Found a very hard to find Volvo part here. Such a surprise to find it locally and open on a Saturday!

I bought a Volvo from them about a year ago best investment.Better then a car dealership. The mechanics are very friendly & the owners are awesome. I recommend this place to all those in need of a mechanic.

The mechanics are awesome and so is Yuri & Borris! They are just wonderful people.

Terrible customer service. The person on the phone was so rude and yelled “no we don’t have that BYE” and hung up. Keep in mind I asked ONE question (see if they had a car part)

I called here for an estimate and was met with an extremely impatient condescending person. He talked really fast and I needed him to repeat the part and the price and I guess it was really pissing him off because he snapped and rushed me off the phone. I still didn’t get the info I needed.

I was at first impressed that the owner answered the phone himself. No, no he is a perfect example of why people don’t like car dealers or mechanics. Rude from the get go, avaricious, and unscrupulous,

They sell used Volvo parts. Not much to say 10/10 They also will work on your car: Finding someone with such thorough knowledge of 80s Volvos is very helpful in this day and age for people keeping them running. They seem to stand by their work and charge a fair price. (They modified an aftermarket distributor for me because the original was no longer available. Total life saver and my car runs perfectly now) I did have a mistake that rubbed me the wrong way: After having the transmission swapped in my car, the kickdown cable was set so that it never reached the kickdown detent at full throttle. They explained their mechanic "usually gets it right the first time" and they'll readjust it. When I complained, they set it so that it hit the kickdown detent at only 1/2 throttle which is even more unhinged... Why would I want a car that doesn't shift out of 1st gear until 4000rpm?? I was able to set it myself with the engine off just by the feel of the throttle so that the detent was at the end of the pedal travel and it was perfect the first time. Definitely gives the sense that the mechanic might not know what he's doing. Especially since the service manuals explain how to set it using numerical measurements (the cool thing about numbers is they're the same every time) I did have two other issues that really weren't their fault as far as I can tell but my girlfriend was mad at me for not taking my car to Kim in the first place..

Owner treats people horribly. Rude, and disrespectful is an understatement. I have never met a business owner that treats people so terribly.

Rude person answering the phone yelling we only sell Volvo parts. How do we know what they sell when we're just looking up used parts on Google and they pop up.

The owner is absolutely insane, super rude, and abrasive. I paid more for an used part than the new aftermarket equivalent would be. But where else are you going to find a 35 year old part for a 240 on short notice, and Ty was a pleasure to deal with.

Horrible. '92 Volvo previously serviced @ Swedish Automotive. Moved to Fremont, car wouldn't start when it rained. Sooo, these guys replaced my windshield, the computers that Swedish must have installed for the wrong year (?!) On and on. Last straw, I bought a battery. Out of stock. Call on delivery, my receipt said. No call. Car died, had it towed to Northern E.A.R. AAA gave them my battery receipt. Battery wasn't replaced, ("my boss must have sold it.") Boss says, "no receipt, no battery". I haven't dropped this. I have a Visa charge with date. Long winded, but the owner is a jerk.

If you have a classic mobile this is a place you want to be. If you don't have this address you're not serious about your car.

This guy was selling a Volvo 240 wagon. Said he had done all the work. Didn't want me taking too close a look. Wouldn't hoist it up and wanted to skip right to the test drive. He was not happy when I tried to get the vehicle inspected before purchase. Inspection revealed huge host of problems. Motor mounts, suspension bushings, coolant hoses all shot. Motor was leaking oil and coolant. The mechanic who did the inspection said it needed 4 to 5 thousand in work. No wonder he was so short with me. This guy tried to trick ms into buying a project car at the price point of a restored car. Don't go here. Don't get dishonest service.

They are quick to assist me,however twice, I felt if doing a repair & maybe other parts not discussed in orginal repair but could be revlent, so said vehicle doesn't return a week later,a call should be made, example, would one do a oil change, not w/o changing the filter..some things are relevant to a job you maybe doing ,a simple call,to ask while doing this..you really need,or we recommend & cost added will be..my car is a problem,I just bought it,now it's a love/hate,but I use it to make$ & I'm disabled, & struggle to get it there & pick it up..in 1 month or maybe 1 1/2,its been there times, power steering, back for power steering all good now, other issues,2nd time,so its compression, &plugs, now back, maybe for wires, & distributor cap, part of a tune up,I thought,or a call to say while we have it,...can we,or we recommend a full tune up, if told,it was after pick up,fix while there,if you can get the ok ..I'm a delivery driver..thank you how ever for ALL your help & attention, hopefully in future I can avoid this in 1 week, back next week,ty

Been coming here for probably 15 years. And I live in Burien!! But it's always worth the trip because of the affordability of their work. My soon to be ex took her 91 740 to a local garage...it needed a caliper, rotors and pads. I got a quote for $900!!! These guys did the same job for $300 with an oil change. Always honest and up front with what is needed. Alex, Boris and Ty are the best! As long as I keep my 94 940, this will always be my garage of choice.

They're helpful, knowledgeable, and they have or can get anything you you can imagine for your aging Swedish brick. They're not cheap though, and some of their prices seem... excessive.
