They’re truly doing what their company name says “You first”. They’re knowing what they do and put you at top priority. I felt safe when they kept confronting me after my car accident and also helped me with some car advices after service, very helpful. Highly recommended!
Victor was great! Communicative and upfront about costs and considerations for my needs. They were out within an hour and dropped my car off to my dealership with pictures to me to confirm. Price was great compared to tow prices I’ve had in past.

Had a dead battery in downtown Seattle today. Google search and found You First Roadside Assistance. They came within 30 mins at 3pm and got my vehicle jumped so that I could get out of downtown and to a part shop to get the battery replaced. Will be keeping them in my contact list. Good company to work with.

Victor was amazing! Make them your first call. He first diagnosed my tire and then went down the street himself to grab a spare so I could get home. Saved us a lot of money! Would definitely recommend.

I got a flat tire and needed someone to come put the spare on. I started calling roadside assistance and was told 1.5-2 hr wait times. Talked to Victor and he was able to get to me in 35mins. He was very communicative and arrived when he said he would. I was sold on the wait time alone. But he also had better pricing than others. Highly recommend. I'll be saving his number for future needs.

Had a nail in my tire when trying to load up a uhaul trailer to move 1000+ miles. Victor came within 15 minutes and plugged and filled my tire and saved my move. I made the 1000+ mile trip on the tire he fixed with zero issues. 11/10 highly recommend!
Victor is a nice guy. I had a bursted tyre on i5 - freeway seattle. I called him and he was super responsive. It was 11:30 pm and he was quick to arrive. He was kind and quick - definitely recommend him.

Aye the service tech Victor came through, my car had been sitting around for over 3 months, I didn't know what was wrong, worked his gift, and got me out of there before it got impounded in the morning, affordable price, and a very kind person.
