DO NOT GO HERE! GILBERT will be fine to most people, BUT if he makes a MISTAKE, he will not take responsibility and he will blame it on you. Especially if you're a woman. The other reviews about his raging case of machismo are NOT WRONG! He also uses a tactic of not answering questions and just staying silent as though he didn't even hear you. Right in front of your face. Very fragile ego alert.
Like with others, he ordered the wrong glass for our vehicle and then tried to blame us, as though we didn't know the year & make of the vehicle. We've had the auto for years and buy accessories for it all the time, we definitely know the right model & year. I also specifically remember telling him the information.
Waited a week for his parts to arrive, we came at the time he said, go into his office, and he asks the year again. I tell him. He gets quiet. What's wrong? I ask. He was realizing his mistake. He says nothing and storms over to the vehicle to look for himself. We're following him asking what's going on, just a stoney silence. Then he turns on me, saying "You told me the wrong information!" No, I didn't. Then he starts random accusations, "And you call me too many times!" I called him twice to set up the appointment. Is that excessive calling? My husband was frozen in shock watching this happen. "And then you get all- (makes a squinty face) you get bossy trying to tell me what to do!"
Didn't tell the dude a thing, just showed up for the glass and he couldn't just be a man and admit he made a mistake. That's what real men do.
This one is clearly either out of touch with reality, or he just really likes lying to try & shift the blame to others.

On New Year’s I had multiple windows broken out of my 2020 model year Fors truck, and of course the timing couldn’t be much worse financially.
I did my due diligence to search for a place that had a balance of good reviews and good prices, and boy did I hit the mark with MS glass outlet.
No shenanigans, no frills, no arguing or haggling. They gave me an incredible price compared to others I had been quoted throughout the day, AND had three different panes of glass delivered, prepped and installed in the same day I called. Within 6 hours I believe.
I’m grateful, and as far as I’m concerned anybody that needs glass for any vehicle should be going here bar none.
Had my windshield on my Forester replaced ($410 with tax) here and I noticed one of the trim pieces flapping up in the wind at high speeds only after the replacement. Turns out they broke a plastic trim piece on BOTH sides of my windshield and didn't bother to tell me. Avoid. If you must use them, take pictures of the trim surrounding your windows before they start...

I was referred to MS Glass as what I needed was on back order at my dealer.
Service is efficient and fast as well as excellent.
They had my window glass replaced quickly and vacuumed my interior to look like I had it detailed.
I did a repeat visit to have new inside door handles installed that I ordered from Amazon.
Both times, I was most pleased with work and prices.

Got a seven inch crack in my windshield. Put in a claim with Hartford. They pushed for me to go to Safelite which is 10 miles away and in a sketchy part of town. I told them I wanted Ms Glass. Soon the MS Glass scheduler called and I had an appt for the next day.
Dropped my car off and was told an hour. It was done in 45 minutes. They are always so good with their service and explanations and very quick.
I recommend them. I have a 2015 Audi A3!
Had my windshield replaced here. It was substantially less expensive than other places, glass material and brand was the same as proposed by other places (usually aftermarket asian Fuyao). I think they can also do OEM original glass material too of course shipping time and subject to higher material cost if you don’t want Chinese. Was told it will be ready in 1.5 hours and in about 45 mins they called me to let me know it’s all done. They even left my toll sticker inside my car, I don’t think it is reusable but still was nice of them just n case leave it there. Happy with the service glad this shop is in business here!
This is the only company I referr people to. I called for my Hummer and they got me in right away at a time that was best for me. Finished on time. They also cleaned the shatter on my dash. Highly highly recommend!!

This place is the best hands down! We were staying at the children’s hospital for my son’s surgery and unfortunately our car was broken into. We called all the “big” name shops and none of them could get us in locally or the same day. MS Glass was able to get us in same day and they were so fast! Friendly staff, GREAT service! Busted out glass this morning, replaced this afternoon by MS Auto Glass.
The quickest the insurance could replace it was tomorrow. Don't get me wrong, that's fast, But I felt really uncomfortable having no window in my car overnight.
Really glad they had the glass for this and they have replaced it so quickly, much quicker than they quoted me.

I scheduled an appointment, and they fit me in for next day, quoting $289 plus tax over the phone. When I arrived, they verbally quoted me the same, but required that I fill out a form that included my signature saying I agreed to the work and totals listed. Those lines were blank. I asked them to fill out the information with the estimate, and he said "I already told you $289." I replied "I understand, could you include that estimate where I have signed?" "It's not gonna change; do you want me to do the job or not?" Was his reply. If it's not going to change, why won't you put it on the paper where the estimate is supposed to go? That's the whole point of the document, to agree to the scope and cost of work. No thanks! Completely shady business practices. The auto industry runs on quotes and estimates; it is crazy he wanted me to leave my vehicle for work with my signature agreeing to a blank total. Who knows what number he would have come up with and written into the blank next to my signature when I came to pick it up. I'll go somewhere that is honest and above board.
Super fast service. Got my windshield done within an hour. Super friendly crew too. They helped me remove my light bar for them to access the windshield. Hopefully no rock chips on my windshield anytime soon
I’ve had two Volvo 240 windshields done with them in the past.
The first one went great and functions as a windshield should. It’s the beige car. (November 2021)
The second time around the work was extremely poor, they had to redo the job. After the redo it was just as bad of a job, that I was angry and annoyed and said screw it and took the car home. (February 2022)
Now after those few years the poor sealing is starting to leak water into my car, rust is showing in the unsealed portions of the windshield, and due to where the leakage is my fuses are corroding and there is water on the floor in the rain or after a car wash.
I called Gilbert/MS Auto Glass thinking they would stand up for the quality of the work even after a few years. Clearly not, Gilbert told me off for waiting so long for his poor work to fail. My bad! He said: “your car is probably bad” when I called about this issue.
The warranty page on MS Glass website states “we provide warranties on our windshield replacements, covering any defects in materials or workmanship.” So even though there is clear defects and poor workmanship he doesn’t care.
Do not give this business a dime.

Replaced the windshield with Safelight and they did excellent work. No more leaks. Cheaper than Gilbert’s shop at $309 after tax with a LIFETIME warranty. They came to my house as well.

My passenger side window was smashed and completely broken. MS Auto got me in same day, reasonable pricing, and completely vacuumed up all the glass. The guy at the front was super nice while i sat and waited for my window to be replaced. Overall great experience and recommend to anyone needing a quick window replacement
I was recommended this place by a friend to replace my car window that had been shattered by a thief. They were quick and friendly over the phone and were able to get me in next day. It took just over an hour for the replacement, plus they vacuumed out the whole back seat for me of the shattered glass. I forgot to mention to them that my back windows were tinted and assumed they would just replace it with whatever they had, but to my surprise they perfectly matched the window to my other ones. The price was amazing compared to other places I had contacted. I will come back if I ever need assistance again, and will surely recommend this to anyone!
Needed windshield replacement and came across this spot online. Seems to be a disconnect between the people you call on the website and the people who actually work in the shop. Don't expect the best customer service but windshield was replaced and so far its stayed on and the car was clean when I picked it up.
Last night, my Jeep was broken into, and both back tinted windows were shattered—it was the worst. First thing this morning, I called MS Glass Repair, and they answered quickly, letting me know they could fit me in if I came within the hour. I arrived as soon as I could, and in about an hour and a half, they had everything fixed!
Not only did they do an excellent job, but they also vacuumed all the broken glass and were so kind and friendly throughout the process. If you pay with cash, they even offer a small discount, so I’d recommend bringing cash if possible.
I’m so grateful for their quick service, quality work, and how easy they made the whole experience. Highly recommend MS Glass Repair if you’re ever in need!
Had my windshield replaced by these guys on Dec 17th for $369 via credit card. Promptly after the replacement, I began to notice water droplets on the inside of the door jamb, which developed into a puddle of water in my driver's side floor mat. You can see from the video - water dripping down from the E brake. Clearly there is a leak, and water is dripping down behind the firewall. Additionally, I can hear wind howling and leaking through a spot on the passenger side at the windshield whenever I drive on the highway. 2 leaks, and a poor quality job. Will be reaching out to the owner and seeking a proper fix - will keep you guys updated.
Five stars. Someone shattered my drivers side window the other day and i started calling around for quotes. When i was told i the price i was shocked because it was much lower than other places. I would have been able to get same day service but i didn’t have the money so i paid a deposit and set up my appointment for two days later.
When i got there they told me it would only take about an hour.
One hour and $318 later and my window was fully fixed and ready to go. I’m genuinely so happy with the quality of service and speed in which they both got me in and fixed it.
Highly recommend if you have a broken window. Very competitive prices, quick service and quality repairs.
These guys are the best! They always do a phenomenal job making it look better than it looked before someone smashed my window. This is the second time I’ve been here within a year after getting my window smashed for the second time. That’s practically most of their business fixing peoples smashed windows. And I’d recommend them to anyone. Don’t waste your time elsewhere go here and you will be exceptionally happy with their service.
These guys were able to get me in to replace a window two days after my car had been broken into. They were cheaper than many other options I was able to find, as well as being able to get me in faster than anywhere else I found. The service was fast, and extremely well done. I'll definitely be coming back here for any future window repairs I may need.
I had been waiting 2wks without finding glass in Everett. "Thankfully?" a hospital coworker had also had a break in @work and recommended MS. They had a replacement 1wk from my call. Quick service. Friendly and funny staff.
Called them and received the lowest quote on repairing a broken windshield on my Vanagon 84. All others couldnt find a replacement glass for broken glass windshields of this type. Although my glass was harder to access they replaced it in less than an hour. Quick and well done.
Sam was wonderful at checking me in and letting me know all about the service. He let me know the current condition of the molding and the wipers wasn't the best and recommended I get them replaced, which I was able to do there as well. He was very funny and entertained his customers in the lobby. They really provided an above and beyond service for me and are highly recommended if you're searching to get any glass fixed. Got a big and ugly chip again in the windshield this weekend (right in the line of view so ....) and I had to go ahead and replace rather than to "fix" it.
