I went to Tyler W. at the Honda lot because I needed to replace my 2 door Civic due to an accident. Tyler tried locating one every where he could. I then started looking for something else. He searched through all of the cars that were close to what I wanted and gave me info and set up test drives for me. He walked the lots in the bitter cold to assist me. There was no pressure, just kind offers of help for me. I did not find my car here, but I would highly recommend Tyler W. any day. He will do his best to help you.

Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE of any dealership anywhere. Never return calls. Go somewhere else if you want to buy a vehicle. These folks are not worth your time.

Cole Subaru Service dept is a blessing for all Subie owners. I was just there this morning and have never experienced such friendliness and help from any other dealership in Mercer County. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Bad communication between me and the internet people that says they want to buy your vehicle from you! Wasn't a good experience for me because to me they lead me on about purchasing my vehicle so I drove over and hour to be disappointed!

i bought a 2019 nissan rouge sport from there they never did a transmission fluid change even though when i bought the car it was already due then 15 days after i got the car the radiator fan went out and they said it wouldn't be covered on my powertrain warranty and that i would have to pay around 800-900 for replacement and labor ~cynthia peery

My mother in-law took her Subaru there to get a sticker after she got it discovered that there were oily fingerprints beside the windows at the sticker and there was a cut in the dashboard next to the sticker. Don't go here for a sticker.

Usually hate dealing with auto sales lots but these guys are top notch. Technically got the sale from a different location and just picked it up here, so nobody here even got credit for it, as far as I’m aware. Even still, these guys went out of their way and provided excellent service and was super kind. 10/10 experience.

Would give negative stars if possible. Went in to buy a Subaru, while waiting on credit approval they had me test drive a Kia of all cars, not only that but it was also the ONE color I told them I didn’t want. It’s was 32k for a base model as well. And the sales guy said “you’d rather drive an old Honda than a brand new car?” Found that incredibly rude. I think anyone that knows anything about cars would choose a Honda over Kia any day. And said I only got approved for Kia AFTER test driving the car while still waiting on approval. How could they know that if we were still waiting? ? I believe the car had been on the lot for a long time and they just wanted to get rid of it as the rotors had surface rust. Bc wrong color, wrong brand, AND over the budget they were told. 0/10 do not recommend this dealership. Specifically the sales guy ERIC at Subaru.

Yes I want to tell you I stopped in to your Kia location I want to thank you for your having Cody Sears has the first time I've ever had a salesperson ask me what I needed and let me decide what to get and ask me how much I had to spend and worked it through the sales manager Chris let me tell you I had a great experience I walked away with a 2025 Kia Sorento the wife won't even let me drive it she's got a thousand miles on it already I think I've only got to drive it about 8 mi want to thank you so much for having people there that care about people's needs and know how to get things done and treat people like human beings and didn't try to push things on us and like a lot of sales people do. You have a great team at we love our car thank you so much we even had a great experience with Sarah calling to ask just how we liked our car and everything went all right like I said you have a great team

I called about prices a few months ago and despite saying im not interested at the moment they have called me nearly every other day while im sleeping from nightshift and are repeatedly emailing me. They are even emailing me stuff not related to cars, today i finally lit them up over email after they sent me a cheesecake recipe. 10/10 i would not even contact them for prices. Terry in lynchburg gave me tje information i wanted and left me alone the instant i said i was not interested at the moment, I'll go there whenever i do but.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from this establishment and I will walk or catch the bus before I EVER purchase another vehicle from anything Bill Cole owns. I also will not support any of his restaurants or other endeavors. It does not matter if it's under manufacturer warranty or you have purchased an extended warranty, they do everything not to honor it. You can't even call and ask for someone in the service department and talk to someone in the service department because first you have to talk to whomever they've hired to answer the phone. This person wants to know what you need from the service department they contact the service department to get the answer, I guess it's too bad if you need to know more or have a follow up question. They can not tell you how much an oil change is, not the person who answers the phone or when you demand to speak to the service department, they can't tell you how much either. This was the problem with the 3rd vehicle we bought there, I said I wouldn't buy there again after the second, but it was during covid and there weren't many options. The first vehicle I bought there, there were problems with the engine and transmission and I took it up there 3 times, they took it for a ride on 460 and said there wasn't anything wrong with it. To get to Bluefield I have to drive up 3 mountains. They would not take that into consideration. My husband finally took care of the problem after he had to drive it to Bluefield and the hood was so hot you could not touch it. But after my husband got through with them and them not taking a woman seriously about issues with her vehicle, they took that one back and after my husband had some choice words for them we got a payment like we had and I had a vehicle that was just like my other one just a different color. But this was after they were trying to force me to take a cheaper version than what I had. But when your husband tells them he's gonna put put the one that the engine is about to blow up in through their showroom window, things tend to get done pretty fast. And just so you know, I wasn't trying to get one that was top of the line and completely loaded, just one that had the bells and whistles that my other one had. So my advice to anyone looking for a vehicle, even if you gave to drive further to get a brand that Bill Cole sales do it and don't think you can rely on their service departments. I wouldn't give any stars if that was possible.

Our experience at Bill Cole Nissan was outstanding. Charlie Fowler and Lonny made our new car buying experience smooth and seamless. They both went out of their way to treat us like family. We would highly recommend this dealership. We only wish they were closer for maintenance service, too.

I co-signed on car loan with my nephew on a 2018 Honda Civic in May 2023 at the lot on Stanford drive, but my nephew committed suicide in Nov 2023 leaving me with a car I did not need. I went back to Bill Cole auto mall and asked them how much they would give me to buy the car back. They had charged me $18000+ for the car 6 months earlier and it did have some minor damage to the rear fender and about 10K more miles on it but the blue book was 12-14K. They offered me $8500 for the same car they told me was worth $18000+ just 6 mos earlier. $10000 less and the only excuse they could give was ‘well it does have some damage we will have to fix’. So did you rip me off the first time Bill Cole or were you trying to rip me off the second time? Congratulations Bill Cole you have lived up to the stereotype of the sleazy used car salesmen. Shame on you!

The salesman Jake and the finance manager (Kevin) were extremely friendly and helpful. We had checked out Ramey in Princeton prior to this and had a horrible experience. Couldn’t commend these people enough on their friendliness and willingness to help. Edit: My girlfriend and I came back and she purchased a 2023 Honda Civic!! Thanks again for the help!

Resolved a dying battery issue following a regular oil change and system check. Service manager was very thoughtful and understanding. The loud music I mentioned in my last review was not as loud today but still noticable

They didn't have the car I listed on their site which wasn't an issue, the salesman was friendly and was willing to listen to me and was willing to give me options in terms of other vehicles, but when things went to the finance manager, that's when it went downhill. They wouldn't listen and acted like I was unreasonable when I told them it was out of my budget to go paying for a new car. I told him my limit but even then he kept pushing and when I offered to go through my bank to finance, he made me feel like I was the bad guy. Don't waste your time here.

Kelly and Scott were very friendly and sympathetic to my car issues and worked diligently to get them resolved. They offered multiple solutions and ensured that I was taken care of in a timely manner. As a woman it is intimidating to take your car to be repaired due to the reputation of some garages, but Scott was very kind and never made me feel as if I was less than because of my lack of knowledge in automotive care. He was very informative and made me feel comfortable, I am very appreciative of Scott’s service and Kelly’s guidance.

Update. I contacted owner 2 weeks ago never heard anything back. I do have my vehicle back hopefully it doesn't break down on me again. I am having trouble trusting it. I have anxiety evrytime I drive it. I am.still waiting on my spare key they promised me on February 25th whe. I bought it. I would give it less if I could. Not a happy customer. I bought a car on Feb 25th then 11 days later it broke down. After 3 weeks and one day and replacing 3 parts we were told it was fixed. Picked it up and it broke down again the same day. They had it another 2 weeks and finally got it back yesterday and my brand new floor mats are ruined by grease left by the service department . I have made it clear that I can't trust that car to transport my family. I have asked for them to switch the car for a similar car same price since this one is a lemon but they will not. I just want a reliable car. The salesman has been nice and tried to help but the management not so much

Update: Lee Cole contacted me directly and was able to help get the issues resolved. I finally received the second key. My registration arrived 4 days before my tags expired. Which was hard to manage since I work full time and had only one Saturday to get an appointment for an inspection. I was able to return to Cole’s on another Saturday to have a front tag mount placed since I needed two tags for the car instead of one. The garage was able to put it on quickly but it did require another Saturday to get this done. I appreciate the efforts made to correct my issues, but wish it hadn’t taken writing a review to get a response. I can honestly say I regret dealing with Bill Cole For my most recent vehicle purchase. I have called and texted many times and have had messages sent to various staff through the reception staff. No response. I have been waiting since June for a second key to arrive by mail to their office. I know the mail can be slow, but two months - and no response from the management. I have also been waiting for my Registration to arrive so I can get my car inspected in VA. As of today, still nothing and no response from the staff in that department either. I will not shop there again and will encourage anyone I hear say they are thinking of going there to go elsewhere. Customer Service appears to be very low on their radar!

The service here is beyond incredible! The salesmenare the exceptional! Never felt pushed or overly encourage and got the best deal possible. Chris Bivens is the best! He made the whole process super smooth and easy to understand. When getting my vehicle serviced, they greet you already knowing your name when you walk in the door. I have never had anything to complain about!

If you make a deal and sign the papers on anything they have you better take it to a garage before you decide to buy it you will definitely find more wrong with it than what you thought

The gentleman Jerry was amazing at getting us a loaner on a Saturday so I wouldn’t be stuck without a car. My only complaint is that I was called at 5pm to be told my vehicle was ready and I had to pick it up by 6pm so I wouldn’t be charged for a rental for another day, out of pocket. Therefore I had to call someone to relieve me at work and rush out there, missing hours at work. I pulled in at 5:58. I feel like they could’ve given me a longer notice or at least let me keep the car til the following morning

When I bought my first there they was great. I went back and bought my second vehicle they was great. They told me I could come trade it in a year. I go back to trade it in and it's a no go. For the reason they charged three times the book value. Now I'm stuck paying for a car for 6 years that could pay half on a house!!!
