St albums better than Milton by a lot. The person in Milton wanting me to take car to shop whereas the guy in stalbans told me I had a bad battery and replace it for me. I’ll never step foot in Milton store AGAIN!
Was standing up front after looking around a bit. No one up front and two workers walking through the store. Someone comes in and they take care of the person before me. I had been standing up front at the counter.
Laura Lou is always making sure I get everything I need and it’s always the right parts!!! Very Knowledgeable on everything I asked for!! Very satisfied costumer!!
I managed ok but I was surprised that no employees ever asked me if I needed help finding what I came for. After I looked around the store 3 times, I finally did find the brake fluid, that I needed. I didn't mind looking around though. I ended up buying about $30 more than I intended because of my searching. So I was still a happy customer!
Had right part the first try! Good knowledge customer service, prices generally lower then competitor's prices. Ordered parts delivered on time. Easy parking, ease moving through store and great variety
I had them check my battery and they told me the battery was good but the alternator on my car was bad so I took it to have it fixed and the place said it was not the alternator and it was the battery. I then stopped at AutoZone and have them check it and they said the battery was bad but my battery was under warranty so I should take it back to Advance auto and have them replace it luckily the hurricane store knows what it’s doing.
Pretty clean place. All aisles were well stocked. Guy behind the plastic window was helpful. I was able to get what I wanted and leave in just few minutes. Store was not crowded.
Amazing employee helped me out today. I an so grateful to him for giving me a minute of his time. In a world where no-one cares, i usually find this store so helpful.
Great staff. Super helpful. He had trouble changing my wipers; even had one fly off the windshield which was hilarious. He did not get upset or frustrated. Very professional.
You go in greeted by friendly staff they find the right parts that you want and need and get you back out the door so you can get them installed and back up and running. And you drive a Ford you going to need that type of service cuz you going to be there often. Thoes who drive Chevrolet and GMC are in there, but not nearly as often just saying!!!
The counter person was great. Checked both batteries, they were bad. Sold me two new ones and helped me take them out to the truck. Great place to shop.
Guy at the counter was friendly, quick and easy service for ordering online, had everything ready to go, didn't have to wait around on them to pull the items.
Needed my battery tested and only had a hr before I had to be at work.very fast service and the guy at the counter went right out tested it and showed me the print out and it had gone bad.Got me a new battery he took out the old and I was on my way.Very fast and friendly service.1/3/18
