What clients say about Northern Mountain State Metals in Fairmont (WV)
I just recycled some aluminum in steel at Northern mountain State metals. The fellas in the back were amazingly polite. They told me that I could get more for the rim if I took the lead and the valve stems off. Where do you see that kind of honesty today. The professionalism of the the staff was amazing. I went to the office and the lady inside was just as polite, just as soft spoken and just as kind as the other fellows. I cannot recommend this company any higher. If you're in the Fairmont West Virginia area, Clarksburg West Virginia area, Morgantown West Virginia area, I strongly recommend that you come to these folks. It's rare this day to find honesty, politeness and they're all soft spoken every single one of them were saw spoken. Highly recommend..
It seems like I get paid more for my material here than at Bates. The people here also have better attitudes. This place is also maintained better. At other yards I've damaged my vehicle due to the poor upkeep on site, but not here at NMSM.
I wait till Tuesday and drive the extra distance to go here and avoid bates recycling.
The feller's at this recycling facility are knowledgeable, honest and very polite. They answered all my questions without making me feel like I was being a hassle or a burden. Like I always say customer service goes along way in my book. Let me say you won't find anyone around here that's more friendly than the foreman and his crew at this facility.
An added bonus for me personally was the fact they have two German Shepherds, what more could say this place is owned by good honest people. I definitely recommend stopping in and letting them help you with all you metal recycling needs!!!
Best customer service I've experienced in along time,very clean scrap/recycling facility...would suggest this business to anyone looking for the best service I the area hands down...
