HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. After a stressful situation with my vehicle and several calls to get tow quotes I found Roger's! Literally half the price of all other quotes, wonderful customer service, arrived super quick, and handled everything from there professionally and smoothly. I wish there was a 10 star option because he deserves it!! Don't waste time calling anyone else!

I am a frequent customer and can say that on every occasion I have felt like my friend helped meout in a pinch. Thats a feeling i dont get very often. Thanjs again, and dont let Al fool you. Roger's is your Cheney tow company!

When we called to help tow my car, Dan helped me and my friend within 30 minutes! He also brought us to a repair store ASAP! He was very very nice, helping two girls from Ohio to get back on the road again! HIGHLY recommend!!

Dan was so nice and efficient. He was timely and had it all hooked up and ready to tow in less than 15 mins. That was one smooth tow job which with all the issues I have been having with this car was a blessing.

Showed up in about 15 minutes and got my car jumpstarted. The guy was very friendly and made sure to call me to confirm my location when they were about 5 minutes out.

I was on my way out of town, and my water pump decided to go. I gave them a call- Jacob was very professional and had great communication. Arrived right when he said he would and dropped my car at a shop with no issues. Thanks for saving me and making it so easy!

I just had Dan come by my house and helped me out of a very very tough spot. Even though I didn't need a tow, Dan came over like he said he would and got under the truck, evaluated my starter issue and let me know exactly what I needed to do. He actually was nice enough to take the starter out of my truck for me and check the fly wheel visually which ended up being ok. I then was able to take my starter over to O'Reilly's and get it swapped under warranty. What a great guy and I appreciated his help during a stressful time. I would most definitely recommend Roger's Towing and Dan to anyone!

This man was so professional in every way! We were stranded on I90 and he responded in a quick and completely in a courteous way. We were towed to Spokane to a service location. He charged us a very fair price! I highly recommend this business!

Jacob responded to my need for a tow on a cold windy day very promptly. He worked very quickly and was able to tow my truck to the needed destination 50 miles away! He was the best tow truck operator I have used! Highly recommend!

My car would not start. I called Roger's Towing and the first thing the guy asked me was if we were in a safe location and if we were OK. He showed up less than 30 minutes. He noticed one of my battery terminals was loose, tightened it, jump-started it, and my car was working again. I was back on the road in no time. Definitely recommend!

This guy got out of bed to help me I was on the side of the road broken down and another tow company left me stranded and he rescued me. He towed me to the next town made sure everything was good to go for me before he left me and he had a great attitude the whole time. I would recommend him again.

I worked with Jacob recently who works for Roger. I didn’t meet Roger but indirectly he was super helpful. Jacob was very easy going and helpful understanding and empathic. If I ever need tow services again no matter where I might be in Spokane county. I’d call them. Other than Fishers towing; I’ve never had a positive experience with tow companies. These two guys did that for me. I’m pretty frugal on money. But I’d pay astronomical amount to them just because of the experience and customer service I received. It was superb. Actually it was stellar from beginning to end. Thank you again Jacob.

We were stuck and desperate off of I-90. Our insurance couldn’t even find us a tow. Yet when we called Roger’s, not only did they get us entered into their system super fast and easily, they exceeded their arrival time by a good 30 min! Easily several hours sooner than other options. Their rates were far more reasonable. The driver was friendly, knowledgeable and above all compassionate. I cannot say enough good things about his customer service. We instantly felt relieved and welcomed. Driver JV— we owe you one! My car needed to be towed from Cheney to Spokane and Jakob was there within 30 minutes. He provided excellent service and was extremely thorough in his job. He made sure any and all of my questions were answered all while getting my car onto his tow truck. He was super nice and an awesome guy, made me feel like I was getting the best service possible. Would recommend Jakob with Roger’s Towing to anyone in this area!!!

After having issues with another company my boyfriend had his services canceled. So he requested a new company and they gave us Roger’s Towing. As we thought we would be waiting another 3 hours, it was to our surprise we waited for only 40 minutes and Dan was even nice enough to give my boyfriend a call that he was on his way and showed up a couple minutes later. Love this company very kind and keep in touch with their clients and a time frame definitely recommend!

Clean driver, professional service, prompt response times. This company hauled away my total wreck. The driver helped me pick up my yard sale of a wreckage site. Very honest, and trustworthy are a couple more words I'd use to describe this company. Thank you for helping me in my hour of need! 5 stars highly recommended! Rogers Towing recovered my F250 and trailer and my sons car that were all involved in a rollover in during extreme winter weather. I went to recover my trailer and clear out my truck and sons car and they were OUTSTANDING. They helped me for two hours to get my trailer road worthy to tow back home, working in 19 degree weather. Rates were more that fair and the customer service was way above any expectations. You cant go wrong with Roger's Towing.

Jeff was extremely kind and professional as my bmw drive train had an issue and he was there very fast but in order to not damage my car we had to drive a ways in wrong direction until we could turn around without damaging my car. Very sweet, kind and professional. I was a wreck of tears when he got there and his beautiful calm soul, helped me feel much better. Thank you Jeff for going above and beyond the call of duty.❤️

If I could give them a hundred stars I would! They saved me! Dan was very professional, quick and didn't cost me a large fortune. I was so grateful they were available to take my car from Davenport to Spokane. Hopefully I don't need them again but if I need a tow I know where to go and who to recommend ☺️

I recently used Rogers towing and I highly recommend them to anyone! The driver was friendly and helpful and went out of his way to come and get the car key from me because I forgot to leave it with the car that he was going to be towing, no extra charges. It was the most pleasant interaction I have ever had with a tow truck driver, he was polite and respectful and just helped things go smoothly with the pick up and drop off of my vehicle!!!

I’ve had Rogers towing help out a few times out in eastern Washington. They’ve been relatively quick in performance and respectful of my vehicles. They are very kind and honest workers. They’re also pretty funny and make stressful situations a little bit easier to go through. If anyone needs some roadside assistance in the cheney area, Rogers Towing & Recovery should be your go to.

Jeff was absolutely amazing. My car died on me while on the way home from visiting family and he was courteous, super friendly and got to me fairly quickly. He had us wait in his truck so we could be warm while he took care of everything. Definitely recommend them for all your towing needs.rogers towing definitely saved the day so I could get home. Blaise was a great help, wonderful young man. Fast, efficient service..He went out of his way to even go add more air to our spare tire for our trailer tire. We had a blowout on our trailer 20 min from Spokane. Thanks so much for all his help (with a smile, even) :) Would give 10 stars if we could...We highly recommend their service!
