Overall experience was good. Mike chandler auto solutions fixed my car perfectly. I couldn’t have asked for better work. Lauren was easy to talk too and helped with any question or situation I had. Would definitely take my car back there to have work done on it again if I ever needed it.

After a missed call and several text messages I was asked to alter my review to the correct company. When I looked up head gasket repair on google, Ken’s Auto came up. I originally planned on having my car towed there but then I was told I did not have to do that because the tow was included in my quote. When I went to pick up my car the towing was done under Mikes and the repair was done under Ken’s. I paid the tow bill SEPARATELY. It was originally $257 for a five mile tow on a Thursday morning at 8am. Later when I questioned why it was so expensive I was refunded $97 the same day. Based on my bill from Ken’s, my bill from Mikes and the estimate…the tow was not included

Mike Chandler Auto Solutions did a great job with our hail damage repairs!! All of the staff were great to work with, especially Lauren who was very patient with my scheduling needs for getting 4 vehicle repairs at different times. I also was very pleased when I got each of my vehicles back shiny and clean from their auto detailing. I definitely recommend them!!!

Took my car to Mike’s after hitting a deer. My car was done in 1/4 of the time expected. Looks great and they even went the extra mile to take off some old after market headlights that were hanging when any other shop had just left it and said it will be fine. Then they sent it for a little cleaning up down the road from their dgop. The little extra things really mean a lot! The front desk lady even offering to deal with the rental car company for me when they were giving me a hard time. Mike you have a wonderful team!

I brought my car here for hail damage and it went super smooth & quick! Dropped it off on Tuesday morning and it was done by Thursday afternoon. The team was very friendly and talked to me about the process when I came in for a quote.

Terrible experience with this business. Think twice if you need any body work done. My car was taken in February 2025 months before any hail storms occurred!!! I highly recommend Moses Auto Group in Morgantown! Chandler’s had no knowledge how to order parts for my Mercedes and after dealing with them for months of doing nothing I took my car up to Moses Auto Group in Morgantown who are the most professional people I have dealt with. If you have any hail damage or other issues they would love to have your business.

Delivered my vehicle to this facility on 7 April 2025. Minor damage after collision with a deer. Ins estimate was $3386. It is now May 12, it has been delay after delay based on bullshit excuses. Was told last Thursday it was in the detail shop and could be picked up that afternoon. I was out town and told them I would see them Monday. Called this AM and was told it is in re-assembly. Not sure how these clowns remain in business .

Mike is EXCELLENT. The repair was perfect. However, when we got the estimate, we were told to put $250 down for deposit. The receptionist charged our debit card $260, $10 more than requested. We didn't notice it for days as the receipt she gave said $250. Well, we've seen this before. They ordered the part. When we took our vehicle in, we took our original estimate AND a check made out to the remainder. We didn't say anything about the "extra" $10 charged on the debit card. She never mentioned it either, though, consider this: the company MUST balance its books. Instead, she insisted the bill was $50 more than the remainder. We pulled out the original estimate and already-written check. She FINALLY relented and said she made an "error" and would "correct it" in the system. We were going to give her and Mike silver eagle coins (worth about $45) as reward for great service and a good price. WE DID NOT. Apparently, someone collects extra when you aren't paying attention. IF you go here, PAY ATTENTION, TAKE YOUR ESTIMATE, KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS. We called and left at least 3 messages about this and, surprise... NO RETURN CALL.

Saturday, 4/18/2025. Mike Chandler was just out at my residence, Which I greatly appreciate him coming out to my home to do the estimate on the hail damage for both of my vehicles. It was real convenient for me this way. He was very professional, Very friendly, Very informative, And with me being a single female, he actually took the time ti explain the process and various ways that they would be working out the dents which I really appreciated this. And he didn’t have any problem if I needed him to repeat any information to me, He was very courteous and accommodating with the information. He actually took his time and was very thorough with both of my vehicles with taking the pictures and pointing out all the dents, Even the ones that I couldn’t see, but with him being the professional that he is, he seen them and pointed them out to me as well, and I appreciated that. Mike was very accommodating in working out a schedule of when to pick up each vehicle to do the repairs which I really appreciated that because I have a hectic schedule. So I feel good leaving my cars in his care to get them repaired. I have no doubt that it will be taken care of correctly and professionally, and in its entirety. I’ll keep you posted after the car repairs are done, but I have no doubt that him and his team will do an amazing job.

Posted a review yesterday but had to come back with another one. I was in the hospital recivering after having heart catherization done. Mike delivered my car to my front door as I can't drive for 2 days. I went out this morning and inspected the car and it was shiny and new just like when I bought it . Thank you so much for the great service. Will recommend your place of business to everybody.

I visited Mike Chandler Auto solutions after buying my new car and I ended up getting it ceramic coated here. Mike was very knowledgeable about the coating and was able to answer any questions I had and tell me about all the benefits. They have since been washing and detailing my vehicle and do a great job! I’ve been very pleased with the attention to detail. Overall, staff is friendly and I’ve been very happy with the services I received here.

Amazing people and the customer service was wonderful! Someone hit my car and they had it repaired and even cleaned it within 2 days! Highly recommend this place for auto repair and details. Definitely will be coming back in the future.

Went here on July 22 to get a quote on doing some body work on my car. Waited awhile before anyone came to the front desk. The lady at the front desk was very nice. She took pictures of my car and said they would have an estimate to me by the end of the day. The was on July 22. It has been a month and never received any communication. Very unprofessional.

I had the absolute BEST EXPERIENCE taking my car to Mike Chandler’s Auto! From start to finish, they catered to my needs! They fixed my car in ONE DAY. They also surprised me and DETAILED the inside of my car AND washed the outside! I picked it up and it looked like a BRAND NEW CAR! Professional. Quality products. Does his best to make sure the little things are taken care of. Washed my truck for the first time in months yesterday and couldn't help notice how good the paint still looks three years later due to the ceramic coating.
