Bate and switch prices. Management does not care. Ordered very specific parts. Made special trip to pick them up. They ordered wrong ones. Had to make another trip (25-30 min each way) to return them. Went to O'Reillys and first try got the right parts!!

I know next to nothing about cars. Jacob was a major help. He found the right kind of oil for me, then I dropped my cap beside my engine putting my oil in. He jacked my car up, worked his magic, and got the cap out. He saved the day!
Really depends on what your trying to purchase as to whether you'll be pleased with your experience here. The help are helpful and try hard to get what you need, some of their prices can definitely be beaten by shopping online, however then you lose the small amount of assurance that you'll get the correct sl"stuff". Overall good experience.
Called napa before I went needed A set of lug nuts for a 2011 cadillac srx.. The guy checked said he had a pack of 4 for 9 dollars.. Told him great. Will be out in an hour or so anyway. Went to pick them up. I needed 2 more, so had to go to O'reilly's. In Beckley, West Virginia and they had 2 I needed very similar. They were like $3.19 a piece. But no big deal it was for my sister's car. She needed them asap anyway, got home Napa's lug nuts did not fit O'reilly's did so now. I have to cancel an order that I needed for extras at Napa and take the one's back. Because they were the wrong ones they gave me and go to O'reilly's and get the other 4 I need. So not happy. I live about an hour From town, it's a nice drive when I'm in the mood tho. LOL...and they usually don't make mistakes like this so not to bummed about it..still a great place and good people.
Poor customer service. I ordered curbside pick up and that was a joke. The sign on the door says it and the website says it. The email I received when I placed my order said call the number and they will bring it out to you. Well I called the number and the guy was rude I had to go in and get my order. That isn't curbside service. When I went in to get my order I said I guess you don't do curbside pick up and the guy said I haven't heard that. And I well I wouldn't be in here picking up my order if you did curbside because that's what I ordered.
I had the nicest experience at this shop. Jim helped me pick out a pair of extension mirrors for my Honda CRV. I am pulling a very small camper and desperately needed them. He was very friendly and helpful. He even installed them for me. I’m from NH and have been traveling and camping for weeks.
This is a good place to get hard to find brake fittings and parts. Always fast friendly and accurate. Fair price point as well.When looking for auto parts locally this establishment is a go to store.

These guys are amazing. They always know what part you need and are so helpful. I spend hours there this morning fue to my car over heating and they helped me until we figured it out hours later
