We’ve been experiencing very poor service for several months. The driver repeatedly misses scheduled service days, often sending pictures claiming “it’s not safe to service.” I’ve spoken multiple times with different supervisors who said someone would come to inspect the site, but no one has ever shown up. We also requested credit for the missed service days, but instead were charged the full amount — about $200 per visit. Every time the driver skips service, it feels like we’re literally throwing money into the garbage. This ongoing issue looks very bad for our restaurant, creates fly infestations, and poses unhealthy conditions for our customers. We’ve been more than patient, but we urgently need a real solution or immediate intervention.

Impressed with the quality of service. Everything was quick and easy.

My WM drivers are always considerate and cautious. On occasion the cans get put out too close to the cars and they are careful. Also it wanting should spill or blow out when they empty the can, i have seen them pick it up.

Requested larger container 3x and still have to receive the container! Requested via email 2x and 1x via direct online chat representative in the past month and still have to receive the container.

I’ve been a customer for decades. No complaints ever. Great, professional service, good communication around holidays or weather issues. They have changed out my waste cans regularly and they have always been in good working condition. One of those really important services that run so well I often take them for granted, but only because it works so well!

We love the professionalism, timeliness, and ease of working with WM. They always pick up when scheduled. You can count on WM!

Ive called in a few times for miseed pickups. Trying to navigate the phone system is horrible and is very difficult to connect with a live person. Once I get a live person all I get are inaccurate excuses on why the service wasnt performed. I am treated rudely and talked over. I have multiple Ring cameras that record everything. A couple times I hear "for safety reasons" meaning that a "huge SUV" (its my neighbors little Honda CRV) was parked near the entrance to the cul de sac prohibiting the truck from entering. (That is NOT a safety reason) Whats so weird is that one of the WM trucks can enter but not the other? A big Peterbuilt semi truck with trailer entered fine... Ive lived here for over 30 years and tired of the excuses, insults and bad customer service. No issues for 30 years except for the last year. Ive asked for credits and was told no. All of my neighbors in our cul de sac are receiving the same level of HORRIBLE service!

The driver up on hilltop off m st always complains about everyone trash and doesn't pick anyone's up and leaves a note I use to do it for a living you shouldn't be so disrespecting the people that pay for the garbage and your checks we had another driver before they were nice and did there job maybe retraining idk hopefully it will change soon

This company is so outstanding to work with! Customer care is phenomenal! You can tell WM employees like their job!

We have always had great experience with WM. Our drivers (waste, recycling & yard waste) are all wonderful. They take great care and are so friendly. My only "complaint" would be that the phone app is not as robust as one would anticipate for a large organization such as WM. Hoping it will get there sooner rather than later.

Always a most professionally run facility. On site personnel are always alert as to the tasks at hand of servicing the customers needs. They always have "Safety" at the forefront in their presence and professional conduct. It's a privilege to use this service.

Plenty of space to maneuver and got unloaded in less than 30 minutes

Requested our annual pickup of large items and had a mattress picked up the same day as our regular garbage pickup and it went without a hitch. Much appreciated service.

My only complaint is you come and pick up Yard Waste at 7:01am Monday morning and then the other containers are picked up much later in the day. Could you at least change our time to 8:00am as your trucks are very loud for those who go to bed late Sunday night.

Numerous times our trash bin hasn’t been fully emptied and the trash collectors have written in permanent marker on our bin to “bag your dust”. Should have been a note on our bill. I have had better trash collection on military posts and 2 other states. Costs too much for this type of service.

WM always provides reliable services. If delayed due to harsh weather, I always receive an email, thus helping me planning accordingly for the next pick up.

The last reveiw is a lie. Here's how to do it . Go thru the entrance pick up recycling is to the right. Your immediate left turn is where your docks . Back into docks get loaded didn't take to long.good stuff. Then find away back exit scale if over weight and told to go to the front. The front is the in front of the main office to get stuff taking off pick up paper work at main office. Communication is great yet lack of direction can be improved. There's always one wm and it's this one. Be safe of the road drivers

Waste Management seems more concerned with their own service convenience than that of their customers. The problem of missed garbage pick-up should be considered a serious issues. Deferring service until the next convenient day, weather -permitting, is not a solution, it is an abdication of responsibility.

Billing website could use an update. Mumble, jumble all over. Hard to find a regular or consistent bill. With continued clicking you will get there. Pick up is awesome and that’s my major concern. No trash left behind!

WM is prompt, consistent and doesn't leave garbage all over the neighborhood. Whenever I've called a9bout a billing question the wm agents are responsive to my concerns, knowledgeable and thorough in resolving quickly

After being bounced back and fourth for over a month with WM and being called a liar twice by two difference employees only to be proven THEY were wrong the next day, I went without service for 3 weeks due to an error on their end. It was INSANE the way they treated me. They told me MULTIPLE times they would send a truck out to “fix” the error which NEVER showed up. I spent HOURS on the phone with these guy and on hold. Pretty sure they owe ME for my time at this point.

In this market WM is worthless. High prices because they can (no competition allowed). Hit and miss service. Zero follow up when asked for resolution. Won't return if they miss a pick up even after they promise to. They lie and steal my money by billing and not providing services. Oh, and they do no adjustments based on their lack of service even when provided with proof. Ya, cameras and video everywhere now.

My WM service/drivers are wonderful. The recent price increase however, is not considering the city’s underhanded role in the previous huge utility tax increase.

Anytime I’ve called WM has been very easy and helpful to communicate with. They’re consistent and reliable. And my Garbageman has even gone out of his way to pick up loose trash that had blown into my driveway by wind/crows when he could have easily driven off to the next house. I’m a satisfied customer!

This place has the best crew in the PNW, hands down! I am not sure who put that crew together but they sure must have know what they were doing!
