This place is unreliable I have been calling for 3 days with no answer no call back . If you do not have to deal with this place my advice is don’t

- staff that I talked to and worked with were super friendly, helpful and very professional and patient with me even after going on my rants about the car and how hard it was for me to get rid of it. - I had a weird situation with my car breaking down in a state which I didn't live in while traveling and was not able to afford the repairs that needed done. After 3 months of trying to get ride of the car ( which is extremely hard to do when you do not live anywhere close to where your car broke down at ) this place had helped me solve the issues. - was able to get a decent check to help me cut my loss on the car and not feel so bad. - overall I'd work with them again and would recommend this location 100%.

Fast and helpful

Never actually been there, but these people are my heroes! I totaled my car in early September and didn't realize that I left my passport hidden in the car. After calling around through the insurance company, they got me in touch with IAA, who looked for it not once, but went back again when I called and found it! They worked hard to help someone they had never met and did not seem annoyed at all to do it. I can never thank these wonderful people enough!

Waaay far away from where I had my accident. If your car gets totalled in West Virginia, this is where it ends up. The staff in the office is great but the crew out in the yard will go through your stuff in your vehicle and take things.... for warned is for armed.
