A great NAPA store. The staff here were very helpful with my automotive wiper and battery needs. Just FYI, this store is open Monday thru Saturday. Like everything else in Cheney, they are closed on Sundays. Plan wisely and enjoy the quality of NAPA Auto parts.
I've tried coming to this store between 5 and 6 times within business hours for napa which are shorter than there competitors. Every time I've stopped in to pick something up they are not open which is frustrating when you spend the money to have a business account. I'll be pulling my business account with napa as a chain due to reliability and hours of operation are 4hrs longer.
Stopped in for a battery warranty turns out they don’t warranty my battery but they made sure to point me in the right direction….O’Riellys staff were rude and unhelpful….go check out Napa talk to Tyson or Jackson
Solid selection of parts here, but unfortunately, the oil filter I use (NAPA Platinum) is almost never in stock. Staff are very helpful, and the store manager is a great guy.

But I can order one too , that's arrives sooner & is cheaper.
Oh and dont go looking for a torque wrench either
Got charged 2.00 gallon more for Asian coolant than their website posted. Didn't notice till I got back to shop because I had bought other items and assumed they would have honored the price. Needed an idler pully for my Toyota and it was 2x the dealer price. I'd like to patronize my local businesses but NAPA is becoming more expensive than others now.
It's probably the worst napa I've been to. I went in looking for some parts and the counter guy complained that he would have to look for the part and was obviously bothered that a paying customer was there and he would have to do something more than sit on the stool. And they either didn't have the part or the guy more likely didn't even check or know what he was doing when he in the back. Wont be back to this one again. Go down the street to O'Reilly helpful staff and parts in stock.
These guys always hit the mark on personal service! I've never had a bad experience here in 7 years of buying alot of parts for our older vehicles . Thanks guys
I have never in my whole life seen customer service this terrible before. At 5:00 p.m. today I went in the store and walked to the counter with a friendly hello. Not only did I not get a response but I didn't even get glance until it was convenient for him. When he finally looks I get a "what" as if me being a paying customer was an inconvenience to him. The guy next to him only points at a wall I could look at rather then helping me out. We look at the wall to no avail. I will not be returning while this staff is under hire.
Great customer service! The folks in here have been helpful every time and have done their best to find the parts I need! Prices are totally reasonable.
This place is amazing, my car all of a sudden stopped running when I was driving. I figured it must be the battery or alternator so I first took it to O'Reillys and they said that neither was the problem and they didnt even test it to double check. I thought it was a little weird and then I decided to check out Cheney Auto Care, they said it must be the distributor but they couldnt say for sure, they told me to drive it around and if it happened again to bring it back in. I really just wanted answers and tried NAPA, they checked my battery and alternator without question and turns out it was both! They both needed to be changed, they helped me out way more than I thought they would. Don was super nice and helpful and would definitely suggest going here before anywhere else in cheney!!
Person who helped me was a little abrupt with me. Made a call and gave one guy my work information but when I went to pick up my item the guy who served me said I don't get that discount. Till he no longer works there I won't be going back. I live in a small town so I'll know. I had no problems with this store in the past. Good customer service must be hard to find these days.

Went above and beyond! Removed my old power steering pump pulley, and pressed onto a new one. They could of easily choose to simply loan out the tool to me instead and let me deal with it. Thank you!!! Neat to see nice helpful people in today’s world.
Good store good staff. Didn't have the part that I needed but lent me the tools I needed to make a temporary fix that got me to the dealership. Saved the day
Awsome staff. Don't stock to much but can get anything you need same day and usually within an hour or two. Best quality for the money. Best value in Cheney hands down.
Only good for selling some light bulbs. Is in a farm town has no person with a clue about any vehicles. You always have to look up info on google come in with a part number so they can order and jack up the price. Worthless place
It was a quick in and out for an ice scraper and window washer fluid and the sales rep was helpful as could be. I went back in to ask about a fuel filter and he did his thing and helped me out. Only one guy in store could use more staff.
My local Napa is excellent ! NAPA Bob is the best. Been buying there for over 36 years. James,Matt, Tadd all very helpful. Always work hard for quality and prices.
Great quality parts and they'll have just about everything you could need in stock, or else they can order it in! Incredibly helpful staff and very kind. Highly recommended!
You'll pay a little more than O'Reillys but you're getting a much better warranty and much better product.
All I have to say is I am impressed. Not only did James educate me on what I needed, but he also offered a discount for working across the street. He had to order a part in but when I walked in later that afternoon I was greeted by James with a "Hi Amanda lets see if we got that part in!" I love when people can remember you on a first name basis after only meeting once, it shows a good level of customer service. If I need anything else for my vehicle I will be sure and come back to this store!
Very helpful employees and they don't mind if you fiddle around with something on their parking lot. Not full vehicle repairs, but minor things such as windshield wiper replacement and gluing a cracked headlight.
