We always call these guys for towing/tires or any other type of service when our trucks are stuck or when they are broken down!!! Great people, great communication!

I’m an Owner / Operator and my truck started acting up near Morgantown WV. Truck derated me down to 55mph. Spoke with a very nice lady at Hillbilly T&T and she suggested driving my truck over instead of having it towed. I def appreciated that. When I got there I was Greeted with Warm Smiles and Handshakes and they immediately got to work trying to see what was going on with my Truck. After about 1hr or so it was determined I was possibly having issues with my Def Pump or Def Quality issues. They stated that they wouldn’t be able to address the issues I was having and referred me to a Freightliner Dealership not too far down the road in Jane Lew WV. As I was going to pay them for their time one of the Techs called me over and extended his hand to shake mine and told me to Get on Outta Here. I was taken aback at first and I said are you sure?? Once again he stated Get on outta here, Your an Owner Operator just trying to make a living. Don’t worry about it. These guys are the Real Deal and are for the Small Owner Operator and they’re not trying to take advantage of our misfortune when our trucks break down. I would Highly recommended them 100% anytime your truck breaks down. Fast Fair Friendly Reliable Service is what you’ll receive when you call Hillbilly T&T. They are a Great Bunch of Guys!!! Give them a call you won’t be disappointed I promise you.
Huge shout out to the fantastic road crew of Hillbilly Truck Repair and Towing! If Mario Andretti had you men in his pit crew, he would have won every race! These guys work like a well oiled machine! Wow! I love it when a plan comes together! And the pretty ladies in the office are phenomenal! I hated to need a tow, but loved seeing you all! You were all so sweet to this ol' Texan stranded in WV! I wouldn't mind lighting a fire, sit around, and spin some tall Texas tales to entertain my new friends! Crank up some Oliver Anthony and make it an all nighter! Maybe one day! Thank y'all so much for making my difficult time much easier! I'm enjoying my new cap and even got a compliment from the lady at Enterprise when I turned in my rental car! ?
A friend and I were in a car accident on the highway and Brian was sent to tow our car. He was truly the kindest person involved in the post-accident process - he made sure we were okay, drove us to a nearby hotel, and helped us recover our belongings from the car later in the day! Thanks for keeping us calm and safe in a bad situation!
They quickly diagnosed our truck/trailer connector which was apparently bad (we had no lights/brake power to the trailer). They didn't carry the part but we were able to get that right down the road at the parts store. We really appreciated that they were willing to stop what they were doing and help us out with diagnosing the problem so we could resolve it and hit the road!!
Highly recommend these guys. They went above and beyond to get me back on the road after trailer tire blowed out huge thanks to April Bruce and Thomas for the great service
This place was great! Very nice people to deal with and got me in and out putting in a radiator for me. This place will definitely treat you right! Highly recommend them if you're in the area of Fairmont WV and are in need of truck repairs!
Used this shop to replace a radiator. Got service done radiator not good quality but was given a year of warranty for the part. The radiator started leaking after 6 months and had to replace it again. Called shop and emailed for information for the warranty. At first, they responded with questions and asked for the repair receipt, which I provided. After a week, no more responces. Have been trying to get someone to answer for over a month now. Hopefully, this will help someone to make the right decision if it is a good place to come to repair and how good of a word of theirs. Again, I do not understand what the big deal is? All i need is info of a manufacturer that they purchased the product from so that I can do the proper steps. Please think twice before using these guys.
Unfortunately, I needed a tow this evening. I called Hillbilly Towing and the call was answered immediately. Dustin arrived less than a half an hour after I called. Dustin was great! He did an excellent job! I would recommend these guys to anyone!! Thank you so much!!
From MD Express , Overall experience was excellent service. They took us last minute on a holiday weekend drove us to hotel while repairs were being done. Working hard. Very straight forward with everything. They came back pick us up to our truck and they made sure we were up and and rolling so WE can make it in time for our customer delivery. They treat their customers like family. Great team!

Their staff is rude and unprofessional, driven purely by greed. Additionally, they lack the necessary skills to perform even basic electrical diagnostics. Stay away as far as you can from them!

This company is completely untrustworthy. They are extremely disrespectful and charge outrageous, made-up towing fees—$858 per hour! Their mechanic intentionally drove extra miles to increase the bill and then refused to fix the truck, holding it hostage for three days.
The office staff was incredibly rude, unfairly judged our worker based on nationality and race, and ultimately denied service. When we asked for an explanation, they refused and demanded we leave their shop—even though the truck was undrivable.
Avoid this company at all costs!
Every negative review about them is absolutely true. They manipulate their ratings by removing bad reviews and only keeping the positive ones.
Adviced guys pls be aware of these guys.My truck has air leak from air line old gentleman came and check but he can’t find where is the problem.I surprised when he show me a picture of broken air tank that is not my truck he have picture any another truck when i ask pls show me broken tank then he ask me i m done and he started to make invoice 400 usd dollars. He take money and go left my truck same as it is.Next day we fix air line and we are ready to go no air tank leakage we found which one he show to me on pic. So pls guys be aware they are scammers. And came only for making money.

Not recommend this company to repair your truck! They replaced radiator on my cascadia. All hoses mechanic left not enough tight and secure. After 3 days I came back with coolant and transmission oil leaks. The mechanic tightened the hose too much and broke oil ring. They replaced coolant radiator but did crack in oil radiator and didn't check oil level in transmission. So I spend extra 2600$ in other shops.
Great customer service. My truck leaked all it's diesel fuel out and I needed towed to the dealer. The guy came very quickly. He was nice and seemed to be well experienced. I don't want anyone to need towed but if you do definitely contact Hillbilly Truck Repair and Towing.
First off from the time the call was made for help they were here in like 20 or so minutes at most 30 minutes.

Outstanding service, and very reasonable prices. Their staff was quick to help us with two different situations that we had involving a very tedious project. They showed up when they said they would, and they did more to help us than we ever imagined. Definitely use these folks, because they are a great group of people.
One of our trailers got in an accident and it been towed by them.
Today They are helping us to chain the axle and get the trailer ready to be towed to our location. What surprised us the most is the professionalism and the rates they have provided. So far they are one of the best and the most honest commercial towing companies we worked with. Thank you.
I highly recommend hillbilly truck repair and towing!! They are AWESOME!!! 3 other towing services including AAA were unable to tow my truck I called hillbilly towing and told them the problem and they didn’t hesitate. They came right out, took excellent care of my truck, and were able to tow it without a problem. Everyone I talked to there was exceptional. Special thanks the Allen who made me feel so much better about the situation. He was quick to respond and great to talk to. Thanks to everyone at hillbilly towing!!! I will recommend you to everyone I know and I would definitely use you guys again!!
Unfortunately, I needed towed this morning. Allen from Hillbilly Truck Repair and Towing picked me up. He was quick to arrive, efficient and extremely friendly. He made a not so great situation A-ok! Highly recommend!
If there was a way to give more than five stars I would to these guys. they replaced my turbo...very honest and accommodating. Bryan in particular was truly amazing made me feel right at home. The guys that towed my rig made hard times a little bit easier. This is a group of guys that got it right.. I'd hang out with these guys.. and the ladies behind the counter were absolutely polite and accommodating ....awesome little family here. If you have to get work done I highly recommend hillbilly
I had my vehicle towed to Morgantown and Alan was on call. He came in little to no time to help me get my car from Fairmont to Morgantown. Great group of guys! They pride themselves on getting the driver back on the road!!! Had to replace a rear. Broke down at 9:30 am on interstate 79N. Rolling by 5:30pm!!
The best repair/towing company I’ve ever experienced. I got stuck on I64 because my radiator blew. The mechanics and tow guy are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. This company went above and beyond to help my dad stranded on the interstate with 2 flat trailer tires. They discovered that the axle was broken. My dad (82 yrs old)would NOT leave his truck or trailer, so they found a safe place for him off the highway. The next morning they had a rollback there to haul the trailer and got him to my house safe! They kept in contact with both of us during the whole ordeal. Very Professional Reasonable Price and knowledgeable employees! Angels with big trucks and bigger hearts ♥️

I am very self sufficient , never needed anyone's help with anything in my life. Traveling through WVa. in my motor coach with a small Harley trailer in tow...coach engine blew up...No one would help me, stating they didn't want the responsibility of towing a coach of that dollar value...Finally found Hillbilly, Eric drove 2 hours to get me with two tow trucks, one for the trailer and one for the coach...took me two hours north to Cummins...during the trip...the driveshaft was damaged...they had a new one made and installed the next day...I offered to pay...wouldn't take my money! I decided not to have Cummins fix the coach so I had hillbilly used a 2nd time to bring the coach to my home from Cummins ...flawless service again. On the ride home shop mechanic gave me tips on repair... These guys are the best ever! THANKS HILL BILLY!!
