Just pull in the parking , i run over some plastic i heard it and ( David don) work on customer car 10 parking away where i park come over jelling and assume i hit there truck. ( i ask where do i hit he come over the truck and see some paint on there truck claim me where i hit in the picture, ( he didnt see any mark on my car) he still claim i hit the truck) my car was blue. There truck mark was white.) This guy with had no brain i wounder how can he had a job (4. 45 pm its dark and he 10 car away didnt seen anything , just heard something Try to put false claim on your customer that is not ok at all.
Shout out to Charles at Shoreline O'Reilly Auto Parts. Very helpful on helping with a battery with a bad connection. He is very knowledgeable and skillful. Great customer service when unsure or wanted a second opinion Dave the manager was called. Same great customer service skills, and auto knowledge would recommend both at any time.
This review is for David who went above and beyond for someone who had been standing less than 5 minutes in the store. He came out and looked at some scuffed paint on my car and recommended against any of the products I had been looking at and gave me an alternative method to try instead. I also needed new tail light bulbs and something to defog my headlights. David delivered on both. He also took out my broken ones and installed them!
His knowledge and level of service is why I choose to come here for any of my car needs. I could've spent an hour researching and reading reviews but the Davids are why it pays to shop in-person. Also, as a lady it's so refreshing to be helped in a way that's respectful and non-judgemental.
Manager-person, David deserves all the awards and recognition and a raise and the schedule he wants.
I needed oil and a headlight bulb. They had what I needed. No wait in line and the staff processed my purchase like pros. Prices are insane with the cheapest bulb (9003) was $20. Online prices are far more reasonable. But they employ those pros and pay the rent...
Came in yesterday afternoon because my check engine light was on. It's always a bit of a worry when that happens. Got a 5-star experience and top notch customer service working with David Dunn from start to finish. I came in asking to buy a code reader bc I didn't realize you still offered that as a free service. David came out to the car with me, read the code, helped me figure out a product (Air Flow Sensor) that was in stock and high quality for a reasonable price. He said even though you're not able to install it, he could show me where it was located and let me know if it was an easy fix. My air flow sensor was right on top, under the hood with just 2 Phillips screws to remove to replace it. His help was invaluable, and I was able to remove the screws, and replace the air flow sensor right there in the parking lot! After that, he helped me run the codes again and we confirmed the code cleared. I'm guessing this saved me a couple hundred $$$ in going to a mechanic for help. Super appreciate the great service and information without trying to oversell me on a bunch of things I didn't need. I will definitely come back whenever I need additional parts or info on my car (Nissan Rogue). Thanks David!
Just bought and was adding coolant in their parking lot when a hose blew and coolant spilled out everywhere. Charles was nearby and came to help. Looked under the car and then went in and brought Dave out to assist. These guys were great. They diagnosed the problem, got the right parts and fixed my issue on the spot. Fantastic service.
Got a battery checked out and the great employee ( Christian ) was more than happy to help with the dirty stuff, give that man a raise for being such a great example of what a person should be.

Last night I came in to replace my head light bulb and David and another employee were very helpful. The light bulb I bought originally didn’t look correct so David came out to help me and he notice that my headlights where completely wired wrong and the last person to own my car had really messed up my headlights and headlight harness. He was very thoughtful and explained the situation to me very well he gave me a Mobil mechanics number and he even helped me find a replacement headlight assembly online. The evening crew at this location always goes above and beyond.
This location is very convenient since it’s close to my house, and I’ve been here multiple times. Derrick has helped me most of the time—he’s great and always provides good service.
However, during one visit, I had an issue when returning a part (a battery cell) that I had purchased just 5 minutes earlier. One of the associates told me it was “not in his dictionary” to take returns, which came off as unprofessional and not very customer-friendly. Regardless of who the customer is, that kind of attitude needs improvement.
Fortunately, David stepped in, explained that the associate was new, and asked his manager for help. The manager quickly resolved the issue and approved the return.
Also, a shout-out to Sara. She’s always great and helpful with customers.
Gave me the wrong fluid for my m56 and potentially ruined my power steering pump. This issue is definitely not over. And they said they intend to resolve this issue and have heard nothing from them,tried to contact to RM and corporate and got 0 response. I used to like going to the shoreline O'Reilly's until this experience with the fluid and the outright disrespectful and rude treatment I received from this one employee that wasn't involved that decided to but in and start yelling to meet him outside. Bad experience overall.
I would have to say the only reason I'm giving this place a five star is because Charles went above and beyond 7:57 am this morning he was on top of it helped me with Everything I would definitely recommend the store because of A worker like that!
Awesome service with an upbeat attitude in a bad (for me) moment! My car battery died- a friend saw online O’Reilly’s can change car batteries depending on the make/model of the car and how accessible the battery is. I stopped by today and David was able to get me the battery I needed and the new battery replaced in the O’Reilly’s parking lot; all this took about 10 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I was turning my engine back on. And on a Saturday no less!

Recent service was excellent & QUICK. Selection was adequate for all my needs. Car parts are more expensive now but this place is next to AutoZone so if they don't have it in stock you probably didn't waste the trip: you can check next door. I prefer this store to the neighbors.
Just came in, needed oil for my 2015 Subaru. Andrew was super helpful-he knew what type of oil I needed as soon as I told him what I drive! He was super friendly and informative! The store is super clean and everyone was wearing masks. 10/10 great customer service and experience!
I don't know if they even read these reviews, but I want to thank the employees of this store for helping me out today! My car battery had lost it's juice over the past couple of months and I came in to buy a new one after having to jump the current one just to get to the store. Then, while one of the employees was helping me measure my battery to make sure I was getting the right one, I managed to lock my keys in my car! Another employee let me borrow his phone to call my insurance company to use my roadside assistance benefits. They let me wait in the lobby for about an hour as it was cold outside and toward the end of my time in the store, that same employee offered me a snack! I almost cried at that point. They were so nice to me! Got the car unlocked and the battery purchased and went on my way. Luckily, I didn't have anywhere important to me be at the time. But, they made what was a pretty stressful situation less stressful and I can't thank them enough.
