This is the absolute worst lovers package location I’ve ever been to my wife was extremely unhappy with the packaging of her recent gift. The only reason I’m doing a five star review is I’m extremely happy with the big giant drum of oil. They gave me exactly 55 gallons of love oil.
I had a headlight out and after visiting a different auto supply shop and being jerked around I came here and had the BEST experience. Russ and Laurin took their time to help me find the right light and even dedicated themselves to helping me replace it. It was a tricky/tight light to replace but they stuck with it and I was thoroughly impressed at their commitment to ensuring that I did not leave without a working headlight! Russ and Laurin are my hero’s and I hope they get some fat bonuses and a raise for being committed to such great customer service even if it’s just for the headlight. That type of care and dedication to customers is hard to come by these days and I hope others can look up to these guys. Keep up the good work!
Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and even talked me into alternative to SeaFoam... Half as much, same ingredients. I have been in here when there are barely parking spots for a truck and when it's dead. I can expect the same level of help in either situation. It's on par for this chain.
Purchased an air filter for my car and turned out to be the wrong one. That’s on me, but when I returned it 20 minutes later from THE SAME GUY he said he couldn’t RETURN it because I didn’t have the receipt. I paid with a card but apparently with this company it doesn’t matter.
I declined the receipt because they seem useless when you pay with a card. The air filter was only $19 dollars. I had to break it and threw it in their trash outside.
Went to auto zone and got the correct one.
Honestly both suck.
I hate saying this but plan ahead and just get what you need online
The guy went above and beyond. Brought my wife's car in to check the battery, terminal was so corroded I wasn't able to remove the nut and battery needed to be replaced. He took the time to replace the terminal (not easy) and the battery. Much appreciated!
I went into purchase a head light for my daughter’s car. I was amazed at the service by the staff at Lake Stevens store. Russ was extremely helpful and installed the bulbs needed and went a step further and cleaned calcification on the lens. Because of his kindness and willing to help this store has earned my business for life!
I stopped in to get new wiper blades for my 1998 Subaru. I was completely clueless on how to replace these and Lauren was so nice. He came outside in the pouring rain and showed me how to install them. So grateful

Quite possibly the worst customer experience I have had in a long time, was helped by Bill an older gentleman had no idea how to use the computer took over 20 min to look up a customer # on the computer and the assistant manager would not step in and help and we gave up in the end and paid for our one item and left , I feel bad for how much he struggled with the computer the store could really find something else for him to do , like sweeping and facing the shelf's , keep him off the tills

The very intelligent and helpful guys behind the counter named Laurin and Strider helped me out and got me on the road again efficiently and effectively! Thank you again fellas!
The guy working helped me out even though it was 7:58pm when I got there and they close at 8pm he still got me a alternator and said take your time no worries when I was looking for some things i didnt even really need. Other places would've said sorry we're closing. Thanks
KYLE IS MY SAIVOR -- Was changing my oil when the cap fell into the engine bay. I had to drive a few miles to the store, and I was worried I'd be talked down to for getting oil all over my engine (luckily no damage, just going to smell burning off). Kyle kept reassuring me and was just so nice about the whole thing. His coworker also helped find the right cap very quickly. Thank you guys so much!!
Ms. Cassie was and is the bomb!! I was scared to death when engine light come on. Thanksgiving was made when Cassie told me it was nothing but my gas cap and cleared it!!! Recommend everyone going here in Lake Stevens!!! Thank you Ms. Cassie!!!
I went in the store to pick up my online order when I'm told it wouldn't be there for hours. I need snow chains to drive through the pass. To get a young boy back home after spring break. He handed me some from back I told the employee I was really terrified and I never put on chains before. Asked if he'd show me... I was told there instructions in the bag.
So I get to the scary part of mountain get out I get out ICE ROAD TRUCKER STYLE so scared. Pull out chains.. the the size for a GEO Mettro.. I drive a sadan. His lack of awareness of the situation I presented him very clear and sent me on my why when some potentially could go horrible.
I completed my mission. Went to store and demanded refund. It's bee 20 days... no refund. Blown off again.
Kyle was very helpful in swapping out a battery for me tonight. He had to juggle several customers at once - seems like they are either understaffed or only some workers put in an honest effort.
I feel sooo bad for the workers at this location. Sweetest bunch of guys with the worst manager possible. Little man syndrome to the fullest. I would never in my life let anyone let alone my manager speak to me the way he screamed at those poor kids just trying to help someone out. Swearing at employees is not acceptable.
I have been shopping in O’Reillys for years and today when I buy oil in lake stevens I asked for a funnel at all the other O’Reillys they just hand you a funnel to bring back nice. Lake stevens there reply was buy one as I’m buying oil from their store no customer service!
Has everything you need at an auto store. They even had a starter in stock for my old vehicle and a good selection of jacks and stands. I also bought some of the tools they sell and I've been using them for 3 years with no issues
The guy had been very helpful; regardless he sent me with the wrong part where I had to return back to get the exchange....by the time I got the shop, the door is closed for the day and I had leave with heavy heart and disappointment. Train them not to make a mistake advising..... Thanks!

O'Reilly's is a great place to go. If you're going there for motorcycle brake fluid do your own research. Otherwise there is usually one very knowledgeable person if not two and a few trainees.
Gentleman at the front desk help me select the right parts I needed do a tune-up on my vehicle also replacing my brakes and rotors very helpful he had lots of wisdom and knowledge appreciate him understanding what I needed when I made the silly noises what my vehicle is doing I definitely will be going back the purchase my rear brakes and rotors next thank you good man you're a gentleman and a scholar!
Tanner was so nice and helped me get the right windshield wipers for my car. He also answered all the other questions that I had. He was very thoughtful and went above and beyond! Thank you :)
These guys are seriously the BEST. They work like they really enjoy their job and want to be there and to help. Ive been helped so many times at this store with auto questions. They are so knowledgeable and accurate. I love coming here and getting what I need. The BEST customer service ever!
As a single woman it's so nice to not be over sold, extremely helpful and courteous. Enough staff so you don't feel rushed and in my case they replaced both headlights for me. My 3rd visit and I will go no other place for car care help/products
Store manager John and his team do a great job! Had issues with my drum brakes on my Suburban and they worked with me until I got the job done right. They provided great customer service and always friendly.
They've always been able to help even if it meant having to send me somewhere else. I feel I can trust the opinions of most of the employees at this location. Only 4 stars 'cause they're not always the most cheery people in the world.
Had one bad experience there, I asked the nearest parts guy while they were by the door where I could find something and he said bluntly, I'm busy, go over there, pointed to the front desk counter.. All my other interactions have been positive, the employees are helpful as they can be, didn't have any issues get one of the parts I bought later on warrantied at no cost to me.
