I’d like to thank Adam for his outstanding professionalism and kindness. On Nov 4th during the rain, he helped me out tremendously by installing two filters on my Subaru Outback. Adam installed both air filter and cabin filter. I’m a retired 72 year old force vet and really appreciated his help

A senior staff member (bald, goatee) told me that fixing the issue I was dealing with on my car was something every child knows how to do, and if I don’t already know how to do it, I should just take my car to a mechanic. So discouraging and disappointing to have somebody that works at an auto parts store have this attitude. I have been a consistent customer for years, in almost weekly, and will now be going over to NAPA. You cannot belittle and chastise people for not being knowledgeable, when it is your job to know more than we do!!!!!

Adam was very gracious in helping me put a new battery in after a semi ran me off the freeway. He also helped taped my car up so I could make it back to Portland! Very nice guys!

Haven't ever had an experience where I couldn't get the part I needed here, or have it shipped next-day for free. Unfortunately, I've been given the incorrect part by a staff member a couple times, but upon returning, other staff have been able to rectify the issue quickly.

Garrett was so kind and helped me clear codes on my dash, he also checked under my hood and cleaned off the corrosion on my battery. Great customer service! Five stars!

OReillys buyers need to step up their negotiation skills. I've found out that the items I've bought regularly are getting obviously overpriced. Stuff like detailing supplies and most recently a can of Duplicolor spray bed liner that out the door is 24.00 now. That's 10.00 higher than NAPA and Bi-Mart for the same stuff. Duplicolor has redesigned the label, but its the same stuff that was 10.00 not that long ago. The people are wonderful, so I'll add a star.

Excellent customer service. They even helped test my check engine light. Every time I have been to one of these stores the people behind the counter are kind and patiently explained what I need to know. Daisy went above and beyond for me and made me feel safe and not embarrassed to ask for help. Y'all will see me again.

Trevor was super helpful when I brought my cousin in who was needing multiple bulbs replaced on her BMW. His customer service and patience was greatly appreciated!

Trevor and the rest of the team at the Cheney store are amazing. Any time I have an issue with my car, they check the codes for me and give me an idea of what needs done, what parts I need, and any tips or tricks they've learned about getting the job done. This is my go to place for all my vehicle repairs. Stellar customer service, always above and beyond!

The employees at the Cheney Oreilly always give the best customer service! I went in last week to get a check engine light code read, and Garrett who was working helped me out. He gave me full detail of what was going on with my car and what I should do next, his advice was very helpful. Thanks again for going above and beyond.

Outstanding business. They have great products, huge selections, great prices, extremely convenient, tons of parking, upbeat atmosphere, clean establishment, and knowledgeable and kind employees! Trevor was absolutely amazing. He not only personally helped me tremendously but I watched him go over and beyond for other customers as well while I was there. He definitely put in effort and showed that he cares about the customers and their experience. Top tier service. He answered any and all questions I had, he knew exactly where things went/what tools and equipment I needed to fix my car issue and how to do it. He was extremely knowledgeable and a very hard worker.

If you're looking for knowledgeable automotive parts staff, you won't find it at Cheney, WA O'Reilly Auto Parts. Not one, but two parts counter staff told my kid that her 2003 Camry did not have a fuel filter. Even after she showed them reputable auto repair web sites confirming the presence of a fuel filter and the type, model number, and location, they still insisted it did not exist. Their reasoning was, and I quote, "I don't see one, so it doesn't have one." By the way, it's under the air filter canister. This is just embarrassing. They treated my kid like she was an ignorant little girl and we will never purchase anything from O'Reilly Auto Parts again.

Our car broke down outside Cheney, and we were able to make it to the O'Reilly Auto Parts. Trevor helped us identify the problem and come up with a solution. He went above and beyond to give us the help we needed. Thanks, Trevor!

I maintain 4 vehicles, so I'm a regular at O'Reilly Auto. My son's Toyota was showing symptoms of a weak battery....Kevin came out, tested the alternator and battery.......simple battery replacement...problem solved. However, shortly thereafter, the starter failed. I bemoaned i was going out of town the next day but Kevin assured me this was well within his expertise and even offered to help me replace it at the store. He grabbed his tools and off we went to work. I was thoroughly impressed not only with his mechanical ability but also with customer service demeanor. O'Reilly...you have a very capable and valuable employee....which are hard to come by. Kevin, again, Thank you ..and thank you Daisy for allowing him the time to assist me. Always helpful and honest about anything to do with my truck, boat, etc.. They even help us to try to locate parts for my friends 1967 Johnson outboard. When they didn't/couldn't find anything about it in their database, the guy who was helping us looked on ebay and a couple other sites. Full service all the way around.

Has what you need in a pinch. Just need a window chip repair kit and they had one in stock. They also have all the different kinds of headlight bulbs available. Very clean and orderly place.

We called ahead to check if a certain part was in stock, it was, and they had it ready for us at the cash register when we arrived. They even helped carry it out. Excellent service!

Andrew helped me get some thing off the top shelf because I’m too short. And Joe was super nice and helped me out with some change because I had a little less than needed. Would highly recommend!

Most basic auto parts and supplies can be found here and if you can't find it in store they can order it for you. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, & eager to help. Over all great place to shop for my auto part needs.

Great customer service and they go above and beyond any other auto parts store in what they'll do for your business. Very knowledgeable staff and they'll even help install some parts you buy (like a battery) and test parts to make sure you get the right item. I recommend this location over any other and over every other auto parts store. Great deals + great people = great store.

The staff at this store are awesome; they are super helpful, professional and extremely friendly! I spent almost 2hrs in their parking lot earlier today working on my truck with them continually coming out to check on me, bringing me tools to use and offering a hand when needed. Super impressed with this store and would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to shop that is beyond just another parts store.

Two years later, I promised these guys I'd give them a great review. I was heading back east from Oregon, and my car had charging problems just outside of Moses Lake. It died just west of Sprague and the tow guy recommended towing it into Cheney. He dropped my car off at a hotel, but I was determined to get back on the road. After some inspection and research, I had determined it was my alternator pulley. Your staff was able to provide me the help, parts, morale, and tools to get it working right up until close. I was on my way back home and I am forever grateful! Keep up the great work fella's! If I ever have problems again in your neck of the woods, I will most certainly be back.

Man lemme tell ya, Geovanni, Ben, Antonio, Sam, Andrew, and Omar are the coolest dudes. They’ll go out of their way to help you fix your problem. I look forward to visiting O’Reilly Auto Parts whenever my vehicle needs a tune up. I’ve been going there for a few years already and I know the staff by name. These guys really know their stuff!🍀

Update... Apparently the guy who treated my son like an idiot and disrespected him WAS THE STORE MANAGER. I went with the next day and he had a totally DIFFERENT attitude. I lowered the rating to 1 star because the store manager should treat customers with more respect and the manager should have MORE or at least a little knowledge on how to work on cars. This guy doesn't know ANYTHING about how to work on a car. So if you go here DONT talk to the store manager you WONT get accurate information and that could be dangerous Sold us a part that did not even come close to what we needed and had to take it back. Never got the part we needed because the guy refused to listen. Im going with tomorrow and we had better get treated with more respect than the guy gave my son this evening. I will NOT tolerate disrespect when I'm bringing you my business. And I won't tolerate being sold the wrong part and you telling my son oh its a universal part WITH NO DAMN WAY TO MOUNT THE PART TO THE CAR. WHEN THE OLD PART HAS A BRACKET THE REPLACEMENT MUST ALSO HAVE A BRACKET.

Managers and staff are super friendly. Came in to grab quite a variety of detailing supplies (wasn't sure what I would actually use). Ended up having to return a couple items and was able to do so without any problems!

Excellent service and so polite. They actually came to us and helped jump our car; we did go right over and buy a battery, which was needed, and is still working quite well. When I call, they hold things for us, and they have a discount program. Again, very polite.
