This is once again my favorite auto parts store! I am currently on crutches with a bad knee, and the store manager Jason came to my car and helped me figure out what fuse went out on my power seat and even changed it for me! Thankful for the return of REAL customer service! I’ll be back for sure!
Robert assisted me with the purchase of a low beam bulb for my car.a few minutes ago. He answered my questions professionally and was very nice!!! He even assisted me putting in the bulb when I explained my shortage on time. I will definitely stick with Auto Zone. Being in a hurry, I stopped at another parts store before that and left because the employee couldn't tell me why there was a difference in the price if the bulbs. Robert did! Thank you Robert! You made my evening!
Basil, the store manager, has impeccable customer service. We were greeted with a smile. He is knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us in a timely manner. I highly recommend AutoZone.

5 stars very nice people they were very nice to me. The came out two my car and put blub in my done light in my auto and did not charge extra for labor and I am up in years treated me with respect ! I am humble to them. And thank them very much. Hard to find stores like. GOD bless them. Thomas.
Excellent management and staff. Everyone from Travis, Basil, Mel, Josh, Kenny, Lenny are professional and extremely friendly and courteous. Always a joy doing business with them . It amazes me how AZ can consistently hire personnel that so wonderfully reflects their culture as a company!
I love AutoZone. I used to go to advance but got tired of having to take Parts back. I haven't had that problem with AutoZone at all. And they have a program for every five times that you spend over $20 they give you a $20 in store credit. So I will buy my oil change for my truck. Then an oil change for my wife's vehicle the next day and so on. I just get enough stuff to add up to over $20 so that I can give us a brand new Ratchet or something like that for free on my fifth trip. You're welcome for the life hack LOL.
Visted the St Albans location on Saturday 8-28-21 at around 10:30-11:00 a.m. Went directly to the aisle I needed since I'm familiar with the store. Was looking at product to purchase while the assicates were helping someone at the the counter. I stood near the shelf at my back so that one, I could actually see the shelf I was looking at and two, allow room for others to pass through. Apparently this was an invitation to an associate to literally stand directly in front of me completely blocking my view, without a single "pardon me, ma'am" or acknowledgement of my mere existence. We left immediately and proceeded to a competitor (O'Reilly's Auto Parts) where we were greeted upon entering, offered assistance, allowed to shop in peace and subsequently make some very expensive purchases....which is where I'll spend every dime of my maintenance and repair budget from now on. The behavior of your associate is inexcusable. I'd love to tell you how I really feel about this situation but I am a lady.
I am absolutely blown away by the amazing customer service from Basil and his team. Our alternator went bad 5 hours away from home, and Basil went above and beyond to make sure that we not only had the parts we needed, but also the tools and the confidence to know that we’d get the problem figured out and be right on our way home. Again, thank you.
All of the staff at the Saint Albans auto zone have been very helpful. Especially Basil, Sidney and Jessica. Basil has helped with a couple things for my cruze and trans am. Sidney went above and beyond to find me the right belt for my trans am 'just a 20.00 belt but that's what builds a customer base'.
Jessica has always went that extra mile. She is very friendly when I enter the store and helps with finding stuff on the sales floor. The biggest thing to me is getting the parts when i need them, that's why I'm there and she has never failed.

I love AutoZone, everything from parts selection, in stock items, even the rewards program.
What I'm not happy with is the staffing choice, it honestly make me go by to the next store, which is only .8 mi from 2 other major stores. I cringe thinking about stopping, just because of this. She's the reason I've quit going, I know we all deserve a chance, but it going on a year+ and her customer service and knowledge of anything hasn't changed.
Enjoy these products much better than Advanced. The people are hit and miss when it comes to expertise however some have really helped save time and money. Served excellently by Jessica K and Dean? today.
Extremely rude. Horrible customer service and complete lack of knowledge. Tried to give me the wrong part twice and charge us double. Went to O'Reilly's ,got the correct part for a reasonable price and a lot less hassel.
Save your trouble and don't bother with these people.
