My experience today was absolutely wonderful. I came in yesterday to get a part ordered, but there was a mixup when the part came in today and it wasn't the part I needed. The gentleman (I'm assuming a manager) was quick to fix the issue and went over and beyond. He was polite, efficient, and made this whole situation less stressful. As someone who doesn't have experience with working on a car, I was overwhelmed and had no clue what to expect or how to fix it. He explained how to put the parts together (they come in multiple pieces) and answered any questions I had. It's safe to say If I have anymore issues I will be coming here. ☺️
I had a really great experience at this store. I came in with my car literally failing me, and Bryan the e manager helped me so much. He got my car all the way back together, replaced my battery, my filters, and filled my tire. All with a smile on his face. And taught me a few things too! Thank you so much.
Called got put on immediate hold sat for 5 min hung up called back got put on Immediate hold again sat another 5 min ended hanging and calling across the street. I understand helping the customer in front of you but they are already in the store that’s half the battle the ones on the phone are potential sales that sometimes you can’t get back
Says the place has been open since 8. It’s 10:30A.M. Now, have been calling for at least 30 minutes with no answer. I’m in need of a radiator and would not like to drive an hour just for them to say we don’t have one. Ridiculous service!
The people that work here are very knowledgeable and helpful when you ask about their products and. Times when you need items ordered to be received. Very nice People
I'm sorry that I don't remember the lady's name but she was very informative and knowledgeable about the codes my car was putting out. The part I ordered was ordered about 6:30 pm and was there the next morning..thanks for being so nice and helpful.
So I bought wipers yesterday for my 2020 Subaru Outback, I asked my dad to put them on this morning and they wouldn't fit, I went back today to see if they could put them on and the manager there Judy went above and beyond to help, the other salesman swore up and down til he was blue in the face that there was not a blade that would fit my car because he tried it before and I could only get it from the manufacturer. She looked up the kinds that they say fit, had him go try to put them on and they fit. I appreciate her, had she not been there I would not have gotten any wipers and spending way more at the dealership,Judy went above and beyond, once again THANK YOU So MUCH oh and I didn't have to pay anything extra!!! Yall check them out for your auto part needs!!
Terrific customer service. All the employees were kind and personable. One gentleman went above and beyond to help us with our rental car. Low coolant level was the issue. He was willing to help with no questions asked. Three other auto centers close by would not help us. We were trying to get home to Georgia. This is the place to go for your car. Hats off to Mr. Gibson Varney. You don’t find many helping people these days. Thank you so much.
First and foremost, Brenton and Jen are lifesavers. Brother let me tell you, when I say my family had a rough day, I mean ROUGH. We had a flat tire in the middle of nowhere and no one around had a plug kit. Found this AutoZone as the closest location with kits. Got there and was promptly helped and Brenton went above and beyond by helping us. He helped get our tire aired up so I could plug it and helped from start to finish while also being good company. I'm a retired/disabled Air Force vet and I can't express how much I appreciate these two.
I went there to get a window seal and was treated like a thief because I'm from another town don't see the point in shopping some place that people are so rude after they get you to drive 80 miles to get there they treat you like you're nothing ended up buying it at Advance like I should have
The manager at this location is very disrespectful. 2 days ago my dad went in and asked for brake pads for the back tires like he had purchased for his front tires last year. The manager could not find him in the computer and told my dad that he couldn't help him unless he went home and brought back the receipt, fortunately my parents keep an excellent record of everything. His name was even on the receipt along with his phone number etc. He took it back up there but he made his purchase elsewhere, he said he will never buy anything from there again and he is a man of his word, not only did you lose his long time business but the rest of our families as well!! Shame on you AZ!!
I've drove all way there due to suppose be open til 9 to get a part but got there 8:40 which they was closed! This is ridiclous follow your posted hours or fix them!
AWESOME AWESOME Jimmy Hatmaker dude you kept the store open past nine waiting on me because my alternator went out traveling into Bluefield from North Carolina. I had just enough juice left to make it to the store. Not only did you have the part on the counter waiting you kept the lights on and stayed until I fixed my truck and knew my wife and I were good to continue are trip to Gilbert West Virginia for a reunion Saturday morning. You saved our Memorial Day weekend. My hats off to you big guy!!! You made a friend for life. Now this people is a store who puts customers first. May other businesses take note from this AutoZone!!!! Thanks guys love you too death and mere words could never do you the justice you not deserve but HAVE EARNED!!!!
Compared to advanced auto, this place is golden. Employees willing to help and go the extra mile for you. Only seen one that was an a** but 1 bad Apple doesn't spoil the bunch for me.
