Very fair priced, honest technicians! The tow truck driver was friendly and literally rescued us off 77 and took us to the hotel before dropping the car at the shop. This was after midnight and they had our car fixed and picked us up at 10am the next day from the hotel! Amazing service!!!

Our car lost acceleration near the tunnel on our way back to Ohio and after we limped into Bland Street they were able to get us diagnosed and on our way quickly and affordably. Thank you so much!

Had my wife's alternator replaced.Here they got a call from me about a month later. Saying that we were having issues out of it and from there they took care of us. They warranted out the alternator and the work in labor I recommend this place a hundred times out of ten. Upstanding mechanics great people.

Car broke down on a cross country trip. Got it towed here pretty much done for. They were nice, offered me a ride to a hotel, and let me keep my car in the lot for a few days while I figured out how I was getting home and rid of the broken down car.

So I have a 2020 hynduai veloster that the engine went out a couple weeks ago, These guys wasted no time what so ever putting a new motor in my car. Less than 24 hours. Also put a new motor mount and fixed my blower motor. The guys did fan freaking tastic and would recommend anyone to go there. 10 stars to these guys. Will be bringing you my car from now on.

I had an issues many years ago with Bland Street Auto whereas when I returned home from the service all the lug nuts on the tire they worked on were loose and one had fallen off. I swore I wouldn’t go back but years later was assured things had changed. I went back over a year ago to get tires, after the tires were installed my vehicle pulled to the right and I paid for an ailment then went back numerous times as they were never able to correct the issue. I eventually had a leak in one of my tires and again took my vehicle back, since I had road hazard with the tire purchase. They said they couldn’t locate a leak but put washers on the tire sensor for that tire (yet another charge as it isn’t covered under the road hazard) I had again mentioned the ailment issue as well as obvious tire wear by this point. They again reassured me it was fixed. The tire continued to leak and the vehicle continued to pull to the right. I took it back several times without any success repairing the tire leak or the ailment issue (I was even told again they had to replace the seals). I had spoken directly to the owner on several occasions who told me to bring it back in yet again to which I finally responded I was afraid to continue to allow them to work on my vehicle. Keep in mind they had more than a year at this point to correct the ailment, my tires were showing obvious signs of wear and apparently they weren’t capable of plugging a tire. I eventually took my vehicle to another local repair shop who found a nail in the tire in 30 seconds and successfully plugged it, I’ve had no further issues since. They found that I needed a front driver’s bearing and replaced it. The garage then went to do an ailment and said there was no way to adjust the frontend. The mechanic showed me where it had rusted and was seized up beyond adjustment. I was told there was absolutely no way anyone had adjusted my ailment anytime recently including within the last year or so. The other repair shop replaced the necessary frontend parts, competed an ailment and my truck is back to normal. During and since my experience I’ve had several friends one of which was the person who referred me back to Bland Street Auto tell me horror stories about their experiences and that they had since stopped using Bland Street Auto’s services. I will not comment on those here but will say they came from reliable sources and I do not question the validity of any of those incidents. I can not and will not recommend Bland Street Auto and have to question if they ever even tried to align my vehicle or simply charged me for a service which they never preformed. The road hazard on newly purchased tires is worthless if instead of repairing the issue they try to charge you to replace o-rings on tire sensors and again I really question if they even did as that seemed to be the excuse both times I took the tire in for repair. Finally I want to express that I honestly hated to do this review as I considered myself a friend to the owner and his family. It was only after several weeks of debating that I decided to share my story as it may benefit someone else.

I needed jobs done I could not do. The shop is clean and orderly. The owner and managers are professional, educated and polite. The mechanics are all well trained and all the credentials are displayed for all to see. They do the jobs correctly. They are well trained and educated. Worth EVERY penny for the quality of work. I can work on my own car but some things are beyond me. I've checked their work and they are spot on. I highly recommend Bland Street Auto Center if you want the work done properly. John, Bruce and Matthew are stars as are all the mechanics. Quality service center. I am impressed. Want it done right? Go to Bland Street Auto Center.

Bland Street Auto has always maintained my vehicles and always will. They recently redid my entire suspension on my truck as well as standard maintenance on our Jeep. Very professional, very polite and as always quality work.

Bland Street Auto has been taking care of my vehicles since I moved to Bluefield in 2018. I've never had a problem with or ever had to question their work. They recently replaced a transmission for my van, did it within a week, I was back on the road in no-time! Billy is a great automotive technician and valuable asset to the establishment!

Five hours into an eight-hour drive to spend a holiday with family, our vehicle broke down after dark in Bluefield, WV. We thought for sure it was the end of the line for this vehicle. The policeman who responded to our call was so very kind and helpful and had our vehicle towed to Bland Street Auto. Their mechanics found the problem, fixed it and had us on our way before noon the next day. Their honesty and reasonable cost for repair --along with the friendliness of everyone we spoke to at the shop and in town-- sure says something about Bluefield, WV. It's the friendliest and most helpful town we've been through or lived in. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

My son's car broke down over 300 miles from home. He had the car towed to this shop as it was on the list of AAA approved shops in the area. He got there close to closing time, but these gentlemen repaired his car the next morning for a very reasonable price. He was able to get home without any further problems. They were very nice people, and I am very happy with their service.

I highly recommend Bland Street Auto. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are fair and they are certified to work on Mercedes. Saves me so much over the dealership prices. It is so nice to have a reputable car repair facility in our little town.

Wow! This was an amazing experience! Our truck died at the rest area right outside Bluefield, we called Bland Street Auto based on reviews to see if they could get us in. They said they could look at it to see what the problem was, but they didn't think they could get it fixed today. We towed to themm They diagnosed the problem, had the part, and fixed it! 5 hours after the truck stopped, we were on our way!

Tony from Bland Street Towing was so wonderful to myself and my family. We had a flat tire in the middle of nowhere on the way to the beach and he fixed it in 30 seconds flat, made us feel safe driving on it, and had us text him when we made it to our location. Amazing service and such a kind worker

I was excited about taking my car in for an alignment. Was told I needed a ball joint before car could be aligned. Ok no problem but not for $470 plus $73 for alignment. I was impressed they seemed to know their customers and was excited to become a new one but ethics and integrity are high in my list and unfortunately I did not find that here as i had hoped. I was told the cost and was given no break down of cost, instead car was taken off the lift and I was given my keys, which I find odd! I am thankful for the free estimate though! I will not be using or referring. I found a higher rated shop that was honest, told me what parts would be ordered and cost of labor all for under $250, half the price! Just because I'm new to the area and because I'm a woman, doesn't mean that I don't know anything about fixing vehicles and cost involved. And I don't trust anyone that won't explain parts needed, labor time and cost, etc. It was like more like screw you, here's your car and your keys. Very disappointed but happy I found a more trustworthy mechanic that will have ALL of my future business (which is quite a bit). I don't doubt they don't know their way around a car but I definitely question their integrity.

I had them put a tire on for me and when I left after driving about 35 min that tire flew off my truck I had damage to my truck lost a whole tire paid out of pocket for a tow twice had to get a rental and bland auto isn't Taking responsibility for there wrong doing! I'm lucky im alive im taking them to court though! This place is horrible.

Bland Street Auto Center is the best! I had a flat tire in the middle of a 6 hour drive, in what felt like the middle of nowhere. They came to the rescue and provided the absolute best service. They were quick and efficient and I was back on the road in no time! Highly recommend.

I've been using BSA for oil changes, tire rotations, maintenance check ups, etc. for the past few years. I won't deal with any other due to the excellent service I've always received. All the staff are so very polite, the facility is clean, and they've even delivered my vehicle to my office. I simply call them first to see if they can get me in for whatever is needed...I'd be glad to wait if they were inundated with business. I feel like I receive the good old- fashioned service from them that is so sorely lacking nowadays...and I appreciate that!

Tony arrived 30 minutes after I called. Very professional individual with outstanding leadership skills. He towed me into West Virginia then back into Virginia to get some parts and helped me out in a pinch in a parking lot. I would highly recommended Bland Street Auto Center to anyone in the area! Absolute best shop I’ve EVER been to. We broke down on our way back from Niagara Falls, NY. Wheel bearing was fried. They got us picked up with their 24/7 towing service. They got us back on the road by noon the next day. They even picked us up for free to get our vehicle when it was done being fixed. 100% honest and most affordable shop we’ve been to on the road.
