Witnessed driver drag a car 25 feet so he'd have an easier time with the tow. I told the car owner what happened and the tow truck driver said it's okay because he took a picture first. He had the normal tow dollys, but he wanted to get it hooked up faster. After dragging the car and leaving permanent makings on the street, the tow truck driver then turned on his emergency lights and proceeded to put the car on the dolly like it should have been originally. I thought it was a repo at first, but no, just some poor guy who got a parking ticket. Driver also refused to allowed for hook and release fee that's mandated by city law.

I was assigned TMK through my insurance roadside assistance service. The insurance company’s initial estimate was 60-90 minutes. They kept changing the status of the driver saying 5 minutes, 20 minutes, 8 minutes, and so on. In every call the person who spoke was unpleasant and rude and would scream the ETA and hang up. 3 hours later I had my insurance cancel on them and book a different company. If they had just told me they would take 3 hours I would have planned my day accordingly instead of waiting for 3 hours and not doing anything else.
TMK miscommunicates wait times. I was assigned TMK through my roadside assistance service, who originally quoted me 45-60 minutes. The driver didn’t show up, and Subaru called me to say they spoke with the company and they’d be there within 10 minutes. Now TMK calls me and they’re 30 miles north in another city and the ETA is now another 50-80 minutes. I would’ve made other plans if they could be consistent with their wait times.
Ended up getting reassigned completely and TMK never came.
Driver was super late with no communication which wasn’t a huge deal. However he towed my car to the wrong location twice despite me sending him the correct address and name of the mechanic. He told me I was wasting his time even though I confirmed I gave him the correct address multiple times via text he requested and over the phone again twice. The mechanic was right near where I requested the tow from as well. The mechanic told me the driver was also rude to him when he dropped off the vehicle. Even a short tow in Seattle isn’t cheap so I didn’t appreciate how rude he was.
The actual service to fix the flat was good and timely. But then when I went to my next service to fix another tire problem on Aug 30th I realized that’s the wheel lock key was missing. Last person to use it was the T&M driver who replaced the flat tire with spare on July 31st. So I called the service center on Sept 1st and they were the most rude service center you could deal with when there is a problem. They flatly told me it is the trunk and I was calling an 2 month old service, and I should keep looking in my car. Firestone spent 30 minutes and I spent another 30 minutes, before calling them on the 1st. They took less than two minutes to get hold of the driver, and get back to me to tell me that the driver does not have it. He was the last person to touch the key and lock the trunk till Firestone opened it. I am not doubting the driver, but I wish they had looked harder in their tool kit (2 minutes for customer service to get hold of the driver, for him to stop what he was doing, going through his kit, getting back to them, and the agent calling me back seems lightning fast) before just flat out telling me they don’t have it. The service center wouldn’t even let me say a word during that first follow-up call, and just hung up on me as I was trying to say something, laughing at me. Pathetic. Use them if you need to, but sure hope you don’t have to deal with follow-up calls due to any issues
TMK towing was Great The truck was clean, he was extremely professional and they showed up with about 15 minutes of our initial call. He stuck around after we got to Les Schwab and just chatted with us; something that is missing from a lot of the service industry today! I strongly recommend calling them for whatever you need! Simply put, they rock!
