This driver was doing some extreme reckless driving. Not letting me or other cars merge, but also driving on the literal sidewalk to get around cars on the road. I asked an officer and he said they have to follow the same rules just like everyone else so there is no excuse. The “accident” they were driving towards were two cars that were parked out of the way of any traffic so there is just no excuse. The picture was the last I was able to catch of him driving on the sidewalk to go around the cars on the road.
Was going through some old paperwork of mine and found a receipt of when this company stored my vehicle after I agreed to have them tow it from a bad accident. The reason I am leaving this review is because I can't believe the amount they charged me was even legal to store my car there for a week. I was just a kid back then and didn't realize most are out to loot you yet for what you don't know. Oh well live and learn.
Police called a tow after an accident. Took multiple hours to get to the scene. My insurance company was slow to get the car from the tow yard. After 40 days of the car sitting there the bill was around 7000 USD!!! Don’t leave your car with them! He was rude on the phone and threatened to auction my car.
I called to get info if a vehicle was still there. That I got an abandoned vehicle notice but never an impound notice, he said well we went sent one. Then he just said nothing so I said you want the six of the vin, he said no, more silence, then I said okay and gave him the make and model, he said yep it's here. I said when was it picked up (there was no impound date of the abandoned vehicle notice) he says "it's been here for a long time. I try to ask again and he interrupts me and says I need to call back in 15mins because he is busy with a customer (I am a customer). I said well I will try and he then literally mocked me as he was hanging up the phone. I call on these type of notices all the time and this was the absolute worst and most unprofessional service I have ever received.
I was nearly ran off the road by a heavy set blonde woman driving one of these trucks, either just aggressive or possibly drunk? When i called the number on the side of the truck the guy on the phone told me it doesn’t matter what i say because they have connections with the police and that he can tell im not American because of my accent, and that he doesn’t have time to speak with non-Americans. Ive never used them for towing services but definitely won’t be after that experience.
Came across their trucks driving aggressively and erratically on highway 2, including tailgaiting, swerving, and flipping the bird out the window. Pretty unprofessional and unsafe for a commercial driver in their business vehicle. I would avoid.
Not ever! I would leave my car parked on the side of the road and walk home before ever calling this company. This charmer was flipping off a 15 year old girl as she photographed his road rage!
Driving down hwy 9 and the tow truck was getting on near the Snohomish bridge. He did not act like he was going to yield. He did not have the right of way.
Then he proceeded to honk, whipping in and out of traffic, then caught up to us to say profanities.
If you see a Top Notch tow truck, steer clear. He may run you off the road. His driver's license should be taken away. Upon reading the reviews, I see he is a habitual offender, and I feel he is going to hurt someone.
Some creep in a top notch towtruck just about ran me off the road. Then, he shined his lights in my face while driving below the speed limit and break checking me for no reason. If this is the type of people they hire, then I highly recommend going with any other tow company. It was beyond unsafe and not how a company should allow their employees to act.
My car was towed by Top Notch Towing after an unfortunate car accident and the owner was so kind and easy to get in touch with when I needed to get my belongings out of my vehicle.
Very disrespectful and rude would not stop commenting on our accents (i speak 5 languages fluently)him and his girlfriend shouted racial slurs both smelled like beer and alcohol was shouting insults told us the price was 350$ over the phone and then charged us over 800$ and threatened to leave and take our cash when my car was still on the truck my car was impounded from an accident he stole 50$ from my car and the officer said their was 451$ and there was only 401$ this guy is cheap and a thief do not use this guy and if anyone wants I have it all on video where he flipped me and my family off shouting racial slurs and treating us. DO NOT TRUST THIS “SERVICE”
Highly recommend! After an accident, Bill quickly made it to my location. He took the time, before and after loading my vehicle, to make sure I was okay and made a crummy situation that more manageable. He made the process stress free and easy. It is becoming more difficult in today's world to come across people who genuinely care about others and aren't too caught up in the hustle and bustle of life. Bill proved those people are still out there! Thank you Top Notch for your service and the help! Would have been lost without you!
I’ve used them a few times on the same route with the same miles and the price is always Jurassicly different. 5 miles 200 bucks this time. It will be my last.
Bill is always a stand up guy that will go out if his way for you. HE'S THE MAN TO CALL IF YOU NEED A TOW. Couldn't ask for a nicer guy to help you out when your in a jam!
My heartless apt complex had my van towed while I'm dealing with the sudden death of my husband of 34 yrs, and this tow Co has been very understanding in working with me for the best outcome. It's greatly appreciated

come barreling up on our butt,
almost rear end us, go around us, almost hit us from side. Then honked d and flipped us off. Disgusting since my kids are in my car.
They aren't afraid to charge you an arm and a leg :) (think $,$$$ amounts). But hey at least they know how to tow your vehicle without damage by disengaging brakes. I recommend if you get impounded by them you retrieve your vehicle ASAP; your wallet will thank me. Judging by the other reviews you can see the quality of business here. I'm not one to typically go out of my way to write reviews but I think in this case with these people it is necessary. Anything for a quick buck is not a great business model.
Over two years ago I had bill tow an old vehicle for me I signed it over to them in front of a public notary and I still get tab renewals from him and his excuse is he has over 600 cars so it's not important to him. I asked him if he clearly had paperwork for all of these vehicles and he abruptly cut me off and hung up on me and as a full voicemail and I am not able to reach him.
As my wife was coming home she got cut off, nearly ran off the road then the driver of the top notch tow truck blocked the road on soaper hill with his truck and proceeded on foot towards my wife’s vehicle with 3 kids in it enraged. Your a gutless impatient worthless person I will meet you anywhere anytime, grow up be professional learn how to use a gps and don’t get angry at other drivers because your “all turned around” like you later tried to excuse yourself when my wife called the company number to file a complain!
I've always had even in stressful time of having a damaged vehicle that this company is very Professional and if they cant help your situation at the time of need they will direct you in the best direction for that situation I have been referred. To other tow business in area that is what's Make this company so special they care and they help surrounding tow buisness.
If they tow like they drive then i would be affraid for my car being destroyed. They where going 40 in a 25 through Snohomish, then passed me illegally. I'd never trust anything to them definitely go to a well known towing company and not just one that a guy decided to start in his front yard.
Place should be named bills low quality towing. I had a mattress fully covered on the back of my pickup when it was towed. When I arrived to pick up my truck the mattress was uncovered and soaking, curiously enough it seemed as if someone pulled on the corner of the tarp to see what it was and didn’t bother to cover it back up. When I approached the man to speak with him about it he said that is how it was when he got to it, I have photographic evidence that it was covered when he took it. The person in charge also does what he can in order to get more money out of people, I called him for two hours the day I was going to pick up my truck but his response the whole time was I am at lunch I am at lunch “I will call you when I’m in the office”. I then called him again while waiting in a drive thru for him to tell me he had been in the office but if I didn’t arrive within ten minutes I would be charged an additional 60$ for an extra day. Reading through the reviews it’s hardly surprising to see people aren’t pleased by this low quality service.
Bill is a friendly, professional and fair. I've had to use his services through work and for personal tows for many years and he is always my first call when I need help.
These people are so backwoods anti-social they can’t even manage a fake version of customer service!! Ridiculous, good thing they don’t need people to like them, they would really not have a business if it did.
2,300$ in storage fees.Not a misprint, TWO THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS Last summer my 150 vespa was stolen from downtown Snohomish, I reported it. About 3 months later there was a truck accident near Snohomish and my Vespa was in the bed of the truck with about half the parts stripped off of it. I got a letter from these guys that they had my scooter and it was acruing storage charges. I was out of the country and I was trying to arrange for someone to pick it up and pay the fee but they would only release it to me the registered owner. I was on a work contract so I didnt get back for a couple of months. I figured they had sold the scooter but I called them to be sure. They did have it and I now owed $2,300.00 and I Had to pay it or I couldnt get my license renued. I paid it and sold the remains of the scooter for 100$. They have a contract with the county and are supposed to have a 100$ ceiling for total fees. They are taking advantage of their contract, I wouldnt give them one star but its the only way I can leave a review. If anyone doubts these facts I'll post the canceled check. Top Notch,,what a joke.
