated that we were there. The representative was rude and not at all helpful.

We didn't see any staff when we entered the store which made us initially think they were closed and forgot to lock the door. After a few seconds past, two men walked out of the back and waited on us.

I was in looking for LEDs . bought a couple tools and had the CSR =customer service representative help me cross reference some bulbs.... what I failed to realize was that he'd given me a not so bright LED bulb that I spent $20 on oh, when he should have given me a different bulb or at least giving me the choice for 24.99 to give me a 10 times brighter bulb that they had In stock. I go to return the next day or look at other bulbs to replace and see the mistake that was made ask them if I could return them and they said I could only return them for the exact same bulb. That I would indeed have to spend another $25 in order to get the brighter bulbs. That to me was unacceptable as a customer service rep and having to deal with the public myself I think that they could have done something a little bit more. That's the reason why I rated them 2 stars. I gave them a 3rd star because everything from my local store to theirs was almost in same location. With this being like this I was literally able to go to the next state go in the store and know where everything was that was nice.

They do have a lot of things in stock and if they don't they can get it the next day most of the time glad to have it in town

Good experience, though attention needed for point of sale display of things on sale. Read price tags may not match items they're next to.
