My car battery had died after a long day off work I called and victor had came and charged my car in under 5 minutes and for such a good price definitely recommend them!
We had a punctured tire on the side of the freeway. Victor came and towed us off the freeway and went out of his way to try and find a key for our locking lug nuts then came back and changed our tire for us allowing us to get home safely.
They’re truly doing what their company name says “You first”. They’re knowing what they do and put you at top priority. I felt safe when they kept confronting me after my car accident and also helped me with some car advices after service, very helpful. Highly recommended!

Had a dead battery in downtown Seattle today. Google search and found You First Roadside Assistance. They came within 30 mins at 3pm and got my vehicle jumped so that I could get out of downtown and to a part shop to get the battery replaced. Will be keeping them in my contact list. Good company to work with.

Victor was amazing! Make them your first call. He first diagnosed my tire and then went down the street himself to grab a spare so I could get home. Saved us a lot of money! Would definitely recommend.

Man oh man, this was by far the best experience ever. Victor was amazing, patient, brilliant, and came ASAP. Truly could have either been catastrophic or perfect and perfect isn’t a strong enough word for just how amazing getting me out of that ditch was. Two wheels in the air, came out without a scratch. I got a flat tire and needed someone to come put the spare on. I started calling roadside assistance and was told 1.5-2 hr wait times. Talked to Victor and he was able to get to me in 35mins. He was very communicative and arrived when he said he would. I was sold on the wait time alone. But he also had better pricing than others. Highly recommend. I'll be saving his number for future needs.

Had a nail in my tire when trying to load up a uhaul trailer to move 1000+ miles. Victor came within 15 minutes and plugged and filled my tire and saved my move. I made the 1000+ mile trip on the tire he fixed with zero issues. 11/10 highly recommend!
Victor is a nice guy. I had a bursted tyre on i5 - freeway seattle. I called him and he was super responsive. It was 11:30 pm and he was quick to arrive. He was kind and quick - definitely recommend him.

Aye the service tech Victor came through, my car had been sitting around for over 3 months, I didn't know what was wrong, worked his gift, and got me out of there before it got impounded in the morning, affordable price, and a very kind person.

I was preparing to run some errands around 3pm on a Wednesday and found out my battery was dead. I called and da Boss said he could help me out, but needed a few minutes to take care of some business. I didn't mind waiting, because I would have to wait for anyone, so I took advantage to throw out some garbage. After cleaning up I got a return call to let me know he was on his way, and got here in 10 minutes. He had my car going in less than 30 minutes from when I called. I was extremely happy and satisfied with the service. Oh, did I forget to mention how affordable it was? I was very pleased with the price. I highly recommend it.
