I had a bad experience with Rapid Towing on September 26, 2025. After a car accident on I-405, I asked to be towed to Discount Tire, but the driver arrived late and insisted on installing a spare tire.
It was done incorrectly — Discount Tire later refused to remove it, and Les Schwab had to repair three damaged studs, costing $166.15.
I emailed and called Rapid Towing several times, but they never responded. Very poor and unprofessional service.
I highly recommend Choice Towing. Sp, the driver, was right on time, and communicated with me very well on his way to pick me up, and then was very professional and kind while taking me to the mechanic. He wasn’t in a big hurry, and made sure my car was in good shape and that I had a way to get home safe. He really turned a stressful situation into a good situation.
Will overcharge you on purpose, charges for inbound distance (12$ a mile!!), conveniently far away and obfuscate that fact. They lied to me about the hookup fee, and purposefully hid the costs and fees (a 5 mile tow ended up costing me $600). This page is full of fake reviews. No one in their right mind would ever purposefully use this service.
Considering that I just threw a rod in a vehicle that I really liked I was in a very bad mood but the tow truck driver was prompt and professional and I appreciate that. thank u rapid towing!
Worst experience in my lifetime. This company does not care about people’s lives. Keep over promising and under delivery, which almost cost people life. You shouldn't do this business if you can’t fulfill your promise. It is really dangerous. You don't want blood in your hand, do you?

Rapid towing is best towing company in Seattle and they can winch out my car with safety and damage free. They have professional driver and affordable price.
They give me eta 20 minutes but preet ( driver ) is coming within 10 minutes.

25 minutes to get to me being 6 miles away from tow shop stranded on the fwy the first place to call they come and hook up take me 15 miles to drop off and charge me $478 something in total I did not expect those fees to be so expensive more than what the shop was charging me to fix my problems. I’m more disappointed because there could have been transparent with the fees associated with a tow then to see a day ago someone else charged a higher price of $500 and got off paying less than $200. Im more upset now and why did I find that post all the way at the bottom of the reviews is beyond me.
No I want my money back this is a rip off, I’m not rich and don’t come from a place where money grows on trees it’s men in this world taking advantage of women being alone.
I knew my car was going to breakdown soon but didn’t realize this soon …anyway, this is a great company for when reality hits.
-Quick response, fast quote, and great communication.
-I have no knowledge of this process so I left my e-brake on. They went above and beyond and unlocked my car with tools because I wasn’t there and circumstances delayed me bringing the keys.
-They sent pictures prior to retrieving my vehicle and afterwards.
-They were also able to park my car in a difficult spot.
-I was able to pay via a payment link sent to my email. I also received a receipt immediately. SIDE NOTE: I most definitely appreciate being notified of the fees to process the payment and also have the option to make an alternative form of payment.
Long story short, It was just too convenient and easy for me. Definitely not expensive, and this is from someone who’s considered broke in 2024!
OH AND THEY TEXT! MOST IMPORTANTLY, I RECEIVED MY VEHICLE DAMAGE FREE, EXACTLY HOW I LEFT IT AND EXPECTED TO ARRIVE.
I'm only not giving a 5 because I waited a couple hours vs. Minutes for the arrival, HOWEVER these guys worked with my budget (I'm a single mom so that's big for me) and once he did get to me, the show was on the road (literally lol) anyway my driver (shout out to Anter) was super personable and offered me a water bottle, heat adjustment in the tow truck (I was shivering cold from sitting in my car in the rain for hours because it took awhile for me to even find a tow company that would work with my budget, they had to be the 11th-12th company i called). He also stopped for me to use the restroom on the way to the requested destination for drop off. Once dropping me off at my mechanic , he gave me all my necessary paperwork for proof of tow being I paid cash and that was that - overall, great experience Thanks Anter! And of course , Rapid Towing !
I was stuck at i-five one day, and my car war broken down. So, i searched tow truck to tow my car to my house. Then, rapid towing showed. I called to the driver and he came just in 10 minutes and his service was very nice and price was very affordable. Rapid towing is best company i ever seen.
Does not advertise that they charge from where THEY are to you and not just from where you are to the designated destination. How does a 1-2 mile tow end up being over $300.
I got my car stuck in the mud and I contacted the Rapid Towing service. They provided the excellent service . Their service was quick and i do recommend it to others to get their service. My car got no scratches and there was no any damage. The price of towing was cheaper than the other towing service.
I was struck at a freeway when my car got breakdown at midnight. I tried to reach 2-3 towing companies but Rapid towing was most affordable among all. They gave me 15 minutes to reach to me but they arrived in 10 minutes. They gave me affordable service and saved my time.
I had an exceptional experience with this company My car broke down on the side of the road, and I was feeling quite stressed. However, their prompt and professional service turned my day around.
It all started when I found out my husband cheated on me with my nail tech. To add insult to injury, he also cheated on her with my mom. As one can imagine, In a fit of rage, I drove off without thinking and managed to get my car stuck in the middle of a petting zoo. My car was surrounded by goats, llamas, similar to my cheating husband’s situation.
Regardless of all that The driver, arrived quickly and handled everything with utmost efficiency. Not only was he incredibly skilled at his job, but he was also very friendly and reassuring, which made the whole process much less stressful. Plus, I have to say, the driver was very handsome and had a great smile that brightened my day.
