All I can say is Sam is the real deal ! This man helped me through a hard time and made every step of the way a truly stress free experience. My truck was picked up by 3pm and I had a diagnosis by 11pm that night !! Had the parts by the next day and my truck ready and even brought to me by 7pm that evening . This was a full fuel system repair on my diesel f350 pickup . Not an easy fix or a fix I would expect finished in damn near 24hrs . Truck drives smooth and just icing in the cake when I went to pay him I only could do credit and he didn't want me to pay the extra fees so he offered me to pay him when ever I had the cash . I started with saying Sam is the real deal and I'll end it with that !! Thanks you Sam for being to good human you are and any and all my future car repairs will go to Sam !!
Great guy! I called 4 companies before I got one answer. ZNT answered first call, told me he'd be there in 15-20 minutes. He showed up in 10, got me loaded right away, and got me to my driveway. After unloading, he went out of his way to help me push by hand where it needed to go and then helped me try and diagnose the problem. Ended up being my timing belt had snapped, but he helped me rule out battery, alternator, fuel pump or ignition. Very reasonable price too. I highly recommend!!! Great customer service!
Great group here. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are ok. They helped me after someone completely botched a minor repair on my car. Great company and they also have partnerships with some great mechanics in nearby areas who are fairly priced and very honest.very good company and people!
Called for help tonight and he was here immediately! Extremely knowledgeable and honest. He can diagnose and help beyond your other standard tow services. Nice to know they are not all about the money and take pride in customer service/satisfaction. We will be referring to our family and friends.
Super friendly and arrived quickly! Haddadin jumpstarted my car and gave me good information to get it replaced, offering a discount when I do. He also said if my battery dies again soon, he’ll come tow it free of charge to be replaced. I’ll definitely choose Znt again if I need towing :)

I recently ran out of gas in the middle of a very busy intersection…that was also under construction. I was blocking a lane, everyone was honking at me, my flashers were on and no sooner did Sam pull up!!
He started by asking me if I was OK, then what was wrong with the vehicle. I expressed I was out of gas. Without hesitation, he said I’ll be back in five minutes. Sure enough he came back in five minutes with a gas can. He made sure I stayed in my vehicle the entire time, so I was safe. He put the gas in my tank and was kind enough to ask me if I needed more gas and if I was OK or needed gas money, I was so Blessed by this good SAMaritan!!! I don’t feel it’s very often you come across people Like this! He didn’t hesitate once to help me. I was so grateful I repeatedly asked if I could Venmo or Zelle him and in kindness said “just pass it on to somebody else who needs it”. I most certainly will! It’s people like SAM and businesses like this, we should all be supporting!!!

Absolutely amazing service from Sam and ZNT Towing! After our Turo rental broke down in Marysville, WA, on our way back to Vancouver, we were left stranded with no way to get home. We spent over 9 hours waiting at a truck stop, from 6 pm to 3 am, while Turo tried to arrange a tow truck. We asked if they could at least get us to the border so we could figure things out from there, and that's when Sam came to the rescue.
Not only did Sam show up, but he went above and beyond to make sure we got home safely. He stayed with us for over an hour as we worked through the logistics with Turo and offered to tow us all the way back to Vancouver—something we didn’t even expect. Along the way, he even offered to buy us food, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
We can’t thank Sam enough for his kindness and generosity. If it weren’t for him, we honestly don’t know how we would have made it home. Highly recommend ZNT Towing for their outstanding service and care!
Sam is the epitome of professionalism, vehicle knowledge, and customer service. Not only did he have the car hooked up immediately, he was able to diagnose the issue, help me source parts, and recommended a few shops to fix it.
Absolutely amazing customer service and an incredibly honest, hardworking company. My boyfriend broke down on the highway, and we called ZnT Towing. They arrived within 5 minutes! The driver even took a look under the hood and quickly figured out that the battery was the issue. He gave us a jump, and the car was up and running in just a few minutes.
They were super flexible with pricing and gave us a very affordable discount since we didn’t end up needing a tow. I’ll definitely continue recommending them to friends and family, and we’ll now be using them as our go-to local mechanic whenever car issues come up.
Seriously, I’d recommend this local shop over any big-name towing company. So glad we found such a genuine and reliable place!
Dude was horrible. Threatened to leave us stranded on the mountain, had to talk him into staying. Was fighting on the phone with some guy the entire time. He even asked us if we speak Spanish to help him fight this guy on the other end of the phone. I did most of the work myself and when he did finally help he scratched my vehicle 2 times. He made a 10 minute job into a 45 minute job. Very very bad experience very unpleasant. Negative 5 stars.
Sam is the man—great communication, down-to-earth, very affordable, and very personable. I will not be using or recommending anyone else for my towing needs. Look no further than ZNT Towing!
Sam assisted us yesterday , 5/22/25, on the I5 freeway at about 12:30 PM. He was extremely helpful and took us to firestone at Smoky Point to replace our exploded tire. He went above and beyond service requirements.

I was stranded along the road/highway. I never experienced like this and I didn't know what to do, even called my friend but no response. So found ZNT TOWING in Google and thankfully they have one available right away. The driver SAM is awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable, he got my car home in no time. Thank you SAM!

Sam came to the rescue when my deaf sister was stranded at 10pm tonight in the rain on the side of the road. We were trying to get a tow from AAA when he just happened to drive by and stopped with his tow truck to help. He showed true kindness and we are so appreciative!
I had been waiting for almost 3 hours for a different company to show up to help me get my keys out of my locked car. Thankfully Sam showed up and got the job done quickly. He was very compassionate and kind to me hearing how long I had been waiting. Could not recommend him enough!! Never using anyone else.

I had a bad alternator, and I needed to get to the dealership to have it replaced.
Sam picked up the car and took me to Everett along with it. He even waited for me to finish talking to the dealership and then took me home, because he didn't want my wife to have to drive in the dark to come get me.
So, I went from worried my car would die on the highway trying to get it to a mechanic, to really happy somebody got me out there and took good care of me and my car.
